I've been working out for the past week. I feel like I'm doing it wrong but I'm sore in the morning and I've always been told that's the point. So any tips or diet experience please throw my way? I'm 210 pounds and trying.

I don't know if this is just my neighborhood or everyone does this but around my area we have a ton of stray cats. So we all look out for them. We have them named, pet them if they come near us, and those who have the money feed them. If one gets hurt we take it to the vet and after they get better let them back out. We've tried spaying and neutering most of them. They're basically just all of our outdoor cats. Is this just me?
