Crouch Sr would have been like “I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do, the contract is legally binding” and then the next day the Marauders and Slytherin Skittles burst into the great hall (Lead by Barty of course bc he’s nothing if not a petty bitch) like “I THINK THE FUCK NOT”

OK so Harry and Draco are engaged from a young age Harry is raised by Wolfstar Like they adopted him He is the heir to the Potter and black Family Harry doesn't truly have friends besides Draco until they get the hogwarts. They have a shared cat/kneazle That adores Draco and is a bit fat. Harry still meets Ron and Hermione on the train. At 1 point on the way to hogwarts across the black lake Harry and Ron gets soaking wet and when Draco sees he Casted a drying spell on Harry to dry him off and Ron makes a comments can I get one of those and Hermione asks him how he knows that's spell already They are still Sorted into the respective houses that they are Draco was concerned about falling out of favor with Harry but Harry Insures him that hes never gonna fall out of favor when I last read it they were in 1st year and if I remember correctly that it was only 3 chapters so far And Draco makes a Comment that Harry is gonna be the head of the black Potter and malfoy while he is the consort of all 3 families.
