The twins get all their chaotic neutral tendencies from their grandmother. All of them.

Here she is, Andromeda. I can’t decide which background to go with but anywho this is her! On top of the dragon-like aspects that kinda make her look like a gargoyle, her humanoid design is based on Shalom Harlow’s appearance in the Versace Spring 1995 show. Her facial markings are inspired by/based on traditional Inuit face tattoos. She’s decently less human-looking than either Fantasia or Myth and thus has inspired numerous urban legends.

Andromeda lived for a very long time and was hailed as a guardian to women for just as long. She took up residence in present day Salem, Massachussets for eons where she would eventually raise her next incarnation, Anadroa (Myth) in the mid ‘90s to early 2000s.

Not sure if you’ve met Fantasia (left), Myth’s sibling and deific counterpart.

Lore time: The most powerful are dual gods, so they dominate a duality rather than just one thing. The original ‘god,’ master of creation and destruction split into two dual identities to oversee the mortal and immortal realms, which they classified as ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Reality.’ Not sure why they didn’t split into creation and destruction, but thems the rules. All gods are capable of this ‘soul transfer’ thingy. Gods with creation status they can create another one of themselves, but the original will die at most a decade later as the new incarnation develops and absorbs their power. This is how Myth and Fantasia were created. Fantasia is nothing more than a carbon copy of her predecessor, but Andromeda treated Myth more like her own child than a duplicate or replacement.

Anyway Andromeda is finally getting a physical appearance, that’s all.

Nat’s turn but this time she actually forgives herself cause Loretta’s a b—ad person…

‘New Experiences’

Artemis rarely felt such emotions, at least not as long as she’s known. She knew she never felt as ‘intimate’ as the rest of her family…seemed like even the rest of the world didn’t go through what she does. Yet, here it was, the first time in a while she felt anything for anyone. And, of all people, it had to be her.

She had never been one to discriminate with love, but her? Fuck, why her? Artemis’s thoughts were interrupted.

‘Hey, I know dating isn’t really your thing…you don’t have to answer now. I’ll keep in touch, yeah?’ They began to walk away.

Wait, that’s not what Artemis wanted. She clasped their wrist as lightly as she could—she still wasn’t used to her strength around non-gods—‘Wait, please. I-I do want to date you, I just…you know what you’re getting into, right? I might not be able to-‘

‘I know. I can wait.’

‘It might be months, years even. Are you sure?’

Her soft hands cradled Artemis’s face. ‘If I wasn’t sure, I wouldn’t be asking. It’s not exactly gonna be easy for either of us.’

Artemis felt her stomach flutter a bit. No wonder Mom and Dad were so attached to each other. She would be too if she felt this way all the time. Her eyes welled up a little; she realized that the last time something like this happened her orientation was the exact reason it fell apart. For the first time ever, someone was willing to wait for her heart to catch up, that gave her a head start. ‘Okay, thank you.’

‘Thank me? You’re my girlfriend now, thank you!’ The new title felt even sweeter coming from her mouth. She really was lucky to have a partner like them…

‘I can’t do this anymore, I’m so sorry…’ Marella looked like she was about to break down into tiny little pieces.

‘What? What is it? What’s wrong?’ Artemis was both trying to figure out why they were ending and why they seemed so torn about it.

‘…I need to tell you something. First, though, I want you to know that everything I’ve said to you, everything I feel for you, it’s all genuine, alright?’

‘What does this have to do with—‘ the realization hit her. That’s why she felt something was off from the start. Anyone who reads anything knows enemies to lovers rarely works without strings attached; for characters like the two of them, at least. ‘Oh…I…kinda figured, just a little.’

‘You knew?!’

‘I had a hunch, but it never felt fake from you, not once. My intuition is at least strong enough to notice when I’m being played, though.’ Her heart hardened just a bit from hearing the words come out of her own mouth. She’d been played, for months. How pathetic.

Revamped my oc family! Got real sick of using inaccurate references and having to guess scar shape and placement. So, yeah! Here’s the newly named Stirling family! Lore dumps coming maybe soon? Depends on how many people are interested in this stuff.
