“Ngh-” I suddenly felt weak in my body. the moment I woke up, I felt weak. ‘Am I sick?’ I thought to myself, I tried to shake it off and tried to get up to get ready. It was a Friday, I’m sure I’m gonna get through the day with no problem. I slowly got up and stretched my legs and arms, I walked over to my closet and grabbed my uniform. I walked out of my room to the shared bathroom [You guys can pick which bathroom, the female or the male. Or you can just imagine there’s a gender neutral one!] . I then placed down my uniform and got into one of the showers and showered.

While I showered, my vision turned black for a second. I panicked a little but I closed my eyes and breathed slowly. I then opened my eyes and my sight was better. I shrugged off that you were about to pass out, and continued to shower.

I walked out of the showered and changed. After I changed, I walked all the way back to my dorm and with the elevator too. I grabbed my stuff and put them in my bag and went back to the elevator with some classmates. Once we all went out, we all parted and walked outside of the dorm building.

“Are you alright Y/N?” I heard a classmate asked,

“Mhm! Just fine!” I smiled back at them.

I sighed and continued walking around the school grounds, it was break and I finished eating so I decided to walk around, my body felt a bit weak but not as worse than when I woke up. As I walked by the halls, I saw a red spiky haired boy. He noticed me staring and he walked to me, “Heyy Y/N!” I smiled at him, “Hello Kirishima.”

He showed his sharky smile that just makes me feel warm inside, apart from the cold feeling than usual. Kirishima noticed something different, “Hey, you good?” “Mhm- Just fine Kirishima,” I softly said with a smile. He looked at you up and down, he then put his hand up to my forehead,

“Y/N! Your heating up! Didn’t you noticed this before or you started to heat up before some periods?” He worriedly said.

“I’m fine, don’t worr-” Then suddenly I saw the faint black turn into pitch black and I passed out

“Hm?” I woke up, feeling less weak then I did, I looked around to see I was in my dorm again. I looked to my right to see a sleeping Kirishima. Has he been taking care of me? I tapped his lap, he flinched and woke up, “Y/N! YOUR AWAKEEE.” He hugged me tight, he realised he hugged me too tight and let go. “Recovery girl said you got a fever, you got some days off,” Kirishima explained and I nodded.

“How about you? You got class” I said while looking at my alarm clock and back at him. “I got time off~ Just to take care of you!” He proudly said with his iconic shark smile, I chuckled and looked at him with a smile,

“Thank you.”

- He will stay as long as he wants, to take care of you. Even if you guys got different classes, like if your from class 1C and he’s from class 1A, he does not care.

- If he could, he would ask Bakugou to make some soup for you and buy some medicine if you don’t have any.

- I think he would be so sweet to you and try to keep you comfortable, like maybe fluffing up your pillow or moving them to become like a pillow chair.

- He would even cuddle with you if you asked him to.

- Ask anything and HE WILL GET THE STUFF. Cold water? Ran to the common room, ran back to you. More blankets? If you got more in your closet, he will get them for you. Cuddles? SAY NOTHING LESS, he’s cuddling you until you fall asleep.

Wait.. How? Bakugou was still alive..

Bakugou managed to dodge the shot but caused himself to fall down on his side, still tied onto the chair. “Y/N, YOU REALLY NEED HELP!” Bakugou angrily said. “WHY CAN’T YOU JUST– DIE?!” Y/N cried, her face was twisted with anger and sadness. She has been tormented by the memories, almost becoming deaf, almost dying from drowning and from his Quirk, and she hated it. Her breakdown was worse this time. She was yelling, trashing her surroundings while Bakugou tried his best to get out of his restraints. “Why can’t you leave me alone? I hate you! Stop! Shut up!!” She said to herself, her hands gripping her hair hard.

Bakugou managed to get out of the restraints and quickly walked towards Y/N. “Y/N, calm down.” He said in a stern voice, almost demanding. Y/N just looked at him with her E/C eyes that glowed a pink glow. “Leave me ALONE!” She screamed, pushing him away.

“Y/N, listen to me. I know I haven’t been the nicest to you in the past but what I know, I can change. Someone showed me that I could change to be a better person, a better hero. I hate that I couldn’t mend things with you but this is my chance to mend things with you if you let me help you. You can become the hero you always dreamed of with Deku.” Bakugou softly said, extending both his hands out as he walked slowly towards Jinx who was looking at him with widened eyes, her hands fidgeting.

“I don’t need your pity.” She spat with venom. “I’m not pitying you, I’m trying to help you.” Bakugou replied, getting close to her by the second. “I don’t need anyone’s help. I’m hopeless! I’m a freak case! What makes you think you could fix me?!” Jinx asked, her body was in an unstable, angered, and vulnerable state. She was shaking as she heard the voices messing with her head.

By now, Bakugou was standing close to her, looking straight at her but she was standing on her left side, not noticing Bakugou as she held her head in a tight grip. Bakugou felt guilty, how is that possible? He feels no quilty over bullying Deku but he felt the guilt twist his guts when it came to remembering his torment on Jinx. If he wanted to be a hero, he needed to make some changes. His hands reach towards Jinx’s trying to get her attention. But as his hands reached closer, she turned her head to look at him with frightened eyes as she looked at his hands that were reaching for hers.

She couldn’t help but sob more as she pounced on him, crying hysterically. Bakugou was stunned but soon hugged her back, combing her hair to soothe her. “I don’t think I can fix you.. But I can help you.” Was all Katsuki said.

She lifted her head to look him in the eyes. “Do..Do you think I can be a.. Hero too..?” She asked in soft hiccups. Katsuki had a small smile on and nodded, “Yes.” He answered.

Jinx couldn’t help but feel a sense of relief? Of what? Oh… Relieved that she could change paths, that she could follow her dreams instead of following her nightmares. Relieved that she could make new friends, friends with the same goal.

That all faded away when she saw someone behind Katsuki. Toga, and she looked furious. Furious that one of her close friends in the League was hugging a hero course student, the League’s target no less! She grabbed her knife and swung it towards Bakugou’s back. Jinx’s eyes widened and quickly hugged Katsuki tight which shocked him. What shocked him more was when she quickly turned around, swapping their places when she was stabbed by the thrown knife, its very tip grazing her heart.

“Y/N!” He called out. He was furious, blasting Toga away from them. Katsuki didn’t pull the knife out since it was impaled in her and would only cause her to bleed out if he were to take it out. “Why the fuck would you do that?!” He angrily asked. Y/N just smiled. “A hero would do that… Right?” She asked with a smile. Katsuki couldn’t stop the water from pouring out of his eyes. “...Right.” He grinned.

“Shit- I’m always a jinx so I guess I deserve this fate.” She chuckled. Katsuki couldn’t help but tear up a bit. He quickly grabbed her to try to pick her up to bring her to the hospital– But she stopped him. “You won’t be fast enough.” She protested. “I will be fast enough!” Bakugou protested back, picking her up and ran as fast as he could to bring her to the hospital.

Just as they were a mile away from the hospital, someone yelled from a distance. “IT’S NOT OVER YET!” Bakugou didn’t look but he knew it was a member from the LOV. Shigaraki was furious that he lost his little play toy. Using two of his fingers, he grabbed a crystal that was long ago made by Y/N. He smashed it to the ground, inches away from Y/N and Katsuki.

Bakugou managed to blast away before it exploded, creating a hole in the city’s ground but only caused the knife to slip even deeper by the impact. “You’ll make it.” He promised to the girl who had fallen unconscious, running as fast as he could.

The hospital’s walls were white and clean, the air was fresh, and patients and medical staff crowded the halls and rooms.

In one of the rooms, Katsuki Bakugou held the hands of Y/N L/N who lay unconscious on a hospital bed. He hoped for the best for her.

Slowly, she opened her eyes to the bright light of the hospital room, taking quick glances around the room before her eyes landed on Katsuki’s figure. He felt eyes on him and looked up to see her looking at him. He couldn’t help but show a small smile before hugging her softly.

Jinx was no more… It was just.. Y/N. A soon to be hero.

“Yeah Katsuki! Show her what you can do!” A boy encourages as he and another friend watch the blonde blasting explosions at a girl with H/C hair. “Stop! Please!!” The girl begged but the boy wouldn’t stop. “Look at her! Such bad luck.” A boy laughed, “HAHA!! Like a jinx! Hey- Let’s give her a new nickname!” The other said. “Heh, Jinx? I like that nickname.” The blonde smirked, grabbing the girl’s hair to face him. “Your name is Jinx, alright? You have such bad luck, you’re probably the reason why you’re an orphan. I think Jinx fits you well.” The boy smirked, the girl was scared, unable to say anything. “She accepted it so easily! How pathetic!!” The brunette boy laughed, the other joining in beating her up.

Suddenly there was a voice that got the bullies attention, “Hey!! Stop bullying her!” The blonde, Katsuki, turned around to see his childhood “friend” Izuku. “Deku! You want a beating too?” He asked with a grin. “If you don’t stop! I’ll- I’ll tell on you!” The timid boy stuttered. “Tch, c’mon Katsuki.” One of them said, Katsuki scoffed before kicking the girl one more time and walked away with his gang.

The boy quickly ran towards the beaten up girl, asking her if she was okay in a panicked voice. "Do you need to go to the nurse??" He asked but to no response, the girl just looked at the ground with a blank face, as if she accepted her fate. That she was nothing but a jinx.

Everyday for the past middle school years, she has been bullied by Katsuki Bakugou and his gang after they learned that she was an orphan. She was beaten up, called a jinx, always having bad luck following her. Even worse, she started to have mental issues, always being seen talking to herself or having a panicked look in her eyes. She practically accepted her fate, getting bullied and having bad luck following her.

Her orphanage tried to get the treatment she needed but to no avail, she was just.. unable to be fixed. She suddenly began to have breakdowns in class, but no one helped. Everyone simply viewed her as a freak. It was just a matter of time before she was taken out of school. Bakugou and his gang didn't have their little toy anymore and so they started to bully Deku for being quirkless. When the girl started attending the school in their second year, Deku was able to avoid getting bullied. However, by the time she pulled out of school at the start of their third year, Katsuki and his friends had turned their attention to the poor, timid boy.

When the two boys were accepted into U.A, it was a huge turn around for Deku, finally being able to become the hero he always wanted to be! If only she could achieve that with him. Katsuki was only fueled with rage, angered that he was not the only one that was accepted. He had Deku pinned to the wall with an angered look, demanding to know how he got accepted, along the lines of “Did you bribe them?!” But it wasn’t true, Deku had worked hard after receiving One For All and he got in with his own efforts, with the help of All Might.

Weeks have passed since middle school ended. He has been putting in a lot of effort in U.A with his new classmates and making new friends, growing closer every day. He continues to make attempts to get in touch with his middle school friend Y/N L/N, but the orphanage says that she ran away a few months after dropping out of middle school. He tried looking for her but failed. He eventually admitted defeat and gave up trying to find her.

Little did he know, he would be seeing her soon.

It was the day the students were gonna learn about rescue. They all had to take the bus to the U.S.J because it was farther from the main building. Everyone was already outside with their hero costumes, except Deku who had his gear and his PE uniform instead of his costume. “Hey Deku, aren’t they your gym clothes?” Uraraka asked, walking up to Deku. “Where is your costume?” She asked, pointing at his clothes, “Ah, it got ruined during the battle training, so they’re repairing it for me.” He embarrassingly said.

Everyone was then ordered by Iida to go inside the bus to begin the journey to the U.S.J

By the time they arrived, they were greeted by the pro hero No.13!! The students were in awe of the hero as the hero explained the meaning behind the name of “U.S.J!!” The students were so excited to be learning how to rescue others but villains had other plans..

Suddenly, the lights started electrifying and turning off which made the students look up. And then the fountain water flowed intermittently and a big misty purple portal materialized out of nowhere. Villains had appeared. The students thought it was part of an exercise but Aizawa said otherwise.

As the problems began to increase, a light blue ashy haired man and a joyful looking girl with H/C watched the chaos that had occurred by their arrival. “Hey, Shiggy! Can I maybe play with a certain blonde?~” The girl asked with an excited smile, “Do what you want, you mentally unstable child.” Shigaraki sighed, the girl smiled happily by his approval, “Giri!! Help me out here!” She called out to the misty man, “Of course, Jinx.” The misty bartender nodded before opening one of his portals for her. “Thank you!!” She thanked before skipping inside the portal and arriving in the Ruins Zone.

A blonde and a red haired boy were fighting off the goons that were sent into the zone with them, easily defeating them all with the blonde calling them all weak and even attacked one of them that were trying to sneak behind him with an explosion, And just as they were gonna go, a portal appeared in front of them, “Another extra! Fine, bring it on!!” He grinned, both of them positioning themselves to attack this anonymous attacker.

A girl with H/L H/C hair with a steampunk themed outfit waltzes right out before the portal closes. The red haired boy dashed towards the enemy and just as he was gonna take a hit, the villain swiftly dodged the attack and pulled out a makeshift gun and shot him with an electric shot. The boy quickly recovered and ran back into action, catching the villain off guard and managing to hold her in place, “Bakugou! Quick, take a hit!” The boy, Kirishima, called out but the boy stayed frozen, taking recognition from the villain’s E/C eyes that were tinted in bright pink.

“Bakugou!!” Kirishima yelled again which took Bakugou out of his frozen state and he quickly got back in action, blasting a powerful explosion towards the red head’s direction, managing to take a hit. Kirishima pounced back, siding with Bakugou as they waited for the villain’s next move. “Haha… I miss that heat! Did ya miss me, Kacchan?~” The H/C girl chuckled, slowly lifting her head up to show her glowing pink E/C eyes.Bakugou’s eyes widened as he finally remembered who she was.

“Y/N..?” He muttered softly, “Y/N? No no, it’s Jinx! Remember? You made me who I am today!” She laughed. “Oi, this must be some sick joke, I thought you wanted to be a hero!” He yelled out, “Heroes wouldn’t want an unstable student to be a hero, All For One helped me see that.” She smiled, creating a small crystal and smashed it onto the ground, “Bakugou, watch out!” Kirishima yelled before a F/C explosion engulfed the 3 people.

When the smoke cleared out, the girl stared at Kirishima who was protecting Bakugou with his body. Y/N looked at this with an angered and distorted look, scribbles were all around her, scribbling everything around her. Voices in her head started to talk, along the lines, “Monster!” “Freak!” “Jinx!!” And there were scribbles all along the boys’ faces. She was engulfed in a feeling of rage and sadness.

The boys finally recovered and looked at the distressed villain. Bakugou quickly blasted towards her, taking the opportunity as she was distracted, oh so he thought.

The girl noticed and quickly blasted her gun towards him, an electric feeling shook his body. “Have you gone weak?! You are so pathetic!” She mocked, walking towards him but a red head blocked her from doing so.

She managed to hold them off in the zone when All Might appeared. By the time All Might defeated the nomu, a portal appeared in front of her. “Oh? I guess it’s my time to go! It was lovely seeing you, Kacchan!” She smiled, walking into the portal before the two students could hit her.

“Until we meet again~”

Their Quirk allows the user to grow their own plants, like vines and flowers. The Quirk also allows the user to change the properties of a plant and tailor it to their favor (e.x a poisonous trait of a flower is then transferred to a harmless flower, causing the harmless flower to be poisonous).

The league was growing by each passing moment, more powerful and stronger by each member who joined the organization. The leader, Tomura Shigaraki, slowly rose to power with many allies under his lead. Everyone saw him as a cold yet generous leader, despite his constant cold shoulder.

The only people who are allowed his kindness and understanding was the main League. His kindness is often shown towards them by his actions rather than his words (which are quite harsh!) But what they didn’t expect to happen was their leader to go all soft on a new member?!

It was a young woman, perhaps in her early twenties, who was added to the main league immediately by Giran. It was a bold choice of the recruiter to have recruited such a person. When they first met her, she was just a bundle of joy which made them think ‘what was Giran thinking?!’

The woman later introduced herself as Y/N L/N and explained briefly her backstory. She was sick of how people treated others “inferior” and after an accident that Giran saved her from 10 years ago, she had been a solo villain until now. It got their interest but they knew better than to ask for more information than what was given.

Weeks went by and they found… changes with Shigaraki. He would often accompany Y/N in everything the league did. When it came to planning, Shigaraki was sitting right beside Y/N as if there’s nothing wrong. Another change they discovered was the sudden greenery around the base. They knew it was Y/N’s work because of how well-taken care of (let’s be honest, none of the league would be taking care of the plants except Kurogiri and Y/N herself). There was a need that they didn’t know was needed.

But why the sudden greenery?

They discovered the reasoning after Mr. Compress found Shigaraki talking with Y/N who was recommending flowers that help with dry skin when turned into tea. This revelation was truly a shock to the league. Their cold and bone-chilling leader… is asking for flower tea recommendations from Y/N?!

What they don’t know is that Y/N and Tomura had known each other since the day Giran saved her. She was around 9… 11? … perhaps 12? And was human-trafficked for most of her youth, suffered old men touching her places that only sent shivers of fear and pain through her body, her whole childhood instantly taken from her grasp. Her whole young body was tainted with hands touching places she didn’t want touched. If Giran had not saved her, she would’ve had a different ending.

When she was rescued by Giran, he brought her to All for One and there, she met Tomura. Tomura himself was around the same age as her. The male was a bit sick of the sudden present of a girl, a little bit of a reminder of his sister which he faintly remembered. She was emotionless, a blank expression on her face showing the years and years of abuse she endured.

Under All for One’s care, she was optimistic again, an extrovert. She spent the rest of her youth, at least until she turned 18, pestering Tomura and hanging out with him. A constant thing she's done was pranks and bundles of affections towards him.

Have you ever seen those videos with tape in the doorway? Because of Tomura’s almost empty head when he thinks, he was pranked with the tape in the doorway… except instead of tape, it’s vines wrapped around the doorway. It covered the entire doorway which ended up encasing itself on Tomura as he walked through. It was hilarious because it would create a shape of Tomura’s thin body on the doorway!! 

Her affection is a little bit too much sometimes, especially now in their twenties. Everytime she discovered a new plant to conjure up, she would jump on Tomura, yelling out in victory and excitement over the new discovery she had. Of course, he would just let her. A little small smile would appear on his dry face as he listened to her rant about her recent discovery. Y/N had always been an extrovert, especially to those she loves. To those who have done her wrong, she has always given them the cold shoulder.

One particular mission really showed her terrifying side. They were going to eliminate a new and up-coming villain group that only was trouble to the other villains. Everyone had their own handful of villains attacking their every point of view but Y/N was surrounded with them to the brim. Because of her soft appearance, they thought she would be an easy target.

What they didn't expect was her wrath to be tenfold. Her vines went everywhere, wrapping her victims and stabbing them with various extended thorns. One of her moves was clearly a sight. She would encase her victims, almost like a cocoon, and then would make all the thorns inside just explode into her victims, adding a few poisonous flowers, plants, and herbs. Her victim’s blood always ended up leaking out of the vine-made cocoon and just like a waterfall, pours towards the ground. And when she releases them, their body would be raggedy, hollow pits all around their body because of the thorns. Their face would be distorted, puffy and red from the poison which causes them to foam in the mouth.

Then she turns around with a smile, dead bodies with blood gruesome appearances bow before her. She was a terrifying person with her sanity somehow intact in some way. 

They actually feel grateful that she likes them. She would always bring in flowers for everyone to keep every week. It would vary every week. Most of the time, it’s a yellow type of flower which has the meaning of friendship. It always brings out Himiko’s excitement and she would hug Y/N while gushing over the flower.

Tomura felt a bit proud of her. Afterall, her background was disgusting and traumatizing, especially when she didn’t have help in the mental department of the experience and the aftermath. He always tried to be kind to her, always accepting her bear hugs (always made sure to not touch her) and rants about her recent discoveries.

Do you guys ever wonder about the names made in x reader stories? Especially anime x reader stories.

For example, "Simon." I'm so sorry but HUH?? I honestly feel like it's not really a good idea using English names in an anime fanfiction- If the character is a foreigner then sure! But if their Japanese, why use a name like "John" or something?

I think some of you have noticed in my fanfictions, especially "A Drop of Blood" in Wattpad. I used a few original characters throughout the chapters, I used Japanese names, like "Riku Hiroto" and "Akuma." Both names having some sort of meaning and it's actually Japanese.

Writers, please use Japanese names if you are referring to Japanese originated people in your stories 😭

For the next few months, Y/N have been a really friendly and quiet person. Even though he doesn’t talk much, he expressed his emotions using his tail and ears! His ears would twitch in embarrassment, tail wagging in excitement, tail between his legs in worry, guilt, panicked, his tail would be on guard, like a cat, when he’s angry. Of course, his tail would be low if he would be sad.

Everyone in class found him adorable! Like a little puppy! Mineta wouldn’t stop being jealous, saying how he couldn’t believe that all the girls were falling for him! Of course, his statements were ignored by his classmates.

But lately, some of the students had noticed Y/N following around a certain blond…

“Stop following me, dragon!” Katsuki yelled out as Y/N tailed behind him. Katsuki was starting to get really annoyed by the dragon-like Nomu boy. Every single day, he had followed the blond to everyone.

Class? He’s right behind him!

Cafeteria? Save Y/N a seat! He’s coming with!

And Katsuki was slowly getting really pissed, always lashing out at Y/N who reacted to it. He didn’t even seem to mind! Every single punch and slap goes unbothered by the Nomu! All he did was stare into Katsuki’s eyes. Katsuki slowly got creeped out, and it’s not common for the blonde to get creeped out by something! But Y/N’s glowing pools of gold-like yellow was giving him shivers down his spine.

He thought, ‘If I continue to ignore him, he’ll leave me alone!’ But he surely thought wrong. Because he got used to the Nomu following him around, considering his wings adjusted and shrinked along with his tail and horns to look less menacing. Even if the blonde didn’t want to admit it, he actually enjoyed having the Nomu following around.

It might’ve even boosted his ego! Having a Nomu following him around made him look powerful- like he just tamed a beast! Even though it was like Y/N had tamed the beast named Katsuki Bakugou.

And slowly, he started to treat the Y/N like a pet. A friend pet, perhaps? Watching the menacing aura that surrounded the poker-faced Nomu follow the tempered blonde around was a rare sight to see. And by now, Katsuki didn’t mind at all!

Sometimes, if he had treats given by some girl or his friends, he would give it to Y/N who happily accepted the treats. Sometimes, if Katsuki was eating chips, he would grab one and offer it to Y/N who ate it out of his hand with a small smile.

And, when the blonde was bored, and out of curiosity, he would give Y/N head pats. It could be anywhere! In class? The black haired Nomu would sit beside Katsuki on the ground and the blonde would pat his head during class. The Nomu’s hair wasn’t exactly the smoothest, it was soft and fluffy when no one helped him with his hair.

And Katsuki, the ever feminist he was (Thank you, Mama Bakugou!) he would braid Y/N’s long hair. It was always a long braided tail that matched his own scaled tail. At the dorms, Katsuki would offer his food to Y/N which distracted him while the blonde braided his hair into a long braided tail.

Everyone was surprised at how calm the blonde was, a total opposite to his tempered side.

But, no one dared to comment and just let the blonde have fun with his new raven-headed friend.
