Scream is top tier horror. Good sequels, good plot twists, and good fucking characters!!! And award of the best final girl goes to Sydney fucking prescott!!
This is random but I just wanted a place to express myself (chile I need to journal). But it would be nice to hear feedback on what I'm gonna say like do yall feel the same and why? Anyway I feel my perception of myself isn't caught up with who I am currently it's almost like I forget I'm not an insecure 12 year old girl anymore. I'm not in middle school anymore (thank god that environment was so toxic). I'll also start to think of doing something but will then start to think of how people of my past would react/treat me if I did. And then I'll be hesitant to do it. My past holds me back sometimes because I'm so scared of getting that same reaction, of being bullied again.
Thinking about how the arcane artists and designers made sure isha had big eyes to make us see her more innocent and childlike (and make her death hurt even more.) They do this with the other children in the main cast, but with Isha they make sure to push it further, her eyes were bigger, full of wonder joy and innocence, just to make her have a stronger impact as a character
They do this same thing to powder to an extent, they don’t push it as far with her character but they do it, this plays in to how jinx and powder’s character models change, one of the main differences is her eyes because eyes are so key when it comes to character design and shape language and how we perceive each character
Character design save me save me character design…
I hate how right-wingers try to excuse spreading hateful or ignorant ideas as "just a joke" or "I'm just asking questions". Like they somehow think that jokes or questions cannot be rhetorical.
It's like some people think that ideas just don't affect the real world in any tangible form. Like they are just having a purely theoretical conversation that effects nobody at all.
People on the right need to realize that rhetoric is very capable of inspiring violence. Saying shit like "trans people are groomers" is the kind of shit that gets trans people killed.
And public figures who advocate hateful rhetoric will always try to distance themselves from the consequences of their words, saying shit like "I never said I condone violence", even when violence is the natural logical conclusion of their words. Yall cannot act like implying that Jews run the world is not a call to action to commit violence against them, that is pure bullshit.
“Oh, rancid Miguel, how do I loathe thee? Let me count the ways. I loathe thee to the depth and breadth and height My souleth have no desire to reach thee, and wants to be out of sight For I believe it preserveth mine own grace”
You know the drill by now, if you wanna read the first two parts (Part 1 and Part 2), then click the links because there’s no way I’m retyping everything. Don’t wanna read it? Then in the words of Laila, that’s just not my problem.
We already know by now how this guy has his own agenda and stubborn cult-like way of thinking in terms of how the Spiderverse should work. I had been watching Spider-Man PS5 gameplays recently when I struck absolute GOLD.
In the 2011 game, “Spider-Man: Edge of Time,” there is a specific clip in there and I promise you, when I found out it existed, it made me so happy because it let me know I’m not crazy for thinking Miguel’s way of handling stuff is absolute bullchips. And for those of you that have watched or played Edge of Time, you might already know what I’m talking about.
For any fangirls out there that will defend Miguel tooth and nail, I have a question for you. What would you do if an ACTUAL Spider-Man went up to Miguel and told him he was wrong about everything in terms of his worldview?
Well, don’t worry. You don’t need to wonder. BECAUSE IT ALREADY HAPPENED.
(Video by @CCGAMING TV on YouTube)
You know it’s bad when a traditional Spider-Man is telling you that not only does your ideology suck, plus you also completely suck at your job.
And even if we were gonna go with the argument of Edge of Time using a different variant of Miguel for the storyline (but I don’t exactly think they are considering their universe numbers are the same—-that being 2099), it certainly goes to showcase that Miguel’s way of quote-unquote ‘heroism’ is pretty consistent (in that he believes innocent people should be allowed to just straight-up DIE).
The only difference between Edge of Time Miguel and Spiderverse Miguel to me (personally) is the fact that Miguel was actually willing to listen to a perspective outside of his own (and infinitely MUCH quicker to do that than Spiderverse Miguel).
But even then, it falls flat when you consider the literal fact that in order for him to do so, Peter had to explain why letting his girlfriend just randomly DIE instead of saving her is a BAD thing. So clearly the lack of empathy is consistent as well (regardless of its varying degrees).
“Oh, but he said ‘Maybe this'll help even the score for everything the world owes you.’”
Okay? So? We’re just gonna forget that this guy was gonna let Peter’s girlfriend die without telling him ANYTHING and was planning to keep him in the dark the whole time up until that point? I’d have a hard time trusting someone after that.
And on top of that, Miguel ACTIVELY had that information in the ARCHIVES about MJ dying (meaning he didn’t want anyone to find it or be aware of it). He KNEW that Peter would want to save her and that’s why he didn’t tell him. That sure seems manipulative as heck to me.
Sure, you could argue that Peter’s a jerk here for looking through the files, but gosh darn it—I can’t even be mad at him here because he was just looking for information on the problem at hand.
Peter's absolutely right---Miguel doesn't get what being Spider-Man is about. Miguel's not a hero--he's a control freak that wants everything done his way or the multiversal highway.
Granted, I don’t know what they plan to do in terms of Miguel’s character in the third Spiderverse movie. For all I know, he COULD potentially have a change of heart. But like I said before with EOT (Edge of Time), this change of heart would only occur after getting scolded about why it’s wrong to let people evaporate on your watch.
The only reason why I have slightly (keyword: SLIGHTLY) more respect for EOT Miguel is because at least he was willing to save someone's loved one (but once again, it was only after he was called out or confronted, so even then, it's still very slimy).
I already explained the complexities behind Miguel’s so-called intentions, so don’t even try to be like, “Oh, he thinks or does this because of this—-” it’s still not a good justification for telling a teenage boy that his father should die, and that he’s not allowed to do anything.
I’m so glad I found this clip because it’s just more fuel for the fire for me in terms of my passionate dislike for this man. And whether he’s redeemed in the movie or not, there’s no way in fish chips I am ever going to let people forget that this was the same dude hunting down a MINOR.
“Hey, kid. Sorry I was gonna let your father die for no reason and expected you to just listen due to my inexcusably flawed ways of thinking and the fact I also practically tried to kill you because I wouldn't let your father die, all the while insulting you and calling you a mistake.”
This is what I mean when I say Miguel lacks empathy (or even worse, just basic sympathy). I will never understand why Miguel thinks that because he lost people he loves, that other people should be okay with the same thing. He's like those old people that assume just because they went through traumatic events, that their children should go through them too just because they also went through it.
Honestly, with the way Miguel acts, it's difficult to remember he HAD people he loved that passed away due to the fact he just seems to want people to just 'accept' that it happens. No way, Jose. You would think the guy who lost his wife and CHILD would be thinking a lot more consciously about how he chooses to treat and address people, but he straight up doesn't.
I don't care what people say, Miguel es basura. Muy asqueroso.
Here's the thing: As much as I enjoy these concepts or tropes, they don't make sense when you take the time to think about it. Don't believe me? Let's go down the list then.
Vampire romances: The concept of a vampire romance really doesn't make sense when you take just five minutes to add all the aspects together.
Sure, it can be intriguing or whatever (especially if there’s a unique way in which the premise is handled), but let's really boil down the contents of its true implications here.
A vampire is a creature that feeds on human blood. Vampire romances USUALLY (not all the time, but usually) involve a vampire falling for a human rather than a vampire falling for another vampire.
Let me say this again. Vampire, which eats humans---then has stories where they then fall for humans.
That's like a chupacabra hooking up with a goat. What sense does it make for a creature to fall in love with something it usually tends to eat?
Even if the said predator of this relationship has no intention of eating their mate or harming them---would you, as a rational person, feel comfortable knowing that your partner has to harm YOUR species and eat them for their own survival? I highly doubt it.
"Oh, I know you kill people and drink their blood, but I know you won't kill ME! I'm just DIFFERENT--"
It literally makes no sense.
Zombie romances: Zombie romances make even less sense to me. Because now instead of a creature that simply wants your blood, it’s a creature that quite literally wants to rip your stomach open and eat your intestines like Twizzlers.
At least with a vampire, you could just have IV blood bags for them to drink to put off their thirst for a WHILE. But when it comes to zombies, they literally rely on eating the WHOLE entirety of the human.
Once again, it’s like a chupacabra dating a goat. Oh, but what if the zombie doesn’t want to eat or harm their partner?
Well, then we get into even more ethically concerning details on the human’s part. Because aren’t zombies walking corpses that eat people? And if a human is willing to date or become uh…'entangled’ with a zombie, isn’t that a form of necrophilia since the zombie is literally just a man-eating corpse?
Sure, we could argue whether or not zombies are living or non-living. But let's be honest here: the majority of the time, zombies do not look cute. They are rotting parts of their bodies, they look dead, they smell horrible, they’re covered in blood, and sometimes missing a limb or two. If you’re unironically attracted to that in real life or something (not including those who JUST like the stories for the stories), you are mentally ill—there’s no way around it for me. You are attracted to something that looks like a corpse. That in itself is necrophilia and it’s honestly gross from an incredibly literal standpoint.
Even if the zombie were to look like some cutesy/idealistic anime character or something, it still doesn't change the fact that this thing's practically DEAD.
Sure, like vampire romances, it could be interesting depending on the intricacies of the story. But it still makes no sense when you write it down on paper. Wow, you’re dating a creature that looks dead and has to fight off the urge to eat people every single second they're on this planet. How quirky.
Ghost romances: Ghost romances also don’t make sense on paper. Now, this one is a bit more loose in my opinion since ghost archetypes are often experimented with in terms of what they can do or not do. It’s just one of those things where it really depends on the story world and the premise it's placed in. However, from the very cultural and general stance of how ghosts work, they can’t touch anything (except when it's to conveniently scare people, so even then, their intangibility is transient) and they can’t age.
I’m sorry, but aren’t the driving points of a romance being able to see the characters display affection and/or get old together? And if a ghost can’t touch anything, what’s the point in being romantically involved with someone you can’t kiss? I get there’s long distance relationships, but if they’re in the same room with you—why would you want that?
Even if the subject of physical intimacy wasn’t an issue, there’s still the prospect of aging. Because if your boo (pun intended) died young and is a ghost, that means they’re physically stuck at that age forever. Even if they were to be centuries older than you, wouldn’t it be weird to see some elderly person smooching on a young looking supernatural?
Let me put it like this. A human woman at 25 years old is in a relationship with a male ghost. The said male ghost died at 30. Sure, she could get away with dating him for another five or ten years, but eventually, the human woman ages in appearance physically and looks older than her ghost partner. And if she lives long enough, she’s gonna be 80 while her boo still looks 30. You’re seriously telling me that DOESN’T look weird from the outside? Wouldn't you be weirded out if some super old person was smooching up with someone decades younger than them?
At that point, to avoid any oddities, you’d be better off killing yourself in whatever spot they’re stuck to so you wouldn’t have to worry about aging out of proportion in the relationship (and if not aging, then to touch them). That sounds like a lot more work than it’s worth.
Werewolf romances: Werewolf romances are the only sort of supernatural romance I could possibly get behind—and even then, it’s still highly dependent on how the said story chooses to handle the workings of lycanthropy.
At least with this partner, they most likely can turn humans who won’t HAVE to kill you out of survival. You don’t have to be sorry about some super weird complex age gap. And you can touch them. Sounds like a pretty decent basis so far. BUT there’s always a catch.
A werewolf is (duh) a person who can turn into a wolf (or wolf-like monster). When it comes to these beings, it really is a roll of the dice. Because some versions will make them seem they have no thought process or control at all—whereas others give them complete control. So to call a werewolf automatically dangerous to the well being of their human partner is rather tough to say off the bat. Though, I do know that all of that fur that sheds off of them will be annoying to deal with (and that’s not even counting all of the things they might chew up---like your shoes).
And while I would be inclined to agree that being in a relationship with a werewolf could most definitely be a form of beastiality, at the very LEAST a werewolf can revert back into a human the majority of the time. So as long as you’re only doing stuff with them as a human, you should technically be fine, right?
I mean, don’t get me wrong, I still don’t find much appeal in becoming romantically involved with someone who can become some giant creepy wolf abomination, but at least there’s SOME things in there you COULD manipulate depending on which universe you land into.
Overall, while I do think supernatural romances are indeed a fun concept (and I DO tend to enjoy some of these stories), there’s no way in HECK I think they’re ACTUALLY plausible (unless you add some major--MAJOR--plot armor).
If you've read the title of this, you already know who I'm gonna be crapping on.
I know some of y'all are gonna flame me in the comments, but I do not care. Now, if you’re willing to bring up counterpoints about a FICTIONAL topic in a respectful manner, I’ll listen no problem because I don't mind being wrong (and I actually HOPE I'm wrong about this since I WAS excited about watching Miguel in action because there was so much hype around him). But if you take me having beef with a fictional character as me having beef with YOU, then I politely ask you to spare your mental health and drink some hot chocolate under a blanket after you click away from this post, thank you.
Now back to the topic.
Most of us Spider-Man fans have seen the movie, "Across the Spider-Verse" at some point (and if you haven't, what are you doing? Go watch it, it's on Netflix). Excluding everything that makes it a masterpiece aside, there's one character in the movie who really grinds my gears. Not in terms of how they’re written, but more so just how they are as a person in general.
Miguel O'Freaking'Hara.
I do not like Miguel. I feel pity for him, but I do not like him. I do like him as a character, though. I feel like he definitely adds to the story and makes it interesting. I genuinely feel like ATSV would’ve been really boring if he wasn’t part of it. But I do not like him as a person.
Miguel doesn't JUST have a stick up his butt, he has the whole TREE.
I couldn't care less about the fact this dude looks like a handsome statue because of the stuff he was doing to Miles. I think y’all forgot that this dude THREW A TABLE AT A MINOR UPON FIRST MEETING HIM and then has the nerve to throw away the food Miles got for him like it's trash. If that’s already not a red flag, I don’t know what is.
I don’t care if it was just ‘frustration.’ Miguel's 27 years old, he should know better. Unless Miles was attacking him in the beginning (which he wasn’t), there’s no reason he should’ve done that. But oh…I have much more beef with this dude than just a table.
I understand that his supposed role and whatnot in the Spiderverse is that he has to keep canon events going. He has to get rid of 'anomalies.’ Unfortunately, Miles Morales (from Earth-1610) is an anomaly because he was never supposed to be the Spider-Man of his universe. So, what does Miguel do? He tries to obliterate the guy.
…Ex–freaking-scuse me?
"Oh, but Miguel tried to talk to Miles about everything!"
Yeah. And he did it in the worst way possible. Miguel had absolutely no empathy towards the whole situation, then has the gall to wonder why Miles is running off and not listening to him. No dip, Sherlock. I'm pretty sure if you harshly told any normal person that someone they loved deeply was going to die and that they couldn't save them without any hint of compassion, they'd go against what you said and try to find a way to save them, bro.
Miguel's whole schmo is that Miles becoming Spider-Man was bad because it created Spot and Spot's creating a bunch of problems. As a result, Miguel also tells Miles that saving his dad is not allowed. Here's where I have a problem with that logic. If Miles being Spider-Man is an anomaly in the first place, why NOT save Jeff as a way to prevent more anomalies from HAPPENING? If anything, Miles losing his dad would've just been another canon event for him to continue BEING Spider-Man, even though he wasn't supposed to be. Legit, this dude’s logic irritates the pee out of me.
Miguel's approach to the problem is also hypocritical considering that he lost his own wife and daughter in the universe he belonged to, then invaded ANOTHER UNIVERSE he didn't belong to, which honestly in my opinion makes Miguel look even worse to me. I'm willing to bet that Miguel’s alternate daughter could’ve been that universe’s spider hero, but because THIS vampire edge lord stepped into a universe that was NOT his, it prevented the canon event of the classic “Dead Guardian trope,” leading to that universe’s evaporation.
Another thing that irks me about the whole thing is that MILES IS LIKE 15-16 YEARS OLD. So as far as I'm concerned, O'Hara is trying to eliminate a KID. Even though he knows what it's like to lose a KID. No wonder the multiverse prevented him from being a father—he’s violent, unstable, and completely short-sighted. He’s out here chokeslamming a teenager and calling THEM the mistake. Just because you went through grief and trauma with your own children, it isn't an excuse to take the breath of another child.
(Y'know, considering the events of Multiverse of Madness, I'm kinda seeing a pattern here--)
Miguel, for some reason, refuses to have a smidge of sensitivity for what Miles is going through. Heck, even Gwen and Peter Parker had more empathy for Miles despite them not telling him he wasn't supposed to be Spider-Man because they actually cared about his feelings TO SOME DEGREE.
I hate Miguel’s whole “You’re a mistake!” speech because Miles didn't create the spider. Miles didn't summon the spider. Miles didn’t choose to get bit. He didn’t find it on his own terms. Miles didn't choose to create Spot—the one who’s actually causing them problems. Someone ELSE brought the spider there. Someone ELSE took away a universe’s Spider-Man. Miles is just trying to deal with what he’s been given. So if Miguel wants to go after ANYONE for ‘anomalies’ in terms of Miles’ universe, he needs to track down the person who put something where it didn’t belong.
For crying out loud, he told the boy that HE was a mistake. It’d be one thing if he said “You being Spider-Man was a mistake” or something. But no. He says that Miles IS the mistake.
During that whole speech, it sounds like Miguel is trying to tell Miles that everything is HIS fault as if Miles had a choice in being bit. As if Miles even had a choice in the fact that a radioactive spider from an alternate universe chose to bite him.
There were so many other ways Miguel could've handled the issue and he didn’t do that. I don’t care what his so-called intentions could/would be because it really put a disgusting taste in my mouth.
I still have no respect for the fact that he hypocritically and previously invaded another reality where he was dead so he could be with his family--and here's what I mean by that.
Yes, I understand--Miguel's life on his original earth was freaking sad. He lost his wife and daughter. That's obviously a very tragic thing to go through. But it’s the fact that he's cracking down on Miles so badly despite Miguel LITERALLY being the one to pull a Kingpin vexes me. Miles had ALWAYS belonged to his universe. Miguel’s only in the dump he’s in because he was trespassing.
Don't get me wrong, I feel pity but I absolutely cannot stand the audacity of this man to go after a kid who got bit IN HIS OWN UNIVERSE even though Miguel was the one who contributed to some multiversal disaster in the Spider-verse. You could try to say, "Oh, it's because he doesn't want to make the same mistake again and shatter the Spider-verse or something!" While I could understand that, it’s still not a good reason for Miguel to do and say the stuff he did. I thought at the bare minimum, he'd be at least able to RELATE to Miles considering that he also lost people he cared about.
End conclusion:
Miguel is vexing to me–but I don’t hate the way he’s written. If anything, I think if he wasn’t written this way, the ASTV movie would be very different. Whether that’d be for the better or the worse, I’m willing to bet most of this storyline wouldn’t even exist were Miguel not like this. So even though Miguel absolutely grinds my gears with his mindset and who he is as a character—I’m not mad at his writers. And I honestly feel like that’s just a showmanship of how great the writing for the Spider-Verse movies is. Good writing is when you’re mad at characters for the decisions THEY make, and not at the WRITERS for having them make those decisions.
I’m out.

Actually, honest to god begging people to make their cards actually navigatable. How do you expect people to find ur dni if its button is not labeled in any way at all. literally the only indicator it's a button is the faintest underline I've ever seen. holy shit I can't take it anymore !!!!
I try so hard to respect DNIs, but if I see one more person write "basic dni" and not elaborate, imma put my hand thru a wall fr
(𖦹`⌒´𖦹*)
I'm (not) fine
I've waited for a whole week, biting on my nails and anxiously gripping my seat to properly read chapter 298 -because just from the spoilers I already knew my heart couldn't take it- so I could pair it up with 299 and see if I have to find gasoline for my nagireo shrine catching fire or not.
And you know what I've got???
There's no friggin chapter!
It's scheduled for the 15th! Another whole ass week of ripping my hair out and for what? For Reo to realise he's always been good enough on his own and he just liked Nagi bc he was the first one not to pretend to be nice around him and decided to pull him along so he wouldn't be alone? And kicking Nagi to the curb bc boy I love you but you fucked up. Or Reo to actually try and comfort him but Nagi, who's not used to deal with this kind of emotions, tries to detach himself from the situation and pulls away? And either he quits or they end up as rivals? And my heart that once was white and purple to dye itself black with dread?
I still see a tiny, itty bitty sliver of hope feebly flickering by the end of the tunnel but now I have to wait another week.
Another week of pain and mental instability.
Dude I have exams this week! I can't deal with this kind of emotional suffering rn!
Another long week and for what? For the laugh? You like watching the timer go slowly down before our hearts all collectively break, Kaneshiro?
Oh, Kaneshiro, when I catch you...
Anyway, sorry for the rant. Idk, tell me what u think in the comments or smt i guess.
Doflamingo helping Sophia with all that sickness.
So, uh. I published Love at first bite (SanjixOC) and Breeder Village's (DoflamingoxOC, highly problematic) next chapters today on AO3. In this newest chapter of Breeder Village, Doflamingo helps a woman who feels sick after he takes her on a flight with him.
I made a joke making fun of the supposed AO3 author's curse just yesterday.
Then suddenly today I start feeling sick. Bim bang boom, I'm living out my Doflamingo fic fantasy. Except I don't have a Doflamingo helping me out. Fate forgot like the most important part to this equation. So yeah. I'm filing a complaint with Fortuna or whatever idiot was responsible for this.
Also, dear body, please let me at least drink water again? I'm starting to feel like this.
So yeah! A little rant post to file these coincidences together. I still refuse to believe in the curse cause screw that.
After my first bout of sickness I sat down in bed and drew Doflamingo with the last of my energy. I have a very strong tendency towards being melodramatic so I was like "if I go out here, I wanna go out doing what I love." Not that the art turned out particularly great because of that, unfortunately.
Either way! Thanks for coming to my pity party, I'll tone it down from here on out again, but I am just a melodramatic little bitch :^)
Uhhh just a rant I made bc I hate capcut templates— for me I think templates just lack originality
Sharing this bc I need to rant about the absolute chaos the process of making this was
1st pic: sketch of the face. 2nd: finished version
Basically, our teacher realized we had to make sth for a gallery she forgot about and decided we would quickly draw coal figures inspired by / copying Käthe Kollwitzes artworks*
Since I'm rlyyy behind on our current big/main project, I had to rush this coal drawing in like an hour. (other students had 1-6 hours) and well.. Rushing a life sized coal drawing is def not a good idea wkdhkwej
EXCEPT. That's not we're the chaos stopped. Not only did i forget my coal eraser at home, but i also realized after making the sketch that this WASNT coal, it was chalk, which u can barely erase... (It was 7am alr, i was too tired to notice i was using a different black stick than usually-)
Usually when i use coal, i apply a bit much at first & then use my eraser to create value, but now that obviously wouldn't work... Not only that, but by the time i realized you couldn't erase this properly, i was already done with most of the sketch...
(* is bellow)
*kind of like a collage, but instead of cutting them out we drew life sized version with coal. We also arranged them differently than in her artworks & used figures from multiple of her artworks.
Ik that online, "copying" other artists tends to be a bit controversial, but most art schools use it a LOT, since it's a great way to learn from more experienced artist! ("why reinvent the wheel if someone else already did it for u already?") It's just for studying tho and we don't pretend it's our original artwork/idea or sth... That would just be plagiarism LMFAO
Actually i wanna rant about this more at some point bc i do not like how the whole tracing drama influenced the online art communities view on learning from other artists...
I need to rant for a moment:
AROACE IS A SPECTRUM, NOT A BINARY
As someone who is on the AroAce spectrum myself, it’s beyond frustrating that people claim to advocate for AroAce rights and representation don’t understand this.
The Aromatic spectrum can mean someone isn’t interested in romance at all to someone(like me) who only wants a romantic relationship after developing a deep connection.
The Asexual spectrum can mean someone is repulsed by sex and sexual things, to someone who is okay with having sex and doing sexual things while having no sexual desires themselves.
I understand that some people are just misinformed but I’ve seen some genuine animosity floating around in the Hazbin Hotel fandom specifically.
Alastor is canonically AroAce, but we don’t know what points are of the spectrums he’s on. On top of that Vivzipop herself has stated she’s okay with people shipping Alastor with other characters
In addition to that, QPR(queer platonic relationships) exist.
If anyone wants to know about color theory and/or urban planning, just drop an ask!
(Totally don’t want to just rant at someone about my special interests-)
I had a dream that I had a sister and we were in undertale, and Frisk came and offered my sister ultimate power so that we could compete in an epic monster race. She took it and she became an intangible reality warping entity and it was low-key a body horror dream. And I got so mad that she cheated in the race that I woke up. I don't have a sister and never have played Undertale so idk if that's lore accurate 😭
the day when I stop blaming my parent for having a bad childhood and trust issue etc. is when I realize that they're human too and they do make mistakes, a lot of them for sure and as I will stop having those mistake stop me from being a much better ME
Its time to grow up and move on
This time not for them but for ME.

One recurring theme through JJK is how in-universe most people think Gojo is disrespectful, annoying, and an overgrown child essentially. Even if we don't factor in the higher-ups the people around him (Nanami, Utahime) still reflect this. This is very interesting because in-universe Geto is revered before his fall from grace. He was more outwardly polite, respectful, even though many argue he had always had the mindset of being superior, he just took on a different responsibility with it. While I don't agree with that I can definitely see how Geto plays his cards right to not be as 'insufferable' as Gojo while portraying similar behaviour. Now let's look at Nanami, he's a disciplined logical man who adheres firmly to rules, but also ethics and morals. He protects the youth, he can't even bring himself to blame Geto for the choices he later on made because he first-hand understands how horrible jujutsu society is. Why did he go corporate, but it's the same thing there, braindead workers who are simply cogs for people 'above them' to abuse. Who does this impact the most? Gojo. He was a one-man army, he taught, he fought, he barely slept, yet he chose to wake up and do it every single day over and over again. Gojo could've ideally single-handedly handled all curses, ah but he's just a man (human) can't be everything everywhere all at once even if he was the strongest or a god (he's not). Nanami saw how his friend wasn't strong enough to survive in the jujutsu world, hell in the end he wasn't either, so what did he do? He took that out on Gojo. Never respecting the man who's always showing an interest or spending time around Nanami (ruffling his hair, calling him, trusting him). Yet in Nanami's mind, Haibara would be alive if Gojo went on that mission instead. Nanami would be alive if Gojo hadn't been sealed. Nobody would die if Gojo did it all. He knows that isn't right to expect out of someone, hell he doesn't understand why someone who could choose to do anything they wanted and have everything they simply look at, does something as vile as jujutsu. But of course, he's an adrenaline-junkie. We all read about billionaires being sociopaths, only being stimulated by these horrid things, Gojo must be that too.
He fought the king of curses because he likes fighting. He watched everyone around him die and did 'nothing' because he doesn't care. He's a teacher for the shits and giggles, he rescues students from execution and gives them childhoods because he hopes they're strong someday. Fuck Gojo could bleed and he'd marvel at the colour contrast, if he cries he'd bottle the tears to sell, if he dies he berates his entire life when he gave you everything. Was that not what 236 was? Then the subsequent arts showing him putting care and affection towards Geto while being annoyed by Gojo. It's one to be annoyed by him, but if you think he's a god you'd respect him. If you think he's morally reprehensible you'd hate him. But to make a martyr out of a live person, to view a living being through a lens to make them superior and expecting them to uphold that, you only do that when you're ignorant and dumb. Nanami is none of those things, to explore the disgusting thoughts and mindsets he showed toward Gojo as time went on due to his frustration at his comrades falling would've been beautiful. Instead, we have character assassination and everyone standing for it.
How would Shoko feel as her longest friend lay in pieces in front of her and she can't bring herself to cry because she doesn't even remember the last time they had a real conversation. She thought about how she should've handled Geto's body a year after the fact, but she just went and let someone vandalise Gojo's?
Fuck you're telling me that the airport had everyone in high school clothing but for what? Was it because it was the first and last time he was a human? And the worst part is this is one of the many unexplored things in JJK, it's so frustrating. I have so many more points about this too, Sukuna and Gojo, Gojo's relationship with his students, the little fun trivia bits about him. And that's just Gojo, other characters also have so fucking much that just, god man. It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy.
ok so can we talk about the whole 'turning straight ppl gay' thing- like.. huh? if you have a straight char WITH a girlfriend or something and then have ONE guy friend the fandom will go totally crazy and be like

I was listening to an interesting argument the other day where people were debating between AI and giving it a new life tag vs. a helpful tool.
I don't mind if we call AI life as long as we can consider the following life as well: a) trans people, b) the gay community, c) various worldly religions and the people practicing such, d) nonbinary folks, e) anyone on this worldly plane.
We are so quick to defend the argument that AI is considered life, and yet, still treat someone that has true emotions and the right to a peaceful life like sub-humans just because they don't conform to regulations. People throw around the stats of "white cis male suicide rates are increasing" while completely ignoring young gay teens ones. We have POWs, war-torn areas, regions of natural disasters untouched by UN and go unnoticed by powerful countries because it doesn't directly affect them. But yet when one issue appears for the rich and powerful, they expect the world to cater to them and provide aid. There are millions of people out there currently that deserves a fair chance at life.
So, before we label AI, let's make sure the people here that surround us are also considered to be life and treat them more than just an object to hate or use.
If I catch any of you hoes shaming/mocking/victim-blaming/bullying/harassing or any other bullshit to hyper feminine women just because of how they dress I will personally rip out your eyes and eat your weak ass stomach.
Hyper feminine women are women. You know what women are? Feminists, so shut the fuck up with your “you can’t be a real feminist if you’re so willing to embrace the patriarchy’s ideal of a woman” and instead leave them fuck alone and maybe take some time to analyze why you really think it’s so bad for a woman to embrace her femininity in a way that doesn’t fit your “gaslit, gatekeep, girlboss” mindset.
You know what, I’ll do it for you, the only reason you get so pissed off when you see a hyperfeminine woman indulge in her femininity is because your idea of feminism is that in order for women to be equal to men they must in some way be masculine (ex: the girlboss CEO stereotype, or the sporty girl stereotype, etc) and because you have been conditioned by our media and our society to hate hyper femininity because society knows if a woman is hyper feminine or a ‘bimbo’ she isn’t doing it for society and that pisses them the fuck off.
Hyper feminine women are not and never have been doing this to please society, they’ve been doing it because they like feminine things and they want to indulge in them. Men and society have nothing to do with their happiness and because patriarchy can’t handle the thought of a woman doing something that isn’t made to in someway pander or please a man they flip out and have taught us to hate them (hyper feminine women).
If you don’t believe me think of all the movies you’ve watched where the hyper feminine woman has in someway been demonized, shamed, made to be the villain, looked down upon, or used as a sick joke. There’s a lot.
You calling hyper feminine women anti-feminist is feeding into TERF ideology, and if you know anything about TERF ideology you know that one of it’s core values is turning women on each other and destroying sisterhood. Any woman who is; respectful of her sisters, wishes equality between men and women, wishes for equality among her sisters, doesn’t turn a woman away because of something she cannot control (ex: sexual orientation, race, finical situation, etc), and most importantly is in tune with her person and is able to find her liberation (however that liberation may look) IS A FEMINIST.
There is no dress code for feminism aside from wanting equality FOR EVERYONE, now stop shaming our feminine sisters and take down your inner misogynist.
I miss Toman they were all so happy back then and they were all having so much fun, if I ever met Ken Wakui it is on SIGHT
TL;DR: bisexuals and those underneath the bisexual umbrella deserve more respect than we get considering all the bullshit we have to put up with.
As a bisexual woman I cannot begin to explain all the shit I have heard when I tell people. It’s the fact these are the same people to immediately turn around and begin fetishizing bisexuality, they’ll call a bisexual man all kinds of names and call them disgusting then turn around and ask a bisexual woman for a threesome, it’s disgusting.
The primary reason I don’t use dating apps anymore is because of the amount of straight couples begging me for a threesome and the lesbians telling me that I’m just looking for attention and I should be ashamed of myself. And if the fetishizing wasn’t enough you of course have all the people shaming us and telling us we’re just confused.
For a long time the term “bisexual” or “bisexuality” wouldn’t come up in certain searches when “gay” or “lesbian” and “transgender” would auto fill, and don’t even get me started on all the other bullshit people who identify as the sexualities underneath the bisexual flag have to deal with. (Pansexual, bi-curious, omnisexual, polysexual, etc. I love you and I’m here for you)
This isn’t me trying to say that “bisexuals have it worse!” Or some shit like that, we all have different struggles for different reasons, and those reasons need to be respected along with our struggles and it pisses me off that they aren’t. And do not get me started on what disabled and POC bisexuals have to deal with.
There is no way to win as a bisexual until we tear down the stigma surrounding it, there is nothing unnatural or gross or anything wrong with liking more than one gender and it’s disappointing that posts like these even have to be made.
Honey, get my hunting rifle.
if you think that bisexual women are “actually straight and looking for male attention” and bisexual men are “actually gay and in denial”, I will be hunting you for sport

Do you guys ever wonder about the names made in x reader stories? Especially anime x reader stories.
For example, "Simon." I'm so sorry but HUH?? I honestly feel like it's not really a good idea using English names in an anime fanfiction- If the character is a foreigner then sure! But if their Japanese, why use a name like "John" or something?
I think some of you have noticed in my fanfictions, especially "A Drop of Blood" in Wattpad. I used a few original characters throughout the chapters, I used Japanese names, like "Riku Hiroto" and "Akuma." Both names having some sort of meaning and it's actually Japanese.
Writers, please use Japanese names if you are referring to Japanese originated people in your stories 😭
