i feel like archie got loaned a switch and is currently addicted to like. Pokémon Crossing or something cause he ain't working with me ))

"...I can't have some o' tha', I'm afraid."

Curse his sensitive stomach... Part of him would eat the cupcake anyway, but... He's still healing a bit.

"They're super cool, tho'."

"Cupcake ingredients. I bought a pack of them. Um" Shes reading the back of the package.

"Four, Sugar, Egg, baking powder, salt, chocolate chips, butter, milk, and Vanilla iceing"

She looked at the cupcake.

"Oh and there is a little plastic ring that looks like a water stone on top!

"...Does tha' mean I'm eatin' yer dinner?"

Now he feels bad. He was already shoveling the sashimi into his mouth and everything.

"I can save ya some."

She stuffed the cupcake partway in her mouth, making frosting get on her face.

"Oh!" She swallowed the bit she took " Kinda!I got it for later!"

She didn't even think twice about giving the food she bought to the other.

"Ya gonna rat me out, huh?"

There's a moment of silence on his side too, but then-- "BWAHAHA!!" Followed by an "Oof--" When will he learn that laughing this hard is still off limits. He can't help it, though.

"It's bound t' happen sooner rather than later. I'd prefer to tell him myself, but. I getcha. Yer loyal t' yer boss, and I love t'see it. Also, fridge time sounds awful." He's not sure what it means, but if the kid wanted to avoid it, it must suck.

"Can't stop ya either. Kinda stuck like this. Jus' hope I don't get thrown back 'cause I'd be done fer."

"Ah. Yeah. Of course.

Merfolk Aqua boss." another moment of silence "Former Aqua. Sure. Sorry. Okayyyy.

This is the worst life of his life. Taking a long, deep breath as he goes further down, ending on the floor, PJ crosses his arms, sighting as loudly as he could.

"...you know I should, like-- tell the boss who you are, right? No 'cause he's cool and all but if he finds out he has an eco-terrorist in sis' bathtub and I knew all along I would end up on top of the fridge for weeks-"

"Where's all the fresh fish in this house..."

"..." Why's everyone so fucking rude to him (save for like. 3 people)? He visibly deflates, allowing himself to sink back into the tub. "I don't e'en fit in there-- Whatevs. Jus' let me snooze."

This was gonna be a long ass fucking night, wasn't it? The things he did for Plumeria, seriously. Not only was he crashing in a bathroom but he also had to listen to stupid fish puns.

"You wanna pay me back? Just dive on back into the ocean. We could try flushin' you down the toilet."

"So when are we fixing the hole in the wall of my room?"

"..." Well. He's out of the cramped bathtub at least. He's currently just curled up on the bed in the spare room handed to him, trying to get comfortable.

Why couldn't it have been a waterbed... He's gotten too used to the sway of the ocean again.

He carefully runs a hand over the stitches Plumeria did, sighing. Woman clearly knew what she was doing with them. Probably had to patch up that Guzma more often than not, or grunts. Either way, it was impressive. Mightyena gives him a lick in the face, clearly worried about his trainer. Archie pats him on the head, trying his best to smile genuinely. Guess the Pokémon could sense he was out of it better than anyone here. Made sense. Been together for ages. "I'll be alri'." Still, he felt a little feverish. Should probably mention that to Plumes-- Plumeria next time she comes to check up on him.

For now he'd try to rest.
