so i just randomly have a headcanon that yuga starts scratching his palms or other open skin when he is stressed.

the urge to talk to horikoshi abt how much he has thought through aoyama's lore and give ideas (aka self-projection) has become unbearable. im moving to japan right now!!

writing a fic where one of the plot lines is something like “aoyamas quirk damages him bad enough he needs surgery”

Warning: My Hero Academia spoilers (specifically season 7 spoilers)

Most people in the My Hero Academia fandom ship Izuku with Katsuki, Shoto, Ochako, occasionally I even see a few rare pairs hardly talked about like Izuku x Tsuyu.

All of them are really cute (I honestly like most ships as long as it doesn't involve incest or pedophilia), but the ship I love most involving Izuku is another rare pair that honestly I don't think gets talked about enough..... That being Dekuyama (Izuku x Yuga).

Why? Well, even if these two didn't interact all that much in the story (Yuga's overall lack of screen time is one of my pet peeves about MHA).... Honestly, if Horikoshi had decided to make them end up together, I really think these two could have basically been a star crossed lovers kind of couple QwQ

Think about it; Both were born quirkless, but both were given quirks at some point in their lives. Izuku was lucky enough to obtain his quirk from his hero who inspired him to follow his dreams, and even before then his mother did everything to support him and his dreams despite the circumstances for quirkless people in the world they live in. On the other hand, Yuga basically obtained his quirk from a living devil who kept him chained to his every command in exchange for his life and dreams, all because his parents were so scared of what life would be like for him that without a second thought, they accepted help from a random stranger who offered to give Yuga a quirk. Both Izuku and Yuga had similar starts in life, but both ended up on very different paths, one headed for glory and the other headed down a dark path he wanted to desperately escape from.

Thankfully once everything about Yuga was revealed, he and Izuku were still able to stay friends once everyone chose to give Yuga another chance, but..... Honestly, thinking about it all, the star crossed lovers vibes are strong with these two QwQ

One day I do want to make my own My Hero Academia story, and if I get around to it, Izuku x Yuga will be one of the main ships of it. Other ships the story would focus on would be Tenya x Tohru (my main OC), All Might x Miyuki (another one of my OCs who is Tohru's mother), and Mezo x Mashirao (I don't know if anyone else ships these two, I came up with it originally during one of mine and @fandorkofeverything 's RPs). There are other ships that would be shown in the story, but these 4 are the main ones xD

thinking abt yuga's internet life

So i think hes not pro-blogger at all, he prob just has a tiktok account where he could post some fandom stuff (im sure he has some fandoms), and maybe moots. I think he vents there sometimes, too, but its impossible to tell the whole situation because what if afo finds it there, too?

He may avoid letting his parents take his phone, being worried about them finding out about his vents and getting upset. (And if we are talking abt overprotectiveness of his family, they may also not approve him having moots, bc "what if they are old creepy villains?!")

He sometimes uses his phone if he is really, REALLY bored, not often

☆ Yuga does not use the hair curler/straightener thingy. His hair arent naturally very wavy, either. He just twirls the ends with a hairbrush when drying them

☆He has to re-twirl the ends of the hair every day, bc they straighten up during the night

☆He also spends a plenty of time making The strand look perfect. Yuga has a little habit of fixing it

☆His shampoo is from some premium line and has sparkles in it!!
