my progesterone is about to run out and i use it to manage my endometriosis, i also don’t have any unused T bottles left

the pharmacy near me closed and i had to change it to the only other in my area. in my state i cant get needles/syringes otc so i cant order cheaper online

after paying rent i have this, i have no income except my gfs ssi and im trying to get on it as well

if you could please share, i have no other way of getting help, i’m cut off from my family and have no support network
