Really stupid, but do Targaryens even get pimples. The closest we have is Maekar with his pox scars. But what of pimples and acne, there are so many described with 'flawless white skin' (ie, Viserra, who was a 15yr old teen)

The thing that I love most about Rhaenyra is how she embraces her feminity, about how she loves being a woman. How Rhaenyra appreciates and celebrates her femininity. How she wants to have children, and how she loves being a mother. How she loves romance. How she loves love. How she loves loving and being loved. How she likes being a pretty princess.
