Looking at their clothes there probably was a wolf hunt somewhere between season 2 and season 3. Also I wonder how did Akilah (I think it would be her since she stiched up Van after wolf attack) made them, like what she used as thread.

I haven't watched moon lovers yet but here is goblin's one. I hope you will like it.
