Lloyd: well I became a father master to two kids and one for them is the elemental master of technology and the other learned spintjizu on his own and created a new art of fighting with it. We dethroned an evil empress who was using dragon power to power her empire and she also captured a source dragon who gave me the some crazy power up that helped us save the universe from ending itself with the help of three dragon ball thingies that grandpa used once AND after that a sexy tiger guy named lord ras who worked for the evil empress wanted to free ancient evil called the forbidden five and during the ritual Kai got banished to the nether space and it freed one of them AND then we had to go to the tournament of the sources to figure out who murdered a bunch important dragons OH another source dragon told us about it and my daughter student won however the forbidden five got freed and my ex husband enemy lord ras took custody of my son student and is now training him to be angry and I think uncle Wu is dead now and I'm very depressed and have panic attacks.

Especially after the TXT mistreatment incident and the ILLIT/Newjeans drama, oh my god, HYBE really DOES NOT LEARN.

for belift to still make enha have a concert in japan when it’s been announced that a typhoon is going to hit the entire country.. speaks volumes about what that company prioritises.

bcs how r u gonna send ur artist to have a CONCERT in the same country that the citizens of are going to supermarkets to restock on their products for a few days as they need to stay inside their houses and not leave. how are you risking your artists’ safety like this.

i went skiing through a hailstorm. twice.

oh and my school went through hell and back (got flooded like multiple times but one was really severe and had to do an extra year of online classes because it took like over a year to fix it, gym caught on fire and it was literally a minor one but we had to walk all the way to our rec center and there was a helicopter and everything)

You toss around your bed for what seemed like the nth time, the mattress sheets shuffling under you. With a heavy sigh, you roll around to the small table on left side of the bed. Your fingers lightly tap on your phone screen, the brightness spreading and lighting up the whole room.

2 AM. Well.. shit.

You groan into your pillow, coming out as muffled grumbles. All you wanted was sleep, even one hour, but insomnia just had to bite you. Not even the lingering scent in your boyfriend’s clothes could help.

Tired—literally, and of no sleep—you grasp your phone. You pull it over to you, laying sideways on your pillow and pressing your boyfriend’s contact.

[y/nie] : taeee are u awake? can’t sleep ㅠㅠ

You knew he probably wasn’t, but it gave you some comfort to let him know you were awake. Although, you did feel guilty if your message wakes him up in the middle of the night.

You get up from the bed and manage to stumble downstairs, eyelids heavy and exhausted. You plop down onto the couch next to the front door with a deep exhale. You pick up the remote next to you, turning on the TV in front of you.

Just a few minutes into the video, the doorbell rings. Taehyun. You hastily shut off the TV and dash to the door, opening it.

Your boyfriend stands there, at your door, the street lights reflecting onto his skin in the dark of night. Taehyun scans you up and down, a gentle smile enveloping on his face. “You look really cute in my shirt.”

Your eyes widen, feeling heat rising to your cheeks and your stomach filling with butterflies. “Thanks..”

Taehyun slowly steps into your house, closing the door behind him. As soon as the door shuts, he snakes his arms around your waist and lowers his chin onto your shoulder.

“Were you on your phone before you went to sleep?” Taehyun murmurs into your ear as you wrap your arms around him and bury your face into his neck.

“Mhm..” You hum, feeling his lips press onto your collarbone. Taehyun pulls away to look at you, eyes softening.

“That’s why you can’t sleep, princess..” He scolds lightly. You nod sheepishly, letting your head fall to Taehyun’s chest.

You hear Taehyun sigh before sliding one arm to your upper back. He pulls his other arm away from you, moving to one side of you and crouching to slide his other arm under your thighs. He then lifts you up bridal style, making you let out a small squeak.

You lean against his chest as Taehyun carries you upstairs, pushing the door of your bedroom open. He gently lays you onto your bed, going back to close the door. He returns shortly after and slips in next to you.

You shuffle towards him, laying your head on his chest. “Sorry for waking you up in the middle of the night..”

“It’s okay, love. I got up because I want you to be able to sleep.” Taehyun tucks a strand of your hair behind your ear.

You look up at him and whisper, “Can you sing for me? It might help me sleep.”

Taehyun looks back down at you with a small smile, wrapping his arms around your torso. “Anything for you, princess.”

Your heart flutters at his endearing words, and warmth envelopes you as Taehyun holds you close. Your eyes shut as you listen to the sound of his heartbeat and his soft lullaby. Sleep once again welcomes you in open arms.
