I cannot stand those posts that are like “if this post gets 10,000 notes I’ll come out to my wildly homophobic/transphobic and likely dangerous parents who I am unable to get away from”

You don’t have to come out to everyone!! Especially if it puts your safety at risk! And CERTAINLY not for internet clout!! Sometimes it’s okay, even better, to stay in the closet. I think kids are losing sight of that.

so basically, the new greenzilla4 short terrified me.

(SPOILERS BELOW!!)

can i just mention how almost horrifying this video was? as usually, we get green doing some kind of commentary with music playing in the background. but here, we get absolutely no kind of editing in sight.

here, it’s almost eerily silent, with only the ambience serving as the background noise before we see green bend down to slowly eat the grass and rush to a nearby river to rinse the taste out.

and at the end, we see him slumped over on the river, catching his breath before we see the video end.

green doesn’t even get up to stop the recording. he just… sits there. possibly reflecting what he’s done.

the way the description was written is pretty much green blatantly accepting defeat after resenting for so long, but still linking his social medias for his audience to follow as he’s doing it for them.

he really is the kind of guy to follow through with his promises, especially when it comes to his audience

Changing my rating to 7.5/10 actually. Still positive, but does Jack Black need to announce everything? His actions felt much more dramatic than hey needed to be. He's still fun, but idk. Also it is best to watch in theaters for that audience hype.

So I just saw the minecraft movie. Here is my honest review. WITH SPOILERS

I THINK IT WAS GOOD. The theater hype really helped with people consistently cheering at Steve quotes and influencer cameos. There were some funny moments, and I do like the characters, though Henry is an easy favorite. The plot is good. I liked seeing what they did with what they had. The creativity with Henry using real objects on a crafting table was really cool! There's a good message about being creative despite the struggles. The romance subplot feels unnecessary, but it was kind of funny (not really). And I like the end credit scene. If you want it to be nearly identical to Minecraft, go watch something else because this is set in the game, but has it's own unique story. Anyways. 8/10

Lost points for the strange art choices and romance subplot.
