My Favorite Episode Of SpongeBob Was On Today At My Medical Building. I Didn't Get To Watch It Because

My favorite episode of SpongeBob was on today at my medical building. I didn't get to watch it because I had to be an adult for all the Boots in the room who were intently staring directly ahead despite no orders to do so. But, one day they will realize it's okay to be more than a statue in public settings.

A very rare, "I can't even" moment.

http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/jan/06/real-american-sniper-hate-filled-killer-why-patriots-calling-hero-chris-kyle At first, I thought I'd go off on a ridiculously long rant responding to this article. Then, I attempted to think. Instead of analyzing her article, what if we analyze her in a similar fashion as a movie? We are going to take someone we know absolutely nothing about, and develop a treatise which will, hereafter eternally, be viewable the Internet over. Outwardly, she is obnoxious, unfit, self-serving, prejudiced, narrow-minded, and untalented. Her life's story is no different than millions; her life is of no more consequence than millions. She feels she deserves something for the relative nothing she has put into her life. She reviews the purpose of films as if she is a victim of something she will never experience. She thinks she has knowledge and wisdom of a world she has not lived. Her award(s) is unfounded and no more than a "Thank you for playing" in the journalist community. She demonstrates a North American, West Coast, hipster ignorance that has become popular for its supposed open-mindedness. Inwardly, however, I'd like to believe Ms. Lindy is as much a human as everyone else on the planet. Though her societal stature has demarcated an ability to assume the role of several humans, which gives her that many times more credence to critique the character of others, I will hold faith her heart is no nearer failure than anyone half of her own character. She means well in that she feels people should research those they would call a "hero" before bestowing the title; however, if the details of everyone's life were available to the public, Muhammed, Jesus, Buddha, etc., would be grey characters in every history book. We all need heroes. Sacrifice their bad for their good. Emulate their good side, but do not forget their humanity.

Thinking about the uproar from [people] who believe it's wrong to remove objects of the confederacy has me wondering if they realize they're acting more entitled and like (as they're so fond of calling others) "snowflakes" than any group of people in this country. Their ancestors lost that war, and they've spent the last 150 years demanding their consolation prizes. They demand parades, museums, holidays, and memorials to glorify their past divisiveness and continue to carry pride for it out of sheer ignorance. Of all the wars fought amongst a country's own people can anyone recall the losing side not being utterly purged? Do these "snowflake" confederacy lovers not understand their beloved slavery-based bullshit should have been completely eradicated? Sherman should have been given free reign to reduce every sympathizer state to ash, but he wasn't. He was recalled, and the stupidity was allowed to endure. How nice it must be to have that luxury. Do these confederacy-hailing jackwagons think for a second the people rebelling against Assad for rights far more legitimate than owing slaves will get to cry and scream they deserve to have their standards flown or have memorials made to remember their heroes? Those rebels will have no chance because they will be hunted until there are none left. Just like what Sherman should have been allowed to do. There are no consolation prizes for losing a war, you entitled crybabies. Whine all you want about having your statues taken down in Louisiana and your battle standards removed from public buildings. You should feel lucky you're even allowed to exist. There should be no pride in having relations to someone who tried to destroy this country. The only thing left should be shame. Shame for dividing our country and still more for believing in some fictional god-given right to own another human. You sympathizers and glorifiers are the absolute least American of all our people.

"Your Disappearance As This Particular Organism Is Simply Seasonal... You And All You, Every Person You

"Your disappearance as this particular organism is simply seasonal... You and all you, every person you see, will soon be dead... Don't just put it off in the back of your mind and say 'I'll consider that later.' It's the most important thing to consider now, because it enables you - it is the mercy of nature - because it's going enable you to let go and not defend yourself all the time. Waste all those energies in self defense." - Alan Watts (Picture stolen from an Alan Watts Twitter feed)

I'm rewriting If You're Happy and You Know It

The new version goes: If you're old and you know it, groan loudly whenever you move. (Repeat) If you're old and you know it, then your joints are frozen and creaky, and you should probably get a walker. (Repeat chorus thing) I'm not a musician, but I think it could compete with the best of them. I'm tapping into the forgotten old people demographic.

The only thing you should be worried about is this question I'm about to ask you: Who wants a taco?
