Getting a little tired of this judggie gym equipment.
I bet it was super peaceful when this photo was taken. You can almost feel the cold air being breathed in. The crunch of the snow beneath you. Maybe a bird caws or chirps in the distance.
40 years old with arthritic knees. I works out 5 days a week and love ever second of it. Strength comes from the effort we put into our selves. Good habits mean good living.
I'm not strong for a diabetic, or strong for a girl, or strong for someone past 50. I'm just strong! And strength isn't just physical, as we all already know.
It's about the whole picture. Mental, physical and emotional.
And working out every day helps with all three of those things!
What a great set. The outfit, the hair and location...are all just wonderful. She is a beautiful lady.
Anyone with a New Year's goal of going to the gym...good for you! But here is some advice for you now. Take some time this month to get familiar with your gym and routine. Drive there after work or from your house now to see how long it takes or what route is best. Get familiar with the sign in process. Do they have lockers, do you need a lock, what are the hours or when are the classes? Go in and look around at the equipment. Find out when there are classes you want to avoid or to be a part of. Take a few moments to get familiar with some of the machines. Ask questions of the employees...that's what they are there for. Do you know that treadmills and ellipticals have preset programs? Do you know if you can lift 30 pounds 16-24 times? Sure it's easy once but maybe you'll get a better idea of your starting weights. It's ok to look into this stuff now. You may not feel comfortable in a gym and weary of already going. So it's ok to get familiar now. Imagine how busy it'll be in January and February when everyone else is in there for their resolution. You may already be nervous about going... now imagine that "new" feeling with that extra crowd. It can be overwhelming....but not if you already have a good idea of what you wanna do and how to do it. Good luck to anyone who reads this and wants to get going!
Happens way to often.
I go to the edge everyday. like to stay there as long as possible and then come home happy. Big time edger and gooning addict. born a while ago, 1981. had a couple other profiles deactivated. I can't say "enough" though. Male and not looking to disturb. I might follow you but won't break any rules you post in your bio. If I post something that's yours and you don't want it out there, let me know so I can take it down. Have fun edging out there. NSFW, no pedos, no racists. CNC and Consent are KiNG. I've been BI as long as I can remember.
