I don’t care if it upsets my friends and family.

I don’t care about anything but getting to my goal.
Once I’m there maybe I can care again.
• Eight cups of water a day (min). • Exercise at lead six hours a week. • Walk, bike, dance, move your body, and take the stairs whenever possible. • No sugar drinks. • Chew slowly. • Eat only when sitting to avoid excessive snacking. • Eat LOT fruits and veggies. • One small treat after dinner on good day. • NO food after 7:00 pm. • Never lose sight of your goals.
