it was really hard to find anything that fit her theme, so I settled on gudetama and the Pokemon tatsugiri.

the Japanese and Korean text on the page read 'rice girl' and 'cute girl' respectively. it's google translated so it may be wrong though.

Darya and Honey totally co-mother her, since in my eyes she's basically a naive teen. All the valentine sisters love her, bc she can supplies them with a place to give all the surplus rice, rice sweets, and rice wines.

I ship her exclusively with Sirina because they're both robotic-like entities, so they're just bonded together at this point.

After a long break for art block on my side, it's time to cheer loud for your favorite girl!!!!

I loved drawing her so much!!! I used a base i found online for the pose (I didn't trace, i just heavily referenced it), and i changed the arm pose a bit, and made her bigger. I made her bigger because she's a cheerleader, so I think she'd have a more athletic body type. (totally not like myself, wink wink)

one of the big challenges with her was proportions, specially in her face, arms, and chest. I really need to do some anatomy practice for proportional work.

Karyn, is thankfully just an uncommon spelling of a common name, so she got a few characters in her page. Karen from Mean Girls, obviously. Karen from Frosty the Snowman, since i love the art style. And Karen from Pokémon, since i love putting in nods to Pokémon in my work. She laps got some Y2K print outs, and i managed to use most of them this time!

I really thought hard on what characters to ship with Karyn and why, along with her relationships with other established characters. i feel like my main ship for her is x Mio, or x Sawyer. I'm not sure which, but I'll share both reasons.

- Mio was her awakening+first, she was SUPER embarrassed about the whole situation. (Accidentally shagged Dark One after thinking she was Mio in an emo outfit) and (Myro has tried to steal her when she wears her glittery uniform.)

- Her and Sawyer stretch together, and she loves cheering for her on the Volleyball team.

That's all for me, but hopefully I'll get back into the groove of drawing these ladies more often! It is international women's month!

ADDITIONAL HEADCANONS:

In both AU's, he's consistently in the top 20's/15's of the hero rankings, but he hasn't been able to break top 10 (this greatly frustrates him)

He's covered in piercings and tattoos in both AU's and has earned the moniker of being "Japan's resident bad boy"

His agency is located in Fukuoka, Japan. He teams up with Hawks a lot (the two are good friends)

He lies about when his birthday is (he says it's on Jan 31st, and that's what the general public has accepted. The only ones who know when his real birthday is are Hawks and his family.) He does this because he usually doesn't celebrate it. The most he does is go out for drinks with Hawks (or Fuyumi and Natsuo if they pester him enough) or take the time to visit Rei at the hospital

Despite what some may think, he actually has a very low spice tolerance. He can put up a pretty convincing front, but when no one is looking he'll need to chug the nearest beverage and gets the worst stomach cramps

Pretty rich boy Touya who's only interested in little dorky poor boy Keigo, with old boots and holey sweaters, a book bag that isn't really much of a bag, and try as he does to keep himself clean only his wings seem to ever come out new. 

Keigo, who carries with him a tattered 'ol ducky plush wherever he goes and fades from one quiet corner of the classroom to the other ends of the playground, beneath the trees older than life and keeps to himself.

His brown paper bag pulls taut as his side, flatter than even their picture books, as he munches on a slice of bread and the birds gather at his feet. But like some kind kin of their own, they merely peck at the grounds, never fighting him for his food. 

Keigo is never the center of attention, never the track of spotlights, his voice softer than his mother's lullabies, but Touya tracks him across every room and all of the playgrounds all the same.

One look at Keigo and everyone else doesn't exist. No amount of dirt will ever cover him in the eyes of little Touya.

Unfortunately for me, my hours have been severely cut which is going to make paying my bills this month extremely difficult. I'll also have to miss some work to take care of my mom after she has a small surgery later this month. Any support would be greatly appreciated, but please do not book outside of your own means! As with all of my commissions, please make sure you thoroughly read my Commission Guidelines before booking.

All commissions will be 50% off of their base price. That means if you want a simple 1k drabble (like from the Drabble-a-thon) you can get that again for $5!

This sale will go on from 2/28-3/31/25

To make the commissioning process simpler, please fill out this Google Form. This will ask for your contact information, plot details, and wordcount of your commission. If you would like a guideline of average content of a story based on wordcount, please check out my Tumblr Only Fics Masterlist.

You can commission as many works as you would like during this time, each one will receive an estimated timeframe of completion. Commissions will be finished in order of when they have been received.

After the form has been filled out, I will review the commission and reach out you you through your preferred method to finalize any details and to provide a quote for your story. Once details are finalized, I will send an invoice via Paypal and upon full payment being received, work on your commission will begin! Generally, I give an update at the halfway point of the commission and I do not offer previews or revisions of stories that have been commissioned. For extremely short commissions (1k-2k) I will likely finish these in 1 session and will not provide an update before finishing the piece and sending it to you!

A Realistic Outlook on dating Hawks

This ended up kind of only focusing on the bad parts lmao-

Now lets get this straight- dating Hawks? Miracle. My next question is why?

He's... he's not an easy person to love. He's sarcastic and a sassy little shit most of the time when you actually get to know him properly, but flips on a dime to be the well-known and well-loved, kind-hearted, gentle hero everyone assumes he is.

The hero he lets everyone see.

He is not easy to love. Yes, he'll cherish and adore you, just shy of worshipping you, but he's also not very often around. He's a hero, and in his universe, that means he's spending weeks upon weeks out of town in the fucking trenches. He's shedding blood, hunting people down, planning. And if he's not doing any of that, he's patrolling.

"Hawks." You murmur gently, relief filling you as he settles quietly against the balcony. You stare at him- his golden eyes reflecting yours, catching the dimming sun and sending the warm light dancing. The smile on his face looks just a little less forced, just a little more real. "... hey, chickadee." He whispers, voice soft and affectionate. You slump into him, he catches you in a firm embrace. ... so many words are always left unsaid between you. It's better that way. You don't want to spend the time you have together fighting.

Hawks doesn't like being called Keigo, full stop. In fact, it triggers his flight or fight response and he gets very violent.

He would never, ever, ever raise a hand to you intentionally- but this man has undiagnosed C-PTSD with violent outbursts if he's ever triggered. He doesn't want to hurt you- god he doesn't want to hurt you- but he needs you to be patient with him.

Please, be patient with him. He's trying. He's never had a meaningful relationship in his life where both people's lives weren't on the line. He's never truly loved anyone.

So please be patient with him. He's trying his hardest but he's far from being perfect.

Oh- and don't think you went into this relationship unaware of any of this. He warns you that loving him, caring for him, being by his side is not going to be easy.

... which, I guess, brings us to the next part-

This man does not sleep. He has hallucinations, near constant ones that flicker at the corners of his visions and sometimes right in front of him because he won't let himself sleep. He can't. He's been conditioned to keep going until he passes out- and he does. And you can't force him to sleep, as much as you want to, because you can see the way he gets silently panicky whenever he even oversleeps for even a few seconds.

He never tells you about what he's been through, but it's not hard to see the signs that whatever it was, left him severely fucked up.

We don't even talk about how damn well he can mask. How he can cover up his emotions as if he can perfectly control every part of his body. Every inch. Every muscle. So sometimes you can't even tell. Not even his wings give him away.

You tell him you want more time with him.

"When the world is quieter." He offers you a lopsided smile- one that you're sure holds exhaustion and guilt behind it, "when I'm sure the world will finally leave you alone."

Because it's always for you. He always does everything for you. It's for you, or for others. You don't think he's ever done anything in his life.

The life of loving the number one pro is hard, but he's trying.

God, he's trying.

He just hopes that you can handle dealing with him and wherever the relationship ends up.

Forever obsessed w the idea of hawks getting hit by a quirk that swaps him temporarily with his post canon self while in a meeting with Dabi,,,

Dabi starts hard crushing on this older, rougher and more serious Hawks and Hawks tries to cope with this ghost of the past, the ghost of his late husband.

And Dabi thinks Hawks' ring is from a woman so he (kinda jealously, but also curiously) asks Hawks abt 'her' and Hawks just looks at him like he is dumb but not in a 'im gay ' way bc to me he is bi but in a 'how could it be anyone other than you? ' way

Hawks - Pre-Takami's Universe

Blood was a familiar taste. So was ash. Choking down food as fast as possible to get out there because fucking hell, there are people to save. He can't spend his time sitting around and not doing shit.

"Hawks, this is Strand coming in from the Jean agency." His earpiece crackled to life. The wind whipped by his body, the chilling temperatures seeping into his bones like an old friend.

"Hawks, reporting for duty." His voice was light, airy, and just a little playful, "watcha got for me, Strand?"

"Cleanup on Musutafu, highway 48-B."

Ah.

Well! Nothing like a bunch of dead bodies to start his day, right?

"Elaborate." His voice was just as easy as before, rolling from his mouth smoothly. Just like I was trained to do. Didn't he have a stutter once?

"Yes, Number One." Strand responded immediately, voice even and clear despite the hint of chaos he could vaguely pick up from Strand's surroundings.

Hawks ducked beneath the clouds and banked around nearly immediately, tucking and diving.

Those All For One Truthers sure did make some problems when they really wanted to.
