I found this. It's basically a huge list of how to write in a gothic horror-like style. It gives you words to use, and what types of adjectives to put down, and it explains them rather than just giving you a list too. I hope someone beyond myself finds this useful because holy shit am I going to use this tool
"but the genres i want to engage with aren't written with girl characters almost ever, let alone well!" you have three options. one is to find an indie creator working her ass off to create this on her lonesome and her comic/novel/audio drama is free or on itch.io for like 3$-15$. secondly is to try new genres and surprise yourself. thirdly is to roll up your sleeves and make it.
A free website where you get specific problems to methodically learn small concepts of a programming language. Do 10 minutes to 1 hour every day, and then you will keep practicing every day, and you will be able to use the skills you learn in your real projects. They walk you through the problem all the way, and it's a super good way to learn!

Last entry for my Descendants redesigns! Finally here’s Audrey! I wanted her look to feel like it was trying a little too hard and extreme towards sweetness. I also wanted to give a nod to her being the antagonist later in the series by giving her a cape that resembled the classic Disney villain collar. I also wanted her crown to look like it could probably be used as a weapon if she really wanted to, and mimic horns.
