Get idiots ready for the Toy Tour, reasonably hyped
Slam-dunk them onto the train
Introduce the nightmare critters - they’re forced to share a train carriage
Make the critters go “:0” as they’re given rooms while Dogday shits himself because he can’t sleep beside BigNap
Introduction to Ollie and the realisation they’ve turned into a dictator
Grand dinner night and the official announcement of the start of training
Slow realisation that the Toy Tour is rigorously controlled
Mass panic, leading to threats of Destroy-A-Toy
The Tour is now a concentration camp where anyone who objects is killed or threatened
Optional additional ideas:
Someone’s poisoned at the dinner party
Ollie teaches the other toys about things like racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia etc and they’re all horrified because these toys have never seen those concepts before (at least, not that they’re aware of)
Dogday makes friends with Infox, who is @thattiredgamer’s OC; Kather, who is @i-am-in-the-mind-fuck’s OC, and SourTail, who is @bazyboo13’s OC
Possibly a snippet or mention of the cult. You’re not meant to know Destroy-A-Toy’s being ruled by the kitty queen, but for those already in the know it would be great foreshadowing!
Teach the toys the Footloose dance because it would be really funny as a training exercise

Dislikes: The rest of the nightmare critters (especially Simon Smoke), all of the smiling critters, Mrs. Delight, Huggy Wuggy, Kissy Missy, Mommy Longlegs, the rest of the other toys, and The Prototype.
Survival Techniques: Double Jump, Longated Tail, Tree Climbing, and Intelligence.
Bio: Monto Monkey is always the one who has to try his best to gain everyone's attention, even if it means that he has to practice up to 4:59 Am in the morning to make it fully perfect for his audience. But ever since he joined with the nightmare critters, he doesn't do his tricks unless he does them at home by himself. But at least he appreciates Floppy Tree frog's approval and presence whenever he does his infinite number of tricks, even if he floods his entire house a few times.
I really love how Monto Monkey turned out, especially with the shading part as well.⭐😻😸⭐

This is fascinating! I have a main OC named Manitári (Greek for “mushroom”) whose symbol is the amanita. Mushrooms in general are a fascination of mine so I’m gonna be referencing this :D
Fly amanitas, Amanita muscaria, growing near one of their favorite trees: oak. They frequently form mychorrhizal associations with spruce, pine, cedars, and other conifers. These mushrooms are iconic and easy to recognize! They can be yellow to dark red, and usually have white “warts”, which are remnants of the veil that covered them when they were developing. These mushrooms contain muscimol and are hallucinogenic, and have been used as entheogens by a number of groups of people, primarily in Siberia and Finland. In Siberia, they were often eaten in winter by local people (as well as reindeer!), which is part of why we associate them and their white and red coloring with Christmas! I personally wouldn’t advise eating them, as they can do anything from warm you up bit to cause really vomiting, sleeping for days, and wild delusions of grandeur (a famous story I learned in mycology class involved an older woman accidentally cooking them and thinking she was Jesus, then sleeping for a few days). Their common name of “fly amanita” stems from that they were traditionally used to kill flies in a milk solution.

So this is logi crafty this little thing took about 18 hours and 50 minutes to make over a pireod of a month and a half because of work, medical reason and other things happening in my life
This was inspired by Lofi girl and Lofi boy because I saw Lofi girl wrighting and it gave me craftycorn vibes

Here’s my idea. The Nightmare Critters represent how the world outside has changed, and how Dogday struggles to cope with change as a whole. Both sets of Critters are forced into a train ride together and DO NOT get along.
I’ll wait for all eight to be revealed, but so far, my plan is that Simon, Rabie and Poe would act as the boss’s spies. ESPECIALLY Rabie. She’s why the boss knows everything about everyone, plus the boss’s own investigations.
So either, they’re just another toy type who gets prosecuted or they play a SIGNIFICANT role.

How Toys Work (Smaller Bodies Initiative)
Note: this is mostly for friends in my Discord server who haven't read the series, but it can be to anyone interested! :)
In my AU, there are TWO TYPES of toys: Smaller Bodies and Bigger Bodies.
SMALLER BODIES are under five feet tall.
BIGGER BODIES are five feet or over.
The reason the story's called the Smaller Bodies Initiative is because, in the canon, all living toys are grouped into the "Bigger Body" category... I think. There are other living toys who are small but they're never explained. For me, those are my Smaller Bodies.
Here are some base facts that apply to EVERY TOY, regardless of their initiative:
Toys are created by dissecting a living creature and rewiring the body parts into a different body, thus reanimating it. This is possible because the Innovation Department disregards ethics and therefore makes staggering scientific progress without the burden of moral rules.
Toys can be made from multiple people if body parts are insufficient.
Toys do not remember their past lives. They do not inherently know their names or anything they've done previously. They often believe their first life is their toy life.
Toys are often disabled because the reconstruction process is complicated and improbable.
Due to being raised within the factory, toys are unaware that their surroundings and circumstances are extremely alarming.
Toys' point of view is confined to what they've been told. Outside information is restricted, similar to a concentration camp or dictatorial society.
Toy memories can be triggered if unconsciously reminded of something significant in their life, or by imperceptibly responding to their real name without understanding why. Toys are unaware of the true reason for this and it has been brushed aside as another mental condition resulting from their construction process.
There is only ONE TOY who breaks these rules. That's Ollie, and that's because Ollie was manufactured by modifying an existing body instead of taking apart and piecing together a new one.
Every other toy abides by these!
