Redesigned Shining armour is a unicorn with white coat with grey marks on his forehead, snout and horn that is a straight line and his back legs in the place of his cutie mark. His horn is medium length, and his legs are fluffy showing his pale, shiny indigo hoofs.
His eyes are light pink. Shining's mane is multi-hue blue, his streaks are light blue, blue and indigo, he puts it in a messy short ponytail (he's a nerd).

Redesigned Chrysalis is still a Changeling Queen, her horn has holes in it and her wings are bug-like.
On the contrary to ponies, she has very bold colours, pitchblack coat, with neon green insides, eyes and neon cyanish-green messy vine-looking hair.
Her limbs are long, parted like a bug, and has pointy mouth.
She also wears a crown.

Height comparision between Chrysalis, Cadence, Shining Armour and Twilight
Cadence and Shining Armour are the same height, Chrysalis is like a half of them taller and Twilight is a little bit shorter than Shining Armour and Cadence

Scene where Twilight is trapped in the caves beneath Canterlot, trapped by Chrysalis that has a form of Shining Armor, but she thinks it's actually her brother.
She lies crying in the middle of the cave where the green reflections of Chrysalis in Shining Armors body laughed at her.

I figured it would make way more sense for Chrysalis to try to make Cadence love her because she's kinda a goddess of love, also toxic yuri is real Way more sibling angst with Twilight Sparkle and Shining Armor, her thinking she needs to fight or even kill her brother which results in very tragic and sad scenes. Twilight believes him only when he sings his version of B.B.B.F.F, also Cadence is very tired for the whole time and bonds with Twilight over her brother's weird behaviour.

The 2nd one is an attempt to design their uniforms inspired by altar servers/acolytes. I used this design for the 'take me to church' animatic.

Random thoughts- what if magisterium has more religious symbolism,,, its literally called Magisterium

What if the magic system is similar to Clerics in DND. Theres a god that granted them powers/magic, and they pray to use it. Maybe makars are like prophets, those have a special connection to their god which allows them to have more powerful magic.

Since the symbolisms heavily references catholicism,, constantine adds more into it (u kno, since his namesake literally converted to christianity). Like- idk what if constantine being a makar made him believe that he is strong, that he can become god- thus enemy of death.

In my head, it's the event itself. Agatha was meant to be in Good, and Sophie meant to be in Evil. And i wanted to explore that dynamic if they switch to the wrong schools.

Like- sure, Sophie would definitely ace those princess classes. But what about good deeds with Prof. Dovey. Or Sophie's relationships with other Ever students. I like to believe that ever students, as shallow as they seem, are still pretty good people. To show that Sophie shares some similarities with the other Ever students, but theres something not quite right with it.

Same goes with Agatha, fitting the look and excelling in the Never role, but also not enough.

Also- the concept that the SGE movie did pretty well, "I don't believe anyone is truly good or truly evil. But i know sophie wants to be good... And that should be good enough" The idea of character development for sophie. I mean, in book 1 it shows that at first sophie is doing good deeds out of selfish reasons, and later did a true act of good by saving agatha at the end. So its possible??

And maybe Nature vs Nurture concept, are the Nevers truly evil or were they raised that way? Because c'mon how did they keep losing for almost 200 years unless they aren't fully evil or smth idk idkk

It's interesting to think about the scenario where they realize their true nature in the wrong schools. And how that would affect the rest of the story.
