(COMPLETE fic, 15/15 chapters, 54,201 words!) By GOAD's very own smut angel, @cemeteryangel725, who did me the incredible honor of allowing me to make some cover art for her story. Rated EXPLICIT on AO3, no minors, and, as always, MIND THE FUCKING TAGS.
I'll be posting full size portraits of each of Cemetery's wonderful characters in a few days!

Ssssssssssnake?
Me following Tawny around gathering art ideas while she writes unreasonably good witchy smut.
Hi! Popping here because I want to know what do you do with your hands ;)
So, my word for the wip sentence game is 'hands'!
Oh, good word. Thank you for asking. From the latest wip doc I opened which is currently called 'Beltane Sex Pollen Fic' and a collab with the very talented @quona
"Let me." Crowley's hands were gentle as they pulled Aziraphale's shirt from the waistband of his trousers.
This is a painting I did four years ago from LIVE REFERENCE, which is a crazy thing to get to do. Well...
I did the sketch from live reference, and then took a heap of pictures of the most gorgeous tiger that hung out right beside me for about an hour, on the far side of some very, very thick lexan at a public zoo.
the cake is an unsubtle metaphor WIP
Aziraphale is eating cake and Crowley is *eating cake* (off-screen for the purposes of this WIP and also so that I don't get banned from Tumblr)

(I poat full-sized WIPs on my Patreon!)
I still think about this piece like once a week.
--- --- --- I painted this for the GOAD Pride Month Gift Exchange for the lovely /u/lordpandiora, who wanted bottom Crowley, monsterfucking, and an AU! Little Red Riding Ho-wley be like: "Oh no! I hope there are no big bad wolves in this forest! OOPS! I just tripped and landed up against this tree with my ass out! Whatever am I to do?"
If you want to see more of my extremely spicy art, I post stuff like this (and full-sized WIPs, tutorials, Patron-exclusive smut, you get the idea) on Patreon.

My contribution to week 9 of the Ineffable Prompt-A-Thon by @ineffablyruined is a Crowley ouroboros (a Crowloboros, if you will) surrounded by Celtic knots, both of which symbolize the cyclical nature of existence.
Me: lemme make some custom brushes so I don't have to painstakingly draw a million little scales...
Also me: *proceeds to use said brushes in a complex interlace pattern that requires painstaking masking/erasing in order to make the various sneks fit together the way they're supposed to*
The end result was so worth it tho...
Plus hey, I got to learn how to make brushes from scratch and now I can draw many more goofy sneks hehehehe

In terms of the general construction of Crowley’s scales, I used this piece from a few weeks ago as my general guide:
Later on (once I actually decided that I wanted to incorporate Celtic knots) I went through the entire George Bain Collection looking for ideas, and eventually settled on this one:

It was my first time drawing Celtic knots, I hope I did them justice!
And further fantastic notes, this time on drawing Michael's likeness.
Ok! Some notes on Michael’s face:
- His face resembles a heart. The features don’t have a distinct feel to me.
- His forehead appears very large in relation to the face. This is due to the wide distance between his temples. The head and neck are also wide, and ears are quite large. The cheekbone and jawbone are soft, which gives the face a feminine or child-like impression when he’s got no facial hair.
- His browbone is curved in a very particular way, and the eye sits deep within the socket, this combination creates a distinctive shadow shape under strong, or even regular light. The ever present shadow makes his own relatively sparse eyebrows insignificant. This is why different eyebrow shapes can alter his look significantly. Also, he has very noticeable eye bags since youth and often dark circles, so his under-eye area is usually darker than most others.
- His nose bridge is short, but extremely tall. The pointy tip tilts heavily upwards, which makes the entire nose feel even taller. This nose is very specifically linked to him, so exaggerating it to a reasonable extent would boost the resemblance.
- The shapes of his eyes, lips, and chin resemble Michelangelo’s David. Well, his lips are thinner, but the curves are still similar.
- His face is generally symmetrical, but the left eye is slightly smaller. It becomes more noticeable when he smiles.
One step ahead of you, Thav!
I originally painted this for a project that got delayed fairly substantially, and given today's news, I thought we could all use some South Downs fluff. Love you all so much, Q
