So here's what I did to get into the void
I gave myself some time...I took a week off from my school , I took a break from Tumblr !!
I made a routine for myself and Here it is :
I Don't gave a fuck to my failed attempts and told myself failure don't exist in my reality! I worked on myself for a week and half
I decided to affirm robotically and sometym with knowing for 10-20 mins every hour and I vaunted every night before going to sleep for 30 mins , I listened to @lotusmi ( her mirage sub since it contains DMT Frequency ) and beauty crystallized's void subliminal on loop overnight and slept while Affirming in head and in the daytime also when I was free ..I started to do mediation by Mary Kate daily in the morning and at night before going to sleep and did some stretching excercise for 10-15 mins to make myself feel good ( excercising improves ur brain health and makes u feel good all dag long by releasing feeling good hormones ) .... whenever any doubt comes in my head I just say "Fuckkk off! It's done , I'm so freaking happy ( Distraction technique by @remcycl333 ) and sometimes I would open my notes app and script about my void concept
I affirmed and listened to subs as much as I could...and few weeks ago I did the 10k challenge bef starting my routine and I think that also really helped me maybe!
I did this for a week and half ig , for the first three days I affirmed fory sc and then for the rest of the days I affirmed for vc

Staring from the morning
1. Do Mary Kate's manifesting mediation THIS ONE after that do some stretching exercises if u want ( not necessary tho )
2. Choose one Affirmation of ur liking and Affirm that every hour for 20 mins
3. During the day listen to a void subliminal as much as u can and script in ur notes app if u want
3. Now bef going to sleep vaunt about the void for atleast 30 mins ( I'll recommend to search for a void vaunt and take a ss of that and read that with feeling )
4. Do THIS mediation bef going to bed
5. Put on a void sub and and sleep while Affirming in ur head
6. REPEAT THE SAME FOR 7 DAYS!
AND I ALSO DID SOME EFT TAPPING EXCERCISE IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP BUT I ONLY DID THAT FOR FEW MORNINGS , IF U WANT THEN U CAN ALSO DO THIS ...FOR THAT HAVE A LOOK TO THIS POST BY @asteriaas-stuffs â THIS ONE

To put it simply, it is a technique that is traditionally used to get fast and easy lucid dreams. Upon waking you lie still and keep your eyes closed, tricking your body into thinking that you never woke up and then within seconds the dream reforms except now youâre aware in it! You can also create a new dream or you might enter a false awakening which becomes a lucid dream. This method works SO QUICKLY itâs seriously like a LD method shortcut!
Iâve heard of lucid dreamers talking about the void before but after watching a YouTubers video about a lucid dream he had, I realized he actually used the DEILD technique to go straight to the void in SECONDS, unintentionally! Which is something I hadnât thought about doing before-merging the lucid dream technique WITH đđŒ THE VOID đđŒ TECHNIQUES!! đđŒ So for those of you attempting to enter the void state from a lucid dream, this can be used as a SHORTCUT on top of a SHORTCUT! đđŒ Yes maâammmm yâall seriously need to come try this one out because when I say SECONDS Iâm talking secondsss-no more waiting 20 minutes for your left brain to turn off, no more long breath work exercises or reality checks or hours of lying still, affirming, no more battling with creating portals-the void can be EFFORTLESS and induced in under a minute.
*PART 2 < The lucid dreamerâs success story> *
Thereâs this lucid dreamer on YouTube called TIGER123 who posts about lucid dreaming techniques and his own lucid dream experiences- he actually has a video tutorial on DEILD as well (which is linked in my OG DEILD post)
So, I was at work looking for something to watch and saw he posted a new video about a lucid dream he had recently. Well, I can tell you wasnât expecting him to literally open the video by talking about how he woke up from a regular dream, realized it was the perfect opportunity to perform DEILD and get lucid, and then. AS HEâS PERFORMING DEILD. He enters the void! Just like that. While he was in the void he visualized the dream scene he wanted to be in and he said he was there within 10 seconds. Aka he instantly manifested entering the exact lucid dream he wanted to be in, from the void state.
This is someone who doesnât believe in shifting or astral projection, wasnât trying to enter the void, thinks the void is just an unformed lucid dream space that can be used to form a new lucid dream, doesnât know you can manifest from that state and yet STILL got in and STILL manifested. Since he viewed the void as a place he can form a new lucid dream thats what he did. He still manifested instantly, he just MANIFESTED going from the VS to being in a lucid dream. This should just go to show you guys how REAL the void state is, because someone who doesnât even know about it and wasnât trying to get in STILL did it. (SO CAN YOU btw)
The void isnât a concept created on tumblr. Lucid dreamers have experienced it for years, meditators experience it, yogis, followers of Neville Goddard and multiple religious practices do too; Itâs just called by different names and defined differently, but all the experiences describe the same thing. So if tumblr success stories arenât trustworthy enough to you, or motivating enough-expand your research and find hundreds of stories similar to this one-lucid dreamers thinking itâs just an unformed dream and yogis thinking itâs just a really relaxing deep meditative state etcâŠ
*PART 3< How To Use DEILD to enter the VS> *
I linked the video at the bottom, he doesnât really talk about the void much or deild because the video is about the actual contents of the dream he had, but the part he does talk about it is right at the beginning, the first 30 seconds or so, if youâre curious in checking it out but this is pretty much what he said about it, written out-
âFirst I was in a space dream and then I woke up and kind of realized I had just woken up from a dream and was able to stay still and kind of reenter into it and fall back asleep and I ended up in the void. You know that like complete blackness where itâs really easy to reform the dream and since I was there I figured I would just try to go to the beach because when Iâm in this void state I can really go anywhere I want. I just reformed the beach and I ended up on the exact beach I was imagining in like 10 seconds.â
So boom. Thatsâs it thats ALL. That simple. So hereâs the exact steps to do if you want to enter the void through DEILD too and be the next success story:
Before bed: affirm âI will remember to stay still upon awakening. I will effortlessly enter the void using DEILDâ or some variation of this (optional)
Visualize yourself waking up, staying still, and entering the void state (optional)
Go to sleep, with the calm certainty that this will work.
Wake up. Keep your eyes closed and lie still
You can keep a blank mind and wait, trusting that your subconscious will induce the void automatically, since you already set the intention the night before
5a. Or right after waking, with your eyes closed you can begin affirming that you are pure consciousnes and imagine yourself already in the void, or imagine yourself sinking gently down into the void state until you are truly there. This method is so effective you should be in the state within a minute or less.
And remember, the void state canât be forced, just like sleep canât be forced. All you can do is create the right conditions for it to occur naturally. Itâs okay if you donât get it right away. Focus on trust, not control. Avoid over analyzing whether itâs working while youâre performing the technique, just allow it to flow and happen. 2) stop thinking like a DUMBASS. - oh, but youâre scared you canât enter? Congrats, dumbass, now you really wonât. your assumptions create. if you keep telling yourself you âcanâtâ do it, then youâre manifesting failure instead of the void.
- start affirming NOW: âi enter the void easily.â say it until it sticks.
- whenever your brain spirals, REJECT THAT SH*T. if doubt creeps in, say: âiâm in the void now, NEXT.â
- fake it till you make it, bitch. if you assume youâre already in the void, guess what? you fucking are.
3) use your anxiety to your advantage. - you think your anxiety is stopping you? B*TCH, USE IT. anxiety makes your brain hyper-focus, right? so instead of obsessing over bullshit, obsess over NOTHING.
- focus on your breathing, a sound, or even a fake-ass scenario until everything else fades away.
- your brain wants to spiral? GOOD. spiral into the void. let yourself mentally detach from everything.

To all the people that told me âYou donât do your researchâ and when other blogs tell me I donât do my âresearchâ please just understand that even if I am wrong, I do my research. And I try to make things simpler for everyone but receive hate back. Anyway, letâs get on with it!
Yoga Nidra is an amazing meditation that can not only help you get in the void state, but it can help you with your physical state, as well.
Yoga Nidra will induce delta waves and the delta state of mind, which can help access the subconscious mind. And we all know once we have access the subconscious, things like the void state and shifting realities or whatever you want to do.
(Depending on how deep you are in the meditation, you could also be in the alpha state)
âWe spend close to a third of our lifetime asleep, yet we don't know much about it, particularly the delta state. Science believes that thought processes disappear in this state and conscious awareness is lost.
For this reason it is believed that within this realm is the gateway to God, to Infinite Intelligence or the Collective Unconsciousâ mind.â
The delta state of mind is perfect for accessing your âgodlike selfâ and other spiritual practices.

2. After you have finished the meditation, and she leads you out, donât move and stay in this meditative state.
3. After that, you can play delta waves or brown noise or any subliminal/binaural beat of your choice. I recommend making a playlist so you donât have to get up to change the video.
4. Then, time to begin the distraction technique. Daydream and let your mind wander. You can imagine anything you want, but for me I like to imagine my favorite songs (like Lana Del Rey) and just imagine scenarios to it that wonât make me focus on the 3D.
5. Then once you feel like youâre done daydreaming, youâll be in the void state! If not yet, since your in the delta state, you can affirm for the void state while focusing on the black behind your eyes and focusing solely on your affirmations.

Waking up in the void state is super easy and it requires zero effort. Read this success story, it's my favorite one on Tumblr regarding waking up in the void! Here is an easy mini challenge you can do to ensure that you wake up in the void state!
Set your intention. Intentions are the key to everything when manifesting. Intend that you will wake up in the void state and that it's a super easy thing for you to do. Even throughout the day, hold onto this intention and persist in it.
Listen to this subliminal (once or a few times) while knowing that you always wake up in the void state and that it's a natural thing for you:
3. Fall asleep while continuing to hold onto your intention. As you fall asleep, affirm in your mind, "I always wake up in the void state aware," "I wake up in the void state aware every night," "I am the void."
That's it! Have fun waking up in the void and getting all your desires!
đ How to enter the void state ?
â To enter your void state, it can require a lot of patience, especially the first time.
1/ Find a quiet place and lie down in a comfortable position.
2/ Take a deep breath and acknowledge your intention to enter your void.
3/ Relax your breathing: find a smooth breathing pattern, the same as when you are about to fall asleep.
Take your time so that it becomes automatic, because afterward, you should no longer focus on your breathing but solely on your affirmations or your intention to enter your void state.
4/ Take your time to relax your body (from head to toe), then ignore the sensations in your body.
5/ Silence your mind, don't analyze your thoughts, and ignore them.
6/ Mentally visualize that you are in your void state, or affirm. Focus exclusively on this thought.Â
After a while, you might feel like you're floating, spinning, or falling all at once; this is completely normal, just let those sensations pass. If you find it difficult to affirm during the process, simply keep it in mind.
7/ Afterward, you will feel a complete absence of sensations, making you enter your void state. You will easily recognize it by a deep inner peace and a sense of happiness.
