kiss of death is such a lesbian way to die.
No one in history has had special treatment like you.
Aubrey Plaza as Rio Vidal/Death in AGATHA ALL ALONG (2024) 01x08 | "Follow Me My Friend / To Glory at the End"
Agatha All Along + Tarot cards
Agatha and Rio’s back and forth when Billy is in the greenhouse is so funny
Rio: Power looks good on you Agatha: Honey, everything looks good on me [fighting noises] Rio: Seems like you’re having fun Agatha: Who, me? [cackles]
Babe you are fighting for your life right now
You think for one moment 1A wouldn’t get suuuper drunk from time to time? (Whenever Iida is visiting his family…)
Todoroki is immune to alcohol. He can take ten shots and not even slur his words. He’s a master and we fear him. Whare does the vodka go??? No one knows. At least he chills beers for them.
Momo is also unaffected, but that’s cos she takes two sips and then changes all the alcohol in her system into something productive for society, like buckets for her classmates to throw up in.
Midoriya thinks he’ll be a lightweight but is fairly decent at holding his drinks, plus he’s got such a high tolerance for pain that hangovers barely affect him.
Bakugou, however, IS a lightweight and it’s beautiful. He refused to drink at first and when Kami finally dared him he was done after two drinks. He lost ability to function logically and cannot remember anything. Bakusquad claimed he made fireworks with his quirk and food colouring but it’s unconfirmed. Apparently Kirishima had to carry him to bed.
Kaminari and Mina started the drinking, and they usually drink the most (bar the absolute monster that is Todoroki) so they get the most drunk (except Bakugou who has the tolerance of a fucking bumble bee). Whilst drunk they often mess with their more serious classmates or start stupid games
Tokoyami never gets drunk because bottles aren’t bird friendly and he can’t see glass. This means he has plenty of blackmail material
One time in their second year Iida came back early and somehow it was decided that Bakugou should stop him from entering, since he was the only one who didn’t reek of alcohol. (due to his inability to consume the substance in large quantities). What followed was the most gut wrenching conversation Iida has ever participated in, drunk Baku becoming his therapist for three hours whilst everyone else either passed out or cleaned up
Aizawa knows exactly what’s going on and is being bribed by Mic to keep it secret, since he feels some comraderie with the teenagers.
Did we get a Agathario origin story? No. Will we get one in the future? Maybe. Will we see them both again? Definitely (Rio hates the idea of ghosts and will definitely pursue Agatha). Did we get assurance that Agatha is going to be a bigger part of the MCU? Hell yeah. Did we all sob like babies at Nicky’s history? Yes.
WAS THAT ONE HELL OF A KISS?
FUCK YEAH.
It wasn’t perfect, but it was damn good. I am so excited to see these stories played out further.
I also have all the fuel I need for so much fanfiction.
what if you were GAY and your girlfriend was the personification of DEATH and then your SON died and she had to reap his SOUL or whatever because it was her JOB and then you never forgave her but she still LOVED you and then you projected your GRIEF onto a random teenager while battling through DEATH trials with PATTI LUPONE
So, the Master is clearly struggling with dissociation in S12, right? Because I never saw this talked about directly, but it’s been on my mind since Spyfall.
The Master is obviously traumatised by the events preceding the season and trauma is what dissociation stems from, so I guess that’s what made me look out for it. And then it just seemed so blatantly obvious to me:
The constant insisting on how sure he is about what he is doing; how right it feels - while looking utterly lost. (Nothing he does makes him feel anything, because he is completely detached from his own emotions.) The unfocused eyes during important moments. (Spaced out, can’t focus, no matter how much he wants to/ knows he should.) The mood swings. I know, every Master had those to an extent, but while in his previous incarnations it seemed almost voluntary, in this one he seems completely overpowered by it. (Inability to handle emotions.) The way he frantically claps his hands on the plane, a typical grounding technique, the same way I nervously tap my nails on my phone all the time (driving all my friends nuts).
And then the way he needs the Doctor, this time. (Even more desperately than Missy, in my view.) From making her say his name (from personal experience: your best friend saying your name; very grounding, 10/10 would recommend) to forcing her to take his hand, just to feel it in his; a prove that he still exists. The constant mentions of their past, trying to get her to talk about who he was, to find comfort in her reassurance. And the way he reacts when she says his name; he almost breaks down. He doesn’t remember who he is, but she knows and he needs her to tell him; show him, so he can feel real again.
And then the apathy toward the end; he doesn’t care if he dies, because why would it matter, when he doesn’t feel alive anyway?
"She is my scar."
I fear this was the gayest line in cinematic history.
If the master doesn’t return soon I AM suing for emotional distress
