A digital painting inspired by Goya's "Witches' Sabbath".
The signifer scouts ahead the landscape around him.
This is the next in my “Goats” series.
Medium: Oil on canvas panel
Date Completed: 2 January 2022
I bought some Sennelier oil pastels yesterday, and I did this practice painting of my fursona Rabi to get accustomed to them. These were so fun to work with and I had a blast figuring them out.
My latest digital goatfolk painting. I hope I can explore this subject in oils soon.
This painting is a depiction of one of my delusions, which is believing that I am some sort of prophet. I created this Orthodox Christian icongraphy-inspired piece to illustrate just how real these feelings can be to me. Medium: Oil on canvas panel Date Completed: 31 January 2021

What it's like hearing voices.
🍁There’s a quiet strength in just existing. It’s easy to overlook, especially when everything feels awful, but simply getting through each day is a huge accomplishment. You might not always see it, but just by being here, you’re adding something uniquely important to the world. It’s not about doing something extraordinary or being the best; it’s about continuing on, even when things are tough. Your presence matters, and it has a positive impact in ways you might not notice, but others do. Give yourself credit for the small victories, the moments when you keep going despite it all. Those moments show just how strong you are, even if it doesn’t feel that way. Hang on to that thought, because it’s a truth worth holding onto as you face whatever comes your way.🍁
