I Know This Isn’t Batfam But The Idea Came To Mind And I Couldn’t Resist, I’ll Still Post On Thursday

Hi, I promise there is a purpose for this long winded post, which I color coded as I doubt many people, and if anyone at all, will read any of this, let alone all of it.

Everything in Green is the purpose of the post, it's what everything else is saying in less words.

Blue is a more detailed version of green.

White is where I got completely sidetrack but spent too long typing it out to allow myself to delete it.

Purple is whatever you want to call this section

If you're just curious, read green. If you want an elaboration of the first green statement, read blue. If you want to know how my brain works on a daily basis read everything.

Almost everything I know about the Batfam is from AO3 (or Wattpad but that was just before I ‘discovered’ AO3).

I tried to read the comics but I don’t know where to begin, I’ve only read UtRH and Green Lanterns Rebirth (2016) but I barely remember that and it was before I even knew about Cass, Steph, and Duke.

I’ve also watched Young Justice, Teen Titans (2003), Batman the animated series, Batman: Under the Red Hood, and the Son of Batman-Teen Titans: Judas Contract movies. I’ve watched a lot of other Batman movies but I lost track of which ones I have seen and which ones I haven’t.

I’ve also watched all the live action movies except The Batman and the ones are rated R as I wasn’t allowed to when they came out and haven’t had a chance to yet.

My parents didn’t care as much about movies being rated R for violence, in terms of a superhero or action movie. Say Transformers or Justice League or X-men were rated R solely because of violence or cursing, they would have still let me watch them if I truly wanted to. What they cared about was the movies rated R because of mature scene or innuendoes and things like that.

Growing up I was allowed to watch Family Guy, Simpsons, and American Dad with them, depending on the episode and my age at the time, but I wasn’t really allowed to watch South Park at all. My dad has one phrase he says jokingly all the time, and it’s obviously he’s quoting something, but I never knew it was South Park until my foreign language teacher had a picture, obviously from the show, when we learned the (Latin) word for authority.

I got super sidetracked but I doubt anyone’s actually going to read all this anyways so whatever. If you actually took the time to read this, I appreciate it.
