Glutes & abs day

- warmup: 15 mins elliptical

- hip abductor machines (both) 15x4 @ 65,70,75,80 lb.

- glute thrust-back machine 10x4 @ 55 lb.

- single-leg deadlifts 15x3 @ 10 lb. dumbbell

- 10 mins abs circuit

☆ total - 52 min, 310 cal

Not a bad day overall. The steak would not have been my first choice but my partner really wanted it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

LISS day

- 45 min treadmill walk @ 3.0 mph, 10.0 incline

- 18 min walk outside with coworkers

I didn’t get any real work done today. My motivation for putting effort into literally any part of my life other than this is nonexistent.
