Luna and Harry are the pines twins and they go to live with their uncle Sirius. He is weird and eccentric but they think he is cool. Harry finds the books and they find out that he had the third one. Not only that but his brother, Regulus, was stuck in another dimension for years. Harry immediately sticks to Regulus like glue. Old man McGucket could be Barty, Regulus’ old friend from college who helped him make the machine.
