So, I’m reading my first omega-verse fic and I genuinely have a couple of questions regarding it. So, alphas can be with alphas but can omegas be with omegas? And if not, what if two omegas are together before they present? Also, how do betas really fit in this dynamic because, I understand like the alpha is the protector or whatever and the omega is the like the mother figure, so what do betas do? I have a couple more but I don’t know exactly how to word them, so if anyone wants to answer or just explain things in the comments or reblogs that would be awesome

Deadpool & Wolverine AU where instead of Vanessa it’s Peter Parker/Spiderman that Wade was dating and who broke up with him because he wasn’t using his powers for the greater good like he wanted. So at the end, Logan takes the dog from Wade and says “talk to the boy.”

Wade and Peter end up getting back together and Peter is around the house all the time now where he and Logan get to know each other and one thing leads to the next and they become a poly trio.

Boys wanting to write poetry is a metaphor for boys wanting the freedom to make out in the back of old bookstores and to wear lipstick while reciting Shakespearean sonnets without having to hear the constant disapproval of others

Men running away to become pirates is a metaphor for men running away from the safe, heteronormative lives society forced them into in order to start a more genuine, albeit more dangerous, life for themselves

Nerdy teens fighting monsters together is a metaphor for teens who were once outcasted by their community for being different helping each other to confront their trauma and to become the heroes of their own stories

And women playing baseball is a metaphor for women reclaiming their femininity after spending most of their lives being told they’re “not real girls” because they don’t fit the mold the patriarchy wants them to fit into

But ultimately all of them are just metaphors for a friend group being gayer than the fucking fourth of July
