Partly because that's what it really is and I think it's important to draw attention to that (especially the "unlawfully" part), partly because Kabosu deserves better, partly because Elon thinks he's so cool for naming a "department" for a meme and I want to take that from him, but also because Elon is exactly the kind of person who'd find "douche" to be the absolute worst kind of insult, and this way I can call him "the DOUCHE head."
