I ate like a 🐄 yesterday. Had half a packet of chips. A tiny itty bitty piece of cake. Some cucumber salad snd them at midnight right before sleep I had two egg sandwiches.
If only I haven’t eaten those sandwiches at night, I wouldn’t be this fat and bloated this morning :((

Started a f4st. I‘m gonna increase the duration every time the last one is filled, starting by 13 hours :))

Lunch : nothing
Snack : Cola Zero : 0 calories
Dinner : stirred tofu-bowl with rice : 327 calories
Snack : 5 teaspoons of protein chocolate pudding : 21 calories
Total calories : 423
Protein : 22.6 g
Carbs : 25 g
Fat : 17.7 g
Fiber : 3 g
stop saying you want to help mentally ill individuals while banning their safe spaces. Just because you can’t see them harming themselves doesn’t mean they aren’t. Having a space where they can talk to other people and relate to them helps them. Please understand this
