I did an 18 hour f4st. Honestly I‘m kinda disappointed at myself.

Started a f4st. I‘m gonna increase the duration every time the last one is filled, starting by 13 hours :))

Most people with an ed(not sheeran) start off fat, because the whole point is losing weight. Yet no one thinks you have an ed(not sheeran) unless youre skinny, make it make sense. 😭

Between all these 13 year olds on 3dblrr, I feel really old.
