40 hours later and I finished making A Human Condition fanart again 😭 Honestly, the scene is a mix between when Bill finds himself in the secret space Ford had locked away in his mind and another chapter where he finds what Ford wrote about him !!! I even included some pieces of the text 🥹 I was not playing about the exagerated long hair, although the long hair here is what I visualize when he’s in the dreamscape and not what is actually described in the fic (you could say the whole design is actually 💀)

The whole thing is inspired by of course a scene from arcane that is once again Jinx 🙏 genuinely, I feel like Jinx and Bill are alike (they are my two favorite characters ever…) Also I wanted it to feel like a opening to a webtoon too 🥹 like O:TL

If this post gets FIVE likes, I’ll draw him with a reasonable long amount of hair in the iconic ‘I’m a little Different shirt’ I just love that fanfic sm tho, so I’ll prolly just do it anyways 💀 GO READ A HUMAN CONDITION GUYS PLEASE WE’RE ALMOST OUT OF HIATUS YEAHHH

I just love the way that @sapphosscribe writes words. Reading a story and feeling a story are two completely different things, and I absolutely love that I can feel every word that she writes. When reading through this scene I could feel Bill’s anger radiating through the screen. I felt as though I didn’t master his expression enough in this drawing, and it needed something more to truly encompass Sapphosscribe’s words. And so as I was thinking of that I decided to actually put her words around the side. Fixed it.

I was so excited with the new chapter that I read it to fast, I'm going to re-read it later, I just want to say that the way you describe conflict emotions and thoughts hit me deep, I really like your writing. I'm not sure if I can make a deep analysis right now, but I wanted to say that I'm really enjoying your history.

And OMG in the final piano scene, I just saw the song and couldn't stop thinking, "Not you planning to play love dream to the ex dream demon lol"

Always love to get compliments on my writing style mostly because I’m still settling in and feeling out my “authorial voice” which is a tricky thing to develop. It’s nice to see so many people commenting they like how I describe things and write emotion. 🥰

I’m in love with this story, so I was thinking, what if I did fanart for every chapter?

That’s the idea, let’s see if I can actually do it ahah… I’m going to die.

Anyway, read this fic, it’s really well written.

Bill is a gremlin you guys @kimpuntoexe drew him in all his glory here while he was spiraling out TW for self harm, but wholly molley does this look great!

These drawings are from chapters 8 and 13 of A Human Condition by @sapphosscribe on AO3, an amazing BillFord/Human BillCipher fic that I discovered a few weeks ago. It explores the characters' psychology and Bill's redemption, which pretty much comes down to: one step forward, three steps back.

Though I have to say, my human Bill design strays a bit from the fic's description, but you get the idea.

Anyway, I highly recommend this fic!!
