What do I mean when I say “illusion”?
I’m not saying you are hallucinating as if you were on drugs or you need to stop seeing things, it’s more like one of those drawings where you can see a rabbit or a duck, but in reality it’s just ink.
Helpful Swami Vivekananda quotes:
Hey!
I'm really sorry deep into this that I got lost...
Sometimes I understand everything but then next moment I gave into those doubts 🙂...
But then next moment I read that I'm not even giving in, it's all appearance
So I'm letting these empty appearances doubt myself and always be dependent on others 😭
I don't want to
Don’t take this too seriously or look into it too much all you need to know is that you are Brahman and all “things” are illusions. Doubts, too. Take a break if you need to
You don’t own/have things. You are the screen on which the things appear, you give them life. Yeah the body appears to have things but even the body disappears and appears on the screen of consciousness so does it have things when you’re not conscious of it? Can you really HAVE a partner, a house, a car, or are you the screen on which they appear whenever you “wake up”? Where is the you to have things? Are you really located inside the brain or is that a figment of your imagination? (You have to imagine yourself being inside the brain) What exactly can the screen of Consciousness want?
All concepts like getting, owning, having, and being things are of the mind. This goes for things you think you already have too, so you don’t HAVE a shitty life or HAVE a heavenly life. No need to take ownership of anything you don’t want because you already don’t own 💩. You can say the body owns things if you want to but remember it’s just a storyline for your character to feel real.
Hey;)
If you don't mind I wanna know how this seemingly reality works ik all this is illusion but my awareness behind it is controlling it right even if it doesn't feel so?? Whatever I decide happens but how are we deciding those things that it seems like we have no control over
Well you give consciousness life because when the body is seemingly unconscious you don’t experience anything. You are aware OF things in your consciousness, awareness doesn’t control it. It is something beyond both awareness and consciousness that is in control, called Brahman or the Supreme Reality but it is actually you. You believed thoughts that say you’re not in control so now not being in control is what you expect. Like if you’re a lucid dreamer you expect to be in control of your lucid dreams and that’s why you are.
Heyy, I recently found your blog and found your posts very helpful :) and I was wondering if you could help me with something
I’ve been trying to get rid of my attachment with the ego now for about two weeks and I feel like I’ve made good progress. I know there’s no trying required since we’re already “that”, but I’ve seen other bloggers say to do it until self becomes your natural state. I can now be a witness to the ego and look down on my body knowing that’s not me. Kinda like an out of body experience. so I see the body typing this and doubting while knowing that’s not me. Though, Whenever I’m the witness, I don’t feel peace, instead I still feel the doubt that the ego has. So I’m just wondering if I’m experiencing self when I witness the body but still feel the feeling of doubt.
Sorry if this was confusing but thanks in advance!!
You’re always experiencing Self regardless of whether you’re feeling peaceful or doubtful because every emotion is Self. With that being said, there’s nothing wrong with striving for inner peace but don’t get so caught up in it that it has the opposite effect.
"You've been somebody long enough. You spent the first half of your life becoming somebody. Now you can work on becoming nobody, which is really somebody. For when you become nobody there is no tension, no pretense, no one trying to be anyone or anything. The natural state of the mind shines through unobstructed - and the natural state of the mind is pure love."

When you have a life, you have to do something with it.
When you are life, what do you have to do?
It is simply unfolding.

Can I apply this to my appearance that I see seemingly? Will knowing that it's not my appearance can I seemingly experience a different one? Idk 😶
You wouldn’t ask this question if you knew the mind is an illusion. There is already no one here desiring and no one here to manifest. These bodies are empty. Have no desire to change because there is already nothing here to change, just a story in your head. All empty appearances. Once you recognize that the current story you’re telling yourself is fake, a new story may appear.
But right now your desire for a new appearance seems to be controlling you instead of you controlling it, let it go if you want to be free and unlimited.
I once came across a Realitywarpingg post that said “you are God and you are all alone” and I was like “ok cool” but the more LITERALLY I start to take it the more terrifying it is. Why is it that people are so predictable? Why is the world so predictable? Why is it when I dwell on something I don’t like I see more of it and I ignore it it shows up less? Why does the world ALWAYS PROVE ME RIGHT? What’s with all the synchronicities? How can I be mad at people who are playing their roles perfectly whether I like the roles or not? In the beginning I didn’t understand Realitywarpingg but the more I question the more obvious it becomes. I keep imagining other people’s POVs but that is just imagination. MY imagination. 😭 And how do I know they still exist when I can’t see them? It feels insane to say I am all alone but that would also feel insane in a dream that I take to be true.
