when it comes to the law of assumption, reality shifting wtv manifesting you do. You are the one in control. You decide what is going to happen.
So when it comes to thinking you are "stuck" and you start to persist and believe that you are. That is where things start to play out. By believing that you are stuck and not going anywhere in your journey. You won't. You made up that belief and your mind, so now you going to stay stuck in that.
there's always an answer to every solution, even if you feel like it is going nowhere. Just because you feel stuck doesn't mean you actually are. Just because you have been following the same path for miles now doesn't mean it is leading nowhere. Sometimes the most quiet and boring journeys can lead us to greater things.
Believe in the positive stuff, believe that you aren't stuck. Figure out these feelings. And remember that your journey is how YOU make it.

๐ How to enter the Void state (Part 2) and shift reality
In this second part, we will use either lucid dreaming (LD), sleep paralysis (SP), or astral projection (AP) to access the void state and/or shift realities.
These methods are not commonly used because they require practice and may be frightening due to negative hallucinations or mental projections that can arise in these states. However, here are the advantages of using them:
Simplicity once mastered: after gaining control, entering the void state or shifting realities becomes straightforward. You just need a clear intention and absolute certainty that it will happen.
Suitable for everyone: especially beneficial for those who struggle with the first method, providing a nightly opportunity to access the void state or shift realities
Flexibility between states: once youโve mastered one state, switching between them to enter the void or shift becomes easy.

My favorite combinations - Sleep paralysis โ Void state โ Shift - Lucid dream โ Void state โ Shift
Whether you use LD, AP or SP, there are 3 key principles to remember:
๐Maintain positive or neutral thoughts and emotions
Negative hallucinations only happen due to your thoughts or emotions. Nothing bad can happen to you (unless you believe it can). At worst, youโll just wake up.
โ To avoid negative projections : (1) Affirm during the day that these states are enjoyable and safe for you. (2) Before bed, listen to music that puts you in a good mood, (3) and during these states, focus on positive or funny thoughts.
๐Stabilize in these states
Once youโre in one of these states, stabilize yourself before doing anything else.
E.g. In SP: donโt panic. First, stabilize yourself by staying calm and taking your time to breathe. Then, focus on the next step, to access the void. E.g. In a LD : If you miss the chance to shift (the dream fades, and you find yourself awake in the dark), keep your eyes closed and try to induce SP or astral projection (AP). Once youโre stabilized in either state, you can choose to enter the void, shift to another reality.
๐Align Attention, Intention, and Thoughts
They must be perfectly aligned to enter the void, switch states, or shift realities. This may take practice.
Tips: Before You Sleep Take a moment to plan what youโre going to do. Spend at least 2 minutes clearly affirming your intention: which method you will use (lucid dreaming, astral projection, or sleep paralysis) and why (to access the void or shift). Also, decide which state you will choose to switch to in case of failure.

Stabilize yourself in this state by staying still, closing your eyes, and breathing slowly and calmly.

Focus on the intention of "now" to enter your Void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that youโre already there. Repeat:
โI am now in the Void.โ
โI can enter the Void now.โ

Keep your eyes closed
Acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:
Affirm firmly: โI am now in [DR's name].โ
Or, visualize yourself physically present in your DR and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your DR and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).

Once youโre lucid in your dream, ground yourself in the scene without trying to control it. Simply observe the details around you and feel everything.
Once your dream is stable :
๐ To enter the Void state
(In your dream) Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and affirm that [you are "now" in your void state] until you feel yourself there.
๐ To shift realities from LD
Take a deep breath, close your eyes
Focus on your DR and affirm that [you are waking up in your DR]
Try to wake up with the certainty that you will do so in your DR, imagining yourself there.

Once youโre in astral projection, engage all your senses (touch a wall, smell flowers, feel different textures, etc.) to stabilize yourself in the astral world.
๐ To shift realities from AP
With certainty, think that you will return to your physical body that belong to your DR, in your desired reality.
Tip: If you have a script for your DR, find an image of the room where you will wake up that matches a room in your DR and focus on returning to your physical body in that room, which belongs to your DR.
๐ To enter the Void state
(this method may not work for everyone)
In the astral world, with your astral body, lie down on the ground. Close your eyes and focus strongly on entering the Void.
โ During astral projection, thought is enough to manifest everything you want in your astral world.

During SP, everything you hear or see is a hallucination. Your brain, still in the REM sleep phase, produces images related to your dreams. These hallucinations can manifest based on your thoughts, as your subconscious is particularly receptive in this state. The sensation of suffocation is simply due to the natural relaxation of your diaphragm during sleep.
SP Tips
Stay Calm: Keep neutral or positive thoughts to prevent worsening sensations.
Stabilize: Stay still, breathe calmly, and focus on your goal.
๐ How to astral project from SP
Simply set the intention to astral project and imagine yourself separating from your physical body by creating as vivid an image as possible of your astral body beside your bed, without moving. Engage all your senses to activate your astral vision. Focus your thoughts to mentally picture yourself detaching from your physical body.
โ At the same time, you can use one of these methods:
Rolling Method: Visualize yourself rolling out of your body. Rope Technique: Imagine a rope in front of you and picture yourself pulling up to "hoist" out of your body. Floating Sensation: Imagine floating above your body. Hammock Method: Picture yourself in a hammock, gently swaying until you feel yourself separating from your body.
๐ How to lucid dream from SP
Set the intention to have a lucid dream, then:
Keep your eyes closed.
Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, known as hypnagogic images.
Visualize a specific scene (for example, walking on a beach) and engage all your senses in the visualization
Since the brain cannot distinguish between imagination and reality, it will start to construct a dream based on this focus. The key is to maintain your attention without getting distracted to enter the dreaming state.

Iโm not spiritual or religious; I only believe in myself. Iโm not particularly fond of meditation either, but I have no issue doing it if it serves my personal goals. Therefore, this is a diagram I created for my blog about shifting, so itโs normal that it doesnโt cover everything.
Manifestors refer to it as quantum jumping, but it means shifting reality : the word "shift" โ in its literal sense and apart from reality shifting โ means to move from one place to another or to change the position of something.
When you manifest, you are simply entering a similar reality, often referred to as a parallel reality, where you already have what you want. This is why it feels normal for you to have what youโve fought for.
stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.

Everyone just coming to report some recent things I've manifested outside of the void. I've been taking a break trying to enter the void. I realized once I kept making that a priority I stopped having Sleep Paralysis which is my gateway. Now that I've been focusing on manifesting outside the void, I've started having sleep paralysis again. I'm going to continue focusing on manifesting outside the void, until my mind naturally in the sleep paralysis state suggest the void and that way it will be natural not forced and a great launch pad for entering the void. (Drink everytime I typed "manifesting outside the void")
1. Receiving my income tax by mail quickly! Less than two weeks from the time it was mailed out.
2. Passing my apartment inspection after failing the first time for compliance reasons.
3. Getting back more than I was suppose to receive when cashing my taxes. The clerk gave me 80 dollars more and I didn't notice even after she counted the money right in front of me. It was bizarre when I recalculated my money once I got home, and I could've swore the lady counted out the amount that was on my tax refund amount online, I kept recalculating to see if I was just miscounting but no... Hopefully it was a glitch in the system as I've been listening to money subs and happened to go to sleep to one the night before.
