Shifters in their closet in their DR
Hello Goddesses! After exploring confidence-building yesterday, it feels natural to talk about something we all face but often keep hidden, those annoying fears and self-doubts that can hold us back. You know those moments when you really want to do something, but that inner voice starts listing all the reasons why you shouldn't?
Let's get real about this, everyone, even the people who seem to have it all figured out, deals with fear and self-doubt. The difference isn't in not having these feelings; it's in how we work with them.
Think of fear and self-doubt like clouds passing through the sky. They might block the sun temporarily, but they're not permanent. The sun: your potential, your dreams, your capabilities, is always there behind them.
Here's how to start moving forward, even when those doubts feel heavy:
The "Name It to Tame It" approach is incredibly powerful. When you catch yourself in a spiral of doubt, pause and name exactly what you're afraid of. Sometimes just saying "I'm afraid of failing" or "I'm doubting my abilities" can take away some of its power. It's like turning on the light and realizing the shadow wasn't as scary as it seemed.
Try this simple but effective technique: When self-doubt creeps in, ask yourself, "What would I tell my best friend if they were in this situation?" We're often much kinder and wiser when advising others than when talking to ourselves.
Remember the confidence-building steps we discussed yesterday? Here's where they become your secret weapon. Each small win, each tiny step forward, becomes evidence that you can handle more than your fears suggest.
A game-changing practice is keeping a "Fear vs. Reality" journal. When you're worried about something, write down what you think might happen. Then, after the event, write down what actually happened. Over time, you'll notice that our fears often paint a much scarier picture than reality.
Here's something not many people talk about: You don't need to eliminate fear or self-doubt completely. Sometimes they're trying to tell you something important. The goal is to acknowledge them while not letting them make your decisions for you.
When you're faced with self-doubt, try this: Take one tiny action. Just one. Maybe you're doubting your creative abilities, draw one simple sketch. Worried about starting that project? Write one sentence. Scared to start exercising? Put on your workout clothes and walk for five minutes.
The beautiful thing about working through fear and self-doubt is that each small step makes the next one a little easier. You're not just moving forward; you're building resilience and self-trust along the way.
The magic happens when we learn to take action WHILE being scared, instead of waiting for the fear to go away first. It's like walking in the rain instead of waiting for the perfect sunny day!
Did you think I was going to let you leave without homework? For today, notice one fear that's been bugging you lately. Don't try to fix it or fight it, just notice it with kindness. Sometimes just acknowledging our fears with compassion makes them feel less powerful.
See you tomorrow for Day 22!

me perfectly curating my blog.
The posts I write in this little chapter are solely to help shifters believe that shifting is simple ; I use manifestation only for that purpose. I am not trying to convince manifestors or anti-shifters to shift.

This diagram summarizes what you can do in the states of the first column. It’s not exhaustive, and you’re not obligated to shift or manifest; you also don’t have to achieve another state.
I’m not spiritual or religious; I only believe in myself. I’m not particularly fond of meditation either, but I have no issue doing it if it serves my personal goals. Therefore, this is a diagram I created for my blog about shifting, so it’s normal that it doesn’t cover everything.
Manifestors refer to it as quantum jumping, but it means shifting reality : the word "shift" — in its literal sense and apart from reality shifting — means to move from one place to another or to change the position of something.
When you manifest, you are simply entering a similar reality, often referred to as a parallel reality, where you already have what you want. This is why it feels normal for you to have what you’ve fought for.
remember, you are the universe experiencing itself.
There won't be any other post on this account. I am permashifting in a few hours. Rest assured I, the person writing to you now, the person who had been writing to you for the past month, will be permashifting.
Now that it's a firm decision, now, I think it's appropriate for me to vent out the stored pain of this reality, and to motivate anyone who reads, one last time.
I am no special person. I'm no superior being for having shifted.
I just did it to escape pain, to escape fear, I was a escapist. I can't lie and say I wanted to explore the multiverse. It wasn't a choice, it was desperation, desperation to see warm and loving eyes for once, ones who care if you haven't eaten, ones who can tell you've spent all night crying instead of sleeping.
I'm happy to say that those warm voices I used to repeat in my mind, which would soothe me to sleep when I couldn't; I've finally seen the faces those voices belonged to, I've felt their touch, their hugs, but what's left within me, I just want to pay them back for their love, I want to spend all eternity with them. They're my responsibility, their happiness is my priority, their goals are my goals.
I would just like to say, actually, I would like to beg you, please never give up on shifting.
Just remember, right at this moment, some souls are unconsciously yearning for you, waiting at the entrance of your desired reality, waiting to just reach out and take you back, to see you the next day.
You deserve the best, you deserve people who find you loveable each second, people who look into your eyes and understand your unspoken feelings, people who are scared to raise their voices at you, people who keep you warm throughout the coldest nights.
Please don't settle for less, please give out love to everyone in your DR, when you reach it, hopefully tonight.
I don't have anything else to say, it's been an honour, I suppose.
Goodbye.

This is an excerpt from the book I’m righting about permashifting. Since I have been getting several asks about what happened with my experience permashifting, I thought I’d just post this.
What is permashifting exactly? For the next few minutes, I will challenge the contemporary perspective of what permashifting is. Most people in internet shifting communities believe that once you permanently live this reality that you will be gone. The important variable in this statement is you? What makes you, you? At your rawest point you are consciousness not tied to any physical form or reality. Permashiftimng is thought to be your consciousness permanently moving on to another reality.
Shifting is an extremely personal change that occurs almost completely in the mind of the shifter. The secondary consciousness is completely indistinguishable from the main consciousness when it comes to the abilities of thinking, communicating and creating. From any outside perspective, I am the same person that has always been there. You will perceive no difference in a shifter when they’re main consciousness has gone to a different reality. All it is changing which thread of your consciousness is activity in a particular reality. How this can be explained is the image of a play. Let’s take the lead actor of the play who is forced to leave the performance early due to personal obligations. Their twin who is also an actor will take their place as an understudy. The understudy performs the same role, follows the same script, and embodies the same character. To the audience, there’s no noticeable difference. A secondary consciousness simply picks up where the main left off. Permashifting is allowing your main consciousness to set its home base in another reality, while a secondary consciousness will fulfill the place in its so-called original reality.
Do I know I’m a secondary consciousness? I don’t feel any different than I did when I was the main. I am still who I was before, there is no sort of lack in my existence. Every secondary consciousness is just as real and aware as the main was. Both of them co-exist at the same time. Consciousness is branches of a tree, they may experience the wind differently. Neither is more "real" or valid than the other. The reasoning for this way of thinking comes from the discussion of clones in the early stages of reality shifting. Many people assume that when they shift a clone who is not them will take over. Even if they don’t believe in clones, it is still engrained in how they view things like permashifting. Secondary consciousnesses can shift as long as the persona in that reality could as the main purpose is to continue as it did before. These are realized branches of your consciousness. If that persona can shift, so can the secondary consciousness.
If your main consciousness permashifted, you would know. It is impossible to change where the main consciousness originates without your knowledge. From your perspective, life will go on as it always has no different from the day before. Which means that you will keep on doing everything you did before. In this reality I have the persona of a shifter that posts on this blog. I will keep on shifting and posting because that is what this persona is inclined to do. Why am I so relaxed? This comes down to how your persona in that reality behaved. If your persona was desperate to permashift then maybe they might spend the rest of their life attempting again. But I am prone to desiring new experiences now that I understand what permashifting is. I am satisfied. Personas must be clarified for this to be understood. A primary persona is whatever persona is being assumed by the waking and main consciousness. Think of it as almost like a default version. A persona deals with personality, memories, beliefs, and behaviors. Your upbringings and experiences align to fit this persona. Because of the infinite number of realities there will be infinite versions of yourself who accompany secondary consciousness. When you swap your main consciousness with the secondary consciousness, you will assume whatever persona was set in that reality.
Let’s think of how consciousness operates as a tree. The trunk of the tree is your soul which is all that you are beyond consciousness. The thickest branch is your main consciousness which is the most dominant consciousness that you have perceived since you were born in this reality. Every smaller branch is a secondary consciousness. Consciousness is non-physical with no set form or reality. Reality simply molds itself around what it wants to experience. You are not exactly consciousness by itself, you are a soul. I would say consciousness is like your metaphysical senses rather than all you are. A soul is your being. Every branch of consciousness is connected through the soul which manifests in whatever way it needs to experience reality. It has no fixed identity.
This is the run down of the terms used in this excerpt.
Main Consciousness: A main consciousness is your dominant awareness. Think of it as a car ride. The car is the soul, the driver of the car is the main consciousness, and all other passengers are the secondary consciousness. It feels like a primary self.
Waking Consciousness: This is the immediate awareness that interacts with and perceived reality. It almost always accompanies your main consciousness.
Secondary Consciousness: These are branches of your main consciousness that keeps other realities warm for you until your main consciousness shifts there. It is you.
Personas: This is who you are in a given reality. Kind of like the character you assume: personality, backstory, belief, and appearance.
Let me know if anything is unclear or should be added to explain better.
🌑 How to enter the void state ?
→ To enter your void state, it can require a lot of patience, especially the first time.
1/ Find a quiet place and lie down in a comfortable position.
2/ Take a deep breath and acknowledge your intention to enter your void.
3/ Relax your breathing: find a smooth breathing pattern, the same as when you are about to fall asleep.
Take your time so that it becomes automatic, because afterward, you should no longer focus on your breathing but solely on your affirmations or your intention to enter your void state.
4/ Take your time to relax your body (from head to toe), then ignore the sensations in your body.
5/ Silence your mind, don't analyze your thoughts, and ignore them.
6/ Mentally visualize that you are in your void state, or affirm. Focus exclusively on this thought.
After a while, you might feel like you're floating, spinning, or falling all at once; this is completely normal, just let those sensations pass. If you find it difficult to affirm during the process, simply keep it in mind.
7/ Afterward, you will feel a complete absence of sensations, making you enter your void state. You will easily recognize it by a deep inner peace and a sense of happiness.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
SUMMARY
1. Laying down in a comfortable position
2. Found a smooth breath pattern, the same you have you are about to sleep.
3. Relax and then deny/ignore your physical body and all your 5 senses.
4. Gaslight yourself that you are only your mind/your consciousness until you fall into the void.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
→ You can also enter the void state (and it's easier) from:
Hypnagogic state
Lucid dream
Mind awake/body asleep
Sleep paralysis
Astral projection
by simply affirming that you are in your void state until you fall into
Affirmations (choose 1 or 2) I am pure awareness I am pure consciousness I am in the void I am in the void state I leave the physical plane I leave the 3D I am just pure awareness I leave my body behind me
→ You can also use subliminal, hypnosis or guided meditation.
Hi! I read you post about how to enter the void and shift realties(really good post btw) and I’ve been interested in inducing sleep paralysis so when I saw your post about I tried it but when I tried to replicate REM I fell asleep(I’m not really able to tell how I’m really close to sleep I sort of just black out 💀) are there any tips you would suggest to me that might help me fix this problem so I can be aware while attempting to induce sleep paralysis?
Have a wonderful day! 💗💗
SP tips
Since you're not trying to enter the void state but rather to induce sleep paralysis, you don't need to ignore your senses. You can focus on one of your senses, like your breathing, or listen to a subliminal or music/video to keep your mind awake, but DO NOT MOVE.
You may start seeing hallucinations, hearing strange sounds, or experiencing unusual physical sensations like tingling or vibrations, or even feel like you're having difficulty breathing. These signs indicate that you're close to sleep paralysis. If you stay calm and still, your body will enter a paralyzed state, rendering you unable to move.
If you move involuntarily, it's not a big deal, but try not to do it intentionally. It's just your brain checking to see if you're truly asleep, so don’t fall for the trap. Keep your eyes moving to mimic REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Generally, I enter sleep paralysis within 10–20 minutes.
I really enjoy this method; think of it as a game against your own brain.
To avoid disrupting your sleep cycle too much, I’ve noticed three key moments:
Before a nap
When falling asleep at night
In the middle of the night (between 4 and 6 AM) or every 90 minutes.
Sleep paralysis allows you to see that you are more than just your physical body. But whatever the method, the only real advice I can give you is to practice, practice, and practice some more. Use your mind to push beyond your limits.
Do you know how many times you have reached the Void State and you have not realized it?
Do you know how many times you have lost the opportunity to manifest your desires?
I can bet that many of you have reached the void state without knowing it
What am I talking about?
Well, many of you are anxious to get there, desperate, tired but surely you have already arrived and you did not realize it because you were expecting extreme and impressive symptoms.
You know perfectly well that for each person the experience and symptoms are different but really the only thing that everyone will share no matter what, are the feelings of peace, tranquility and stopping thinking about everything, literally just being, existing.
Do not expect to fly, float, fall, etc. Just let yourself go and whatever has to come, will come.
