I'm sorry to hear that. And for my late response. I...hope that today has been better for you.

When I've had a hard day, I'll admit I'm not always the best at letting myself decompress after. But I find that taking some time to sit quietly without distractions (having a bandana you can pull over your eyes is helpful for this), doing some breathing exercises (breathing out for longer than you breathe in), and then going and talking to one of my brothers about their day tends to help. So does a good cup of tea.

I hope you have some good friends who have your back. If not I'm always here if you need to talk.

1 more day to TBB Season 3 and I am nervous.. Manifesting lots of happy scenes like a reunion between Omega and Hunter. I can't wait for all the happy tears 🥹
