has an interest in medicine! he hates the doc bc of everything, but developed a fascination with medicine through him. maybe if not a hero, he would have been a doctor or paramedic if things had been different.

this has also caused it to have severe medical anxiety. knowing where every organ in your body is is not always a good thing.

likes sanrio and hatsune miku and has posters of them in his room

generally likes cutesy things!!

his scar caused a gap in his lip so you can see his teeth with his mouth closed

picks at/pulls out his eyelashes and chews his nails in addition to his scratching

scent hater. unscented soap, deodorant, laundry detergent, etc. it bothers its nose and its skin

hates slang it isnt familiar with and gets upset abt incorrect grammar (see the above abt vocabulary) but loves starting sentences with "chat". he will only use other slang in at the same time as "chat" because he thinks its funny.

has alexythmia and an rbf. your guess is a good as his as to what the hell hes feeling

I suddenly realized that Shigaraki's itch was a reaction to a quirk. All-for-One gave him back someone else's quirk, not the original one. And his body was rejecting her with an allergic reaction. Just like Aoyama's stomach hurts after using it, or Midoriya's fractures. The body is not quite adapted and lets you know about it.

The same itch had when he hwas a kid. Then it turned into an unpleasant stressfulhabit.

Y’all my favorite headcanon that I saw is that Aizawa is quiet and barely talks when he’s in public, but when he’s at home he just goes to yap town w/ his husband :*)
