little doodle cause i read all of lost metal last night and none of my friends/family have finished it yet— i just wanted to paint something quick for this book because holy crap this book was completely insane and i loved every second

various mistborn au ideas, they’re pretty much all era one because ive been obsessed with it for a while and I just wanna write down some of my thoughts

however absurd

spoilers for mistborn era one and secret history

anyways

- vin dies in the scene in the lord rulers palace where she almost dies like halfway through book one. idk how that would affect the crew, honestly i could see it breaking them apart, or maybe send kelsier into a proper redemption arc

- conversely, evil vin, which is basically vin has a larger spike and can more directly be manipulated by Ruin, which leads Kelsier to be confused and suspicious enough to catch on that something ain’t right and he and sazed start figuring things out much sooner

- Shan Elariel lives, that’s it I just want her to live. maybe she can get kidnapped by the crew or something, maybe redemption arc for her too

- also Reen lives and maybe gets a redemption arc? or not even w/out it i think he could be a really cool character

- kelsiers plan w/ the lord ruler doesn’t work for whatever reason and kell is dead. this is inspired by the scene where vin’s like ‘where do I go next?’ and sazed is like ‘idk but not with me.’ anyways if really could be any of em but vin goes with one of the crew members and yea. i think either sazed or dockson could be interesting, either going to Terris or helping dockson run another job

- ghost/cognitive shadow Alendi. maybe rashek felt bad and made him a shadow when he had the power idk. he basically just follows Rashek around and pesters him or somethin

anyways most of these are probably not logical or don’t make any sense but oh well

give me your mistborn/cosmere lgbtq+ headcanons I want to hear them

could be ships, genders, sexualities, anything

to start off, some of my favorite’s are

- genderfluid Vin

- Vin x Allrianne

- Kelsier x Dockson

- any trans Ham headcanon all of them are great

idc if it doesn’t make sense or is completely absurd i want all of them

hey! i’ve been drawing mistborn characters as cats for a little while now and i thought i’d share them! i definitely might do some more characters i do have some ideas

also did you know kelsier is like one of the only characters who has their eye color described? like not even Vin

this might have spoilers for era 1 mistborn! just keep that in mind—

first up, Vin! i love her so much, and i hope her scruffy design matches her pretty well- ik the eye scar isn’t canon but i drew it once trying to come up with a design and fell in love with it so

second is Kelsier! i wish i made him less fluffy but besides that im pretty happy with it! he’s a funky little chimera-

third up is Reen! his design honestly might be my favorite, with Ruin and Vin being up there with him. i tried to give him some face and shoulder markings kinda similar to Vin? but i couldn’t resist making him red.

fourth isss Ruin! he’s got a little floppy ear and cat skulls he wears cause I needed a way to physically represent things like him impersonating people and this was my solution-

fifth is Spook! he’s lanky and soft like he should be, his design is kinda simple but I like it!

sixth is Rashek! he is unbelievably fluffy and his design is black and white because of course i had too-

seventh isss Alendi! he is friend shaped and im very happy with how he turned out-

and finally, eighth is Shan Elariel! this design needs some tweaking i think but im very happy with her fluffy tail
