How brilliant would it be though if the entire series ended with everyone killing each other and there’s like no one left, and you just see King’s Landing completely barren. The last few flurries of winter are dwindling down, the entire city is utterly silent and in ruins. Slowly the camera works through the path up to the keep and then finally pans over to the throne room where footsteps are heard approaching the throne.
