random thought for myself but i think the modern clans would be ass at fighting actually. more than i initially thought. none of them have had need to keep up standards when there hasn't been a war for centuries. i think they just refine normal cat instincts a little in apprentice training and call it a day

i cant imagine the extra skills/experience from the alpine civil war would've lasted long kitestar probably deliberately watered down apprentice battle training after the war the codes and peace-keepers were brand new do you think he would've risked training cats that could have a chance of killing him?? he JUST saw three high-ranking alpine cats murdered
