Unfortunately my card deck obsession has reached new heights and I want to make a card deck that is the four most recent life series winners (Pearl, Martyn, Scar, Cleo because I will on the hill that she counts)

@dantyacinth - another tumblr that makes me smile at all times. i know we vibing whenever Dante shows up. also they let me ramble about lizards so best account ever.

@jessieisacatgirl - an account that is great at all times. her posts are always genuine and amazing. i have no words, she is that wonderful.

@crazed-transbian-lunatic - jessie’s contender for most amazing trans lesbian blog i know. fully great blog who’s always supporting others, and the dropout stuff is a great time.

@diannestarlight - anyone who shows their ocs is immediately someone i adore, and dianne’s ocs are incredible. a wonderful designer, and even better creator.

After listening to several minutes of instruments, I really like the idea of Scott being either a cello or a harp, and Jimmy being a viola or piano, someone who’s better at music please figure this out instead of me

Gemcyt people!

I was listening to the SU ost out of happenstance (it’s all bangers) and I remembered that each gem has her own unique instrument/specific musical cue, probably so they can be incorporated into a fusions theme without using a leitmotif, which don’t stack together at the same time the way instruments do.

Garnet has her buzzing synths. Amethyst has her drumline and vocal “hey” callout (you’ll hear it if you relisten). Pearl and lapis both have piano, but with Pearl in major key and lapis in minor (I think, idk music stuff this is why I’m asking y’all). Even jasper exclusively has cymbal crashes in her themes.

So basically, everyone give me ya thoughts for the gemcyt character’s instruments/cues.
