After making a little paper Marie, I couldn’t stop thinking about creating something similar but entirely different 😅
My next improvised project was inspired by you ( @kazthisnuts ), your character, and her post-timeskip outfit!
It’s not a perfect 1:1 replica due to some physical constraints in execution and my lack of experience, so I improvised a little bit!
In my mind, this turned into a full-fledged set: A doll, a box, a stand, and some creative design elements.
And, of course, it had to sparkle. Lots of sparkle - because, well, I’m basically a magpie.
Here’s how it turned out!
The box is styled like a wanted poster, with a little window where you can see the character
I wanted to add the character's name at the bottom, but my handwriting is too terrible for that, so I decided to skip it
This is how the complete set looks!
On the back of the box, I’m planning to add a mount for the stand and some designated spaces for notes or character info

Marie began to develop her abilities only after meeting the Hawkins' pirates (from the beginning of her main storyline, let's say). Before that, she had only learned how to keep the power of her Devil fruit under control to avoid harming anyone.
A significant role in this is played by Marie's origins. She comes from a small kingdom lost somewhere in the New World. This kingdom is closer to the Medieval in terms of its infrastructure, lifestyle, and worldview.
In her homeland, no one had ever heard of Devil Fruits, so people and even almost her entire family perceived Marie as some kind of witch or demon.
Marie was able to properly train and develop her abilities only many years later, right after meeting the pirates. Because they explained to her that she was neither a witch nor a monster, but an ordinary person who was both lucky and unlucky at the same time.
