Especially since tumblr has a tendency to make comments that, having listened to the episode, are funny as fuck, and not having listened are average tumblr chaos with a tmagp flavouring

I found your blog shortly after i lost my mind over hordak and then promptly made a tumblr account so i could follow the entrapdak side of tumblr. And then proceeded to lurk for two years because i’m Like That

New bot account format guys! Username made up of a few words usually, no dashes, and with a single random-ish post or reblog on it. They tend not to have their like or follow list visible, and they follow you out of nowhere and then don’t interact further. Interesting construction.

More tma posting and also somewhat to the side, but a good example of “i saw it coming and it still hit me like a truck” is tma season 4. I knew EXACTLY where they were going to go with Martin from the moment they started laying the seeds, and I also knew it was going to emotionally obliterate me, and I was so excited to see how they executed it. Knowing where something is gonna go sometimes adds to the suspense and anticipation.

I love catching where something is gonna go. It makes me feel smart, and then it makes me feel excited to read/watch/listen to the rest of whatever it is, see it play out.

that some people respond to any well-foreshadowed reveal with “ugh that plot twist was so predictable” proves bad faith criticism has rotted their brains to the point they think it’s bad writing if they can correctly identify information the writers were intentionally giving them

I love the tma fandom turnaround on The Horrors. For about three weeks, everyone was like omg happy gerry! Look at him! Probably some repressed trauma but he seems to have gotten out! And then people got suspicious and now everyones like “he seems… too happy. Who’s controlling him” and honestly it’s kind of funny to watch
