Hello my lovely followers!
It's been a long time since I posted something on here.
I've been quiet on the posting front for a reason and I feel like I owe some form of explanation for my sudden disappearance.
TRIGGER WARNING - mention of death/passing.
Back in September my papa ended up being admitted into hospital with severe heath issues and that's where he stayed until he passed peacefully with me by his side in early November.
Since then I've had a lot of things to deal with including going back to work and getting back into a normal routine. Small victories help but I have an extremely long way to go yet.
While I don't feel ready to post to Tumblr yet, I have began posting on archive so if you would like to keep up with my works please head on over to there (link below) and see what I have posted. Give me a follow as well if you like to!
Hopefully I’ll be back soon and posting but for now I hope life is treating you all well and don't forget you're all beautiful souls who make someone's day 100% better.
Until the next post lovelies 🖤🖤🖤🖤

“Kat!”. At the sound of your voice from up the stairs, the blonde raised from his seat on the couch and rolled his eyes. Whenever you called him, it was for a reason that you were too stubborn to come to him yourself. Despite that, he, time and time again, still came to you whenever you called. It was the hero in him after all.
Climbing the stairs, heavy footsteps sounded before they stopped at the door in front of them. The room he shared with you. He could hear you shuffling around inside alongside your cooing voice, a voice that was aimed at your three-month-old son. “We’re just waiting on your daddy, sweetie”.
The way you spoke and the small giggle you let out had Bakugou smiling softly. If he thought he couldn’t love you any more than he already did, the day you both became parents proved him wrong. Watching what you went through and the pain you endured just to bring your son into the world made him hold a love for you that was on another level.
Pushing the already ajar door open more, he stepped in and pushed it shut again with his foot. He took a moment to watch your movements, the way you peered down over the cot that was in the corner of the room. He didn’t need to see your face to know you were smiling. “You called, (n/n)?”.
At the sound of his voice, you stood upright and looked over your shoulder at him, smiling brightly. “Oh sweetie, look, it only took daddy a week to get here”. The cooing of the baby answered you back as you laughed, turning to face your husband a second after. Sure, the two of you had been married for a good few years now, but you still couldn’t believe you were married to the Katsuki Bakugou.
If someone ever told your younger self you’d be married to a pro hero, the hotheaded and loud boy you met back in school, you knew for a fact you would have laughed in their face and told them to go away. Yet here you were, married to that man with a son who was his mirror image. Even down to the ash-blonde hair and red eyes.
Stepping forward, you stopped in front of Bakugou and held your hand out for him to take. After a few moments, you felt his fingers intertwine with yours as you looked at him. Taking a moment, you hummed before looking up into those red eyes that stole your heart. “I’ve got something to show you, but you need to sit on the bed, okay?”.
Stepping backwards towards the bed, you pulled him with you until you stopped, his body lowering to sit on the edge as you leant down to kiss his lips, lingering for a few seconds before you pulled back. “So, don’t think I need to remind you of that huge teddy bear you got me when we first dated”.
Looking over your shoulder, you glanced at the huge plush that sat on a chair in the corner next to the cot. It had been one of the first things Bakugou had won for you at a fair when you were first dating. Being the only one left, it had caught your eye, so of course, your then boyfriend had to win it for you. Especially when another extra, as he liked to call them, tried to win it for their partner. Needless to say, he was the victorious one.
“Of course, how could I forget that? You made me carry that thing around for the rest of the night”. Rolling his eyes, he smirked at the faux look of hurt on your face. “Here’s me thinking you enjoyed that, Kats”. Sticking your tongue out, you laughed when he flipped you off. “Just get to the point, love”.
Nodding your head, you made your way back over to the cot, stopping beside the bars as you cooed again at your son, who smiled when he saw you. “Do you remember what I said to you that night?”. Turning your head, you saw the confused look on his face as he raked his memories to remember what you said.
Rolling your eyes at the forgetfulness, you leaned over and scooped up your son into your arms, holding him upright. “I told you I’d get you your own teddy bear one day so…”. Turning around, you faced him as you smiled, watching the look on Bakugou’s face change. “…sorry it’s late, this one took a little time to prepare. Couldn’t have done that without you, darling”.
Casting your eyes down, the smile on your face softened as you placed a kiss on the top of your son’s head. The soft material of the teddy bear outfit he had on tickled your lips before you pulled away, walking to sit beside your husband. “It’s cheesy, I know, but he’s the cutest teddy bear that we’ve made together, Kat”.
Crossing your legs, you manoeuvred your baby in your arms before passing him over to his dad. The way the explosive hero took hold of the piece of you both made your heart swell. He may have appeared rough and angry to everyone around him, but behind closed doors, he was an entirely different person - you and your son had softened him.
Leaning your head on his shoulder, you reached a hand over and took hold of a small hand in yours. Sitting in silence, you both watched as he fell asleep, content in the arms of his daddy, who protected him and you from the bad things out there.
“You know, (y/n), I’ll have to keep getting you big ass teddy bears. Especially if it means I get ones as cute as this in return”. Laughing softly, you pushed his head with the top of yours before you moved your head, looking up at him as you cupped his face in your free hand.
“I guess I can compromise, as long as the next cute teddy bear we make is a girl”.

Just as quickly as you had been asked, the next day came around and before you knew it, you were ready and stood outside the museum. Glancing down at the watch on your wrist, you saw you were earlier than you thought, maybe you were more keen than you had let on for this. Looking to the side, you watched as people walked in and out, excited chatter from them filling the air as you leaned against the wall. Your gaze then moves to the banners on either side of the door, taking in their design and the text. You didn't think this would be popular but like yourself, there were plenty of people who loved to learn about a place like Ancient Egypt. Turning your attention back to outside the museum, you caught the tri-coloured hair of the male you were meeting.
Walking down the steps, you walked forward and waved with a bright smile. Soft eyes looked at you before the male waved back, rushing quickly to your side. The action leaves them slightly out of breath, much to your amusement. "Thanks for doing this, (y/n), I know the spirit is excited as well". Letting out a giggle, you nodded and looked over your shoulder at the building. "It's no problem at all, Yugi, really. I've been eager to come here for a while, now I have the perfect reason". Looking back to Yugi, you tilted your head slightly. "Say Yugi, what should I call the spirit?".
Your question had taken both the young boy and the spirit of the puzzle by surprise. No one has ever asked what he should be called. Most people just referred to him as Yugi or the other Yugi, but you wanted to know what he wanted. Pondering, the young boy looked to the floating male at his side, waiting for his answer. After a few minutes of silence, your friend spoke out, giving you the answer, to which you smiled and nodded. "Yami, you can call him Yami".
When the coast was clear, the young boy stepped back before a bright light shone causing you to cover your eyes slightly. When the light dimmed and you glanced back up, you saw a slightly taller male standing there. His gaze was sharper, his eyes more stern and his hair a little bit different in style. Looking him over, you hummed and held your hand for him, offering a bright smile. "I take it you're Yami, it's nice to finally meet you. I'm (y/n) but I guess you already know that". Looking down at your hand, the spirit took a moment to take in what had happened before he looked back up at you. Now that he was using Yugi's body, he could get a good look at you. He could see why Yugi talked about you most of the time. Taking a hold of your hand, he gave it a firm shake and gave back a half smirk. "That's correct. It's nice to meet you too, (y/n)".
Looking down at your hands, something felt right about it. Sure, it was your friend's body being used but when Yami took over, things changed. The hand you held onto felt strong yet familiar at the same time. Deciding now would be a great time to let go, you laughed nervously before motioning behind you. "Let's get in there and see what we can find".
Once inside, surrounded by the exhibition on Ancient Egypt, you sighed in relief as you felt yourself relax. You didn't want to make a bad impression but you were almost certain you had done. Taking a moment to look around, you gauged where everything was, making a mental note of the best displays to look at before turning your gaze to Yami. "Okay, so I think I see some displays that might be a good starting point, but if you see anything let me know and we'll check it out". At hearing your words, Yami nodded and followed you to one of the displays, taking in how you spoke and the way your face lit up when you mentioned anything Egyptian. It was a sight that made him feel at ease. After a few minutes of you both being there, the spirit felt himself being pulled towards something at the back of the room. The footsteps beside you receded while you continued to gaze at the artefact in front of you.
A moment later, you looked to your side ready to ask the spirit's opinion on something, only to be met with a space. Turning around, you scanned the room but caught no sight of him. Sighing, you walked forward and began searching everywhere you could, finding anyone but the person you were looking for. After a good few minutes, you stopped before a door at the back of the room and bent over, letting out a frustrated noise and you wiped the palms of your hands on your legs. You were tasked with one thing, and one thing only yet you couldn't even do that. "Ahh, my Queen, it's nice to see you're finally here". The sound of the voice caught you off guard as you stood up and spun on your heel, coming face to face with the young woman who you'd seen in the papers a few days prior. The one in charge of running the exhibition, Ishizu Ishtar. "I'm sorry you must have me confused with someone else~".
The dark-haired woman shook her head with a smile before stepping forward, placing a hand on your shoulder. "I assure you I don't. I have something useful for you". Taking a step back, she motioned to her side before a male stepped forward, holding something in his hands for you. Looking from the item to the Ishizu, you held a hand out and let it hover over the item. Did you dare touch it, let alone take it? "Please, my Queen. We've been keeping this safe for five thousand years, it should be returned to you". Before you could protest any more, the item was placed in your hands. Looking it over, you felt a sense of familiarity from it. "Now, that door behind you, head on through and you'll find the person you've been looking for down the stairs".
Nodding your head, you turned around and walked through the door, descending the steps until you reached the bottom. For some reason, you trusted her words and her. Like she was someone you once knew. Coming to a stop at the bottom of the steps, you placed the item in your hands close to your chest before you walked forward, turning your head to either side to see if you could find him. "Yami! Are you down here!?". Up ahead, there was a noise which sounded like an answer to your question. Moving forward, you turned the corner and found the male you were searching for. "Here you are, I was wondering~". You stopped talking when you caught the tablet in front of you. You were almost positive you nearly broke your neck from the quickness of the double take you had done. Standing there in front of you was the person on the tablet, or you thought it was. "Yami?".
The spirit looked at your confused face before looking back at the tablet, you felt how he had when he first saw it. However, he'd had a good amount of time to get used to what he was seeing, taking in what the ancient tablet depicted. The more he looked at it, the more it felt like it was something from his past, that depicted his life before everything he knew was wiped from his memory. "It appears to be some form of ancient duel between the Pharoah and one of his advisors. I admit it's a bit of a shock to see someone who looks like me up there". Casting his gaze on you, he took note of the item you had ahold of. "I see you've found something as well. Anything important?".
Looking in slight confusion, it took you a moment to realise he was talking about the item you'd been given upstairs. Moving it from your chest, you placed a hand on top of it and nodded. "I hope so, it's a book of some kind but I'm not entirely sure what yet but fingers crossed it's something good". You turned your attention back to the tablet and noticed a section faded like it had been purposely damaged so it couldn't be read. "Say, you think this was important? Looks like something's been worn away on purpose". Raising your hand, you placed it on the glass in front of you as you took a step closer, there was nothing on this tablet aside from an image that screamed out to the both of you. That left the book in your possession, there had to be something in it and there was only one way to find out.

Dull chatter filled the air as a sense of excitement and nervousness hung almost heavy around the figures making their way up the path. It was the start of a new school year, and as always, the new students were still on cloud nine. One student in particular wore a proud smile as they looked up at the building in front of them. "Touya!".
At the sound of their name, they turned around just in time to see a flash of colour before they were on the floor. Looking up at the sky, they blinked a few times to give their brain time to catch up, trying to regain their bearings.
With a soft grunt, they lifted themselves to a sitting position and looked at their friend. "Really (y/n)? You couldn’t help yourself for one day, could you?”. Beaming brightly, you let out a laugh before nodding your head. “You know me Tou, I have to keep you on your toes”.
Standing, you brushed off your uniform and held out your hand, pulling your best friend off the floor. “Of course I know that, but I don’t want to explain why I need a new uniform on the first day to my old man”.
Letting out a hum, you nodded your head, squeezing the hand in yours briefly as you turned to look at the building. “On another note, can you believe we’re here? We’re part of the hero course at U.A!”. Turquoise eyes looked at you before looking at the building, smiling widely before they spoke. “Well, having a pro hero for a dad has its advantages”.
Rolling your eyes, you elbowed Touya in the side and smirked, hearing him cough slightly from the force. “Yeah, yeah, no need to rub it in, you know. You missed out though, the entrance exam was something else”.
Taking one last glance at your best friend, you both smiled brightly before walking up the path, gripping the straps of your bags as you stepped through the doors of your hero academy. Soon after, the first day of officially becoming heroes started.
Little did you know that your life would change drastically one day when you no longer faced the world as a duo.
"Did you hear? Touya Todoroki's gone missing".
"I heard he's run away from his monster of a father".
"I heard he's been kidnapped by an upcoming group of villains".
"I heard he just left, disappeared without a trace".
"Sounds about right, a freak like him could never have become a hero".
Curled up on your bed, you gripped your pillow as you sobbed. Throat sore and eyes swollen from the countless tears and yells. You refused to move, shouting to be left alone if anyone dared enter your room to check on you.
You hoped it was a lie, jealous people making everything up, but as the days passed, turning into weeks and months, the empty seat beside you in classes and no responses to your messages only added to your distress.
Touya was gone. Your best friend, your ride or die. The one person you could trust with your life had left you with no reason or explanation. You wanted him back, fuck what anyone else said.
No amount of wishing, hoping, wanting or praying brought the faintest hope that he was out there. It was almost like he’d disappeared and left no trace because he wanted to.
Despite the loneliness you felt, you tried to carry on as best you could, making sure to become the pro hero you both wanted to be so much.
However, in your near future, an event would happen that would bring your world crashing down once again, but not in any way you could ever possibly imagine.
Leaving you with more questions than answers for the person at the centre of it.

the buzz of chatter sounded in the air as red eyes scanned around, taking in every person who was in the same room as them. it had been a good few years since they’d all managed to meet up and spend time together, especially at an annual event that only a handful of them ever attended at one time.
the glass in their hand was brought up to their lips as they took a drink of the liquid inside, warming sensation sliding down their throat as they swallowed. “you know, i’m surprised you’d decided to come to this, eji. did he drag you along with him?”. following the finger of the person he was talking to kirishima looked toward his blonde-haired best friend and shook his head. “nah, if anything, i had to convince bakugou to come along”.
hearing a snort before a laugh, he grinned showing off his sharp teeth to his other friend, kaminari, who mirrored his smile. “so aside from the obvious hero work, what else have you been up to? i heard you finally got married, about time!”. the usually outgoing redhead rubbed the back of his head, laughing nervously as he nodded. “yeah, took me long enough. you know, as corny as it sounds, she’s my soulmate, my other half. i couldn’t imagine my life without her”.
placing the glass down on the bar, he decided to mingle a little more with his other classmates that were scattered around, deciding on the group that had midoriya, todoroki and bakugou in the centre. of course, he managed to slip himself into the group easily, much to the annoyance of the explosion hero.
that’s when he saw you standing just to the side of the group, talking to a few of the girls he’d gone to school with. one hand holding onto a glass, the other resting on your chest. anyone who was anyone could see the diamond sparkling the light, showing off that you were no longer having eyes for any other, not that you ever did since you met your husband.
mina, yaoyorozu and uraraka gasped when they saw the ring, eyes widening as mina grabbed your hand. “hey, since when did that happen!?”. biting back a laugh, you hummed slightly and tilted your head. “oh you know, the other day. we just wanted something small between hero work but don’t worry, we’ll be having another celebration soon enough and you’re all invited”. cheers sounded as you laughed.
looking over your shoulder at the feeling of eyes on your back, you caught the attention of kirishima who waved shyly, much to your amusement. offering a sweet smile you turned your attention back to your circle and continued to talk.
“well, looks like someone’s caught your attention. shame you’re spoken for. looks like i’ll have a chance”. looking to his side, kirishima saw kaminari with a grin on his face as he looked at you, something that never changed from being in school. “i don’t know man, she’s taken by the looks of it”.
a sound almost like a whine left kaminari as he huffed out, turning his attention back to the group as they chatted.
as the night progressed, so did the chatter and drinks, music playing as bodies danced, some close to their significant other while others stayed in their groups. not that kirishima was bothered as he spent most of his night carefully watching you. you were currently dancing with mina. despite the pair of you wearing dresses, you were both managing to pull out some impressive moves.
he looked down at the ring on his finger and sighed, downing the rest of the drink he’d only gotten a few moments ago before making his way over to you, fingers tapping your shoulder.
turning your attention over your shoulder to see those same red eyes you’d caught staring at you, you smiled brightly and turned around, wrapping your arms around the figure's neck in a hug. “kiri, how nice of you to join me!”. taking a moment to excuse yourself, you pulled away from the male and grabbed his hand, leading him into an empty space on the floor not too far from where you were.
grabbing ahold hold of his hands you placed them on your hips, fingers lingering a few seconds longer before you raised your arms, draping them over his shoulders as you began moving to the slow music now being played. “hey”. a soft smile tugged at your lip as you hummed. “hey yourself. couldn’t keep your eyes to yourself i see?”.
stuttering slightly, kirishima tried to explain himself before you laughed, pulling him closer to you. “relax you idiot. you’re allowed to look, eji”.
sighing a little, he closed his eyes and rested his forehead against yours, savouring the feeling of you in his arms after what felt like a long day for you both. “i know, i just feel so awkward about it all still. i’m not ready for all the questions yet”.
moving one of your arms, you placed your fingers under his chin and lifted his head, eyes scanning his and face as you offered a reassuring smile. you knew he struggled when it came to relationships, but you always assured him you’d be there to support him no matter what. “just relax, you’re doing a great job, we both know it”.
letting your hand drop, you placed it over his heart as your rings caught the light again. he was nervous, the erratic beating of his heart only confirmed that for you. “just breathe okay? i’m not going anywhere, promise”.
offering another soft smile, you looked up only to feel his lips on yours, claiming them in a kiss of every emotion he was feeling at that time. cheering sound behind you as he pulled back. “way to go, kiri! i won’t tell your wife what I saw, don’t worry”.
looking over your shoulder in the direction of the shout, you shook your head as you laughed, turning your attention back to the red-head who held you in his arms. “reckon i should put kaminari out of his misery?”.
that caused him to smile, nodding his head. “yeah, think you should. i'd hate to sound like bakugou, but I can’t wait for that extra to shut it”.
laughing, you wrapped your arms around him again and pulled yourself closer into his body, head resting on his chest as you listened to the beat of his now calming heart. lifting your head, you placed another kiss on his lips before pulling away, turning to face kaminari. “oh don’t worry kami, i think she already knows isn’t that right, my darling husband?”.
the look on everyone’s faces around you turned from shock to confusion, a few changing to a look of knowing as they smiled. you’d both kept it secret for as long as you could, the only exception being bakugou who caught wind of you both dating one day.
you were thankful to him for keeping quiet, you weren’t ready to let anyone, let alone the world know you were dating the number 12 hero. you’d both wanted to take things slow, getting to know each other without the pressures of your daily missions and lives.
a small mutter of “about damn time you nerds” was heard from somewhere in the small crowd now gathered.
“what the hell, (y/n)!?”. biting back a laugh, you placed your hand on top of the one that rested on your tummy, fingers lacing as best as they could. “surprise. i’m the wife”.
a proud smile tugged at your lips as you looked to the side, seeing the same smile on the face of your husband. “seriously, kiri, how the hell did you forget to mention you had a whole ass wife, and that wife was (y/n)”.
“don’t know dude, i guess i kinda forgot i was married to her. still doesn’t feel real”. looking at you he pecked the top of your head, squeezing your hand as you ran your thumb across the back of his hand.
“besides, we only wanted a quiet ceremony to start with, you’ll all be invited to the big celebration when we have one”.
truth be told, kirishima had forgotten he was married to you, he does for a brief moment each day. it still felt like a crazy dream that he’d wake up from any moment to find himself alone in bed, a bed that you shared with him.
whenever he looked at you, his mind went blank, it was easy for him to forget he was married to you. he’d even find himself fawning over you, wishing he was the lucky guy responsible for the rings on your finger and the smile you wore. that was until he looked down and saw the ring on his own finger, a ring you had custom-made for him to be able to wear regardless of whether his quirk was active or not.
at the end of the day, kirishima would always be that love-sick man who fell head over heels in love with you when you called into his office one day and was forever thankful he was the one you wanted to spend the rest of your life with.
he was married to you and no one else would ever get the chance to be called your husband, your other half but most importantly your best friend for life.

22. baby, i know cw: heavy mentions of alcohol, teeny bit angsty, wc: 1.8k
you stood in front of the door, your fingers fumbling with the handle. “shit,” you muttered under your breath. you lean on the garage door, arms full of beer bottles and knocked. “hey shitheads?” no answer. you flick a switch, and the garage door opens, and as you walk towards the garage door, the door closes. you look back to see a costumed ghostface closing the garage door.
“...is that you randy?” the masked man shakes his head. no.
“what movie is this from? i spit on your garage?” you scoff in return. “lose the costume; if sidney sees it, she’ll flip.” you walk towards the costume. he’s shaking his head again.
“oh, you wanna play psycho killer?” you said, tilting your head slightly, your tone dripping with sarcasm. “can i be the helpless victim?”
he masked figure nods. you cocked her head to the side, looking him up and down. “oh no, please don’t kill me mr. ghostface, i wanna be in the sequel!” you said, scoffing, then pushing him to the side. however, instead, the masked face grabbed your arm and pulled out a knife. a few bottles in your arm dropped and shattered as he dragged the prop against your arm, fake blood coming out of the tube. “ah!”
immediately, you ran towards the fridge, slamming the top freezer in his face. he fell to the ground as you ran past him, grabbed the unshattered bottles and threw them at him once he started getting up. “fucker!”
desperately wanting to escape, you spotted the doggy door. you quickly ran towards it, trying your best to shove your body through… unfortunately, your shoulders had made you stuck. seeing his golden opportunity, the killer flicks the switch, which opens the door… you are lifted into the air as you look up…
“CUT!” utahime’s voice booms, the entire set erupts into applause. “that was perfect, y/n and toji!” this was the last day of your filming on set. after the hard weeks of consistent filming and visiting the building, you had finished your part. you felt a lump form in your throat as you watched the cast and crew celebrate. this was the culmination of weeks of hard work, late nights, and dedication.
toji walkers over to you. “we did it. we made the iconic scene.”
you laughed softly, nodding. “we sure did.”
after being on set with toji for a few weeks, he had gotten used to your presence, however, just because you’d been with him for a few weeks does not mean he’s fond of you now… “now you can finally scram. honestly, singing might be something you’d want to stick you.” he said with a smirk on his face.
you could tell he was trying to get on your nerves. “awh, thank you so much mr. fushiguro! i appreciate your support in my music career!” you shot him an insincere smile, tone all cheery.
“nah, i’d never listen to–” “SWEETS! you were amazing!” before toji could continue, gojo ran towards you and spun you around. “seriously, baby, i’ve been watching all the behind-the-scenes clips, and you nailed every scene. i’m so proud of you.”
“thank you so much, gojo!” you giggled. you aren’t exaggerating when you say you saw literal stars in his eyes.
“so, dinner? at kura revolving sushi bar?” he asked, setting you down on the ground.
“yeah, of course— sorry, off topic, but do you know if kento is in the building today? i’ve been wanting to talk to him…” it had been approximately three days since you last had an actual conversation with him. could he be avoiding you?
“ah, i don’t think so, sweets. from what i remember, he has a shooting to do for tomorrow in osaka! i think he should be on a plane by now.” right. of course. kento nanami is a busy man, this shouldn’t be surprising. however, you couldn’t help but to feel a little disappointed… by what? not getting to talk to him? you could always text him. him leaving without informing you? it’s not like you two were together; he isn’t obligated to tell you anything— so what exactly were you disappointed about? did you want to be with him? is that why you’re disappointed? before you could start spiralling even more than you already are, gojo picked up the change in your mood.
“hey, if you want, i could pass along a message for you…? or you could even call him! i’m sure he’d be happy to receive a call from you!” he gently said, running his hands through your hair.
“really? you’d think so?” you asked, eyes watery, tears threatening to spill out.
“i know so. now c’mon! we don’t wanna be late to our reservation, now do we?”
‘fuck. what in the world am i doing.’ was the only thought that ran through his head the whole car ride there. supporting you and nanami’s… relationship? whatever you two had going on. his hands gripped the steering wheel harder. he couldn’t help but to feel a jealous— bitter even. he was jealous of nanami’s relationship with you. he was bitter at himself. what did he lack? why was he even helping him?
“we’re here!” his voice came out cheery, a total contrast to his previous thoughts while driving. you two walked in, while gojo talked to the waitress you couldn’t help but notice the sudden shift in his mood. in the car it was completely quiet, but now he’s all sunshine and smiles. he’s the world’s favourite actor (other than toji, of course) after all.
“‘order anything ya want, sweets! it’s all on me.” he grinned, taking his seat as you settled in the booth across from him.
“do you drink, gojo?” you asked, looking at the menu.
“nahh, i don’t, sweets. i’m a light weight haha.”
“oh, alright! then i won’t either!”
“nono, drink if you want to! i don’t mind you drinking, besides i’ll be driving you home!”
It wasn’t long before you two were laughing and nibbling on different types of sushi— salmon, tuna, avocado rolls, and takoyaki. but the drinks? that was beginning to hit you. you started with one shot, but it had been so smooth that you’d convinced yourself to have another. and then another.
gojo watched you carefully, noting the rosy flush on your cheeks and the slightly glassy look in your eyes. you were starting to slur your words, though gojo didn’t want to say anything just yet. you two were having a great time, and the vibe was perfect.
"y/n," he said gently, "maybe we should slow down on the drinks?"
you waved him off. "i’m fine, i’m fine! just one more… okay, two more..."
he let out a small chuckle at your drunken state. “i can now see why you’re such good friends with shoko!”
a few minutes later, you leaned back in your seat with a contented sigh, then suddenly lurched forward, your hand grabbing the edge of the conveyor belt as if to steady yourself. "i think i’m a little drunk," you admitted, your voice wobbling.
gojo couldn't help but laugh. "you think? you’ve had like, seven shots."
you giggled, your head tilting to one side as you tried to look serious. "i don’t know what’s in that drink, but it’s like magic. i feel amazing. i could totally sing karaoke right now."
the mention of singing made gojo laugh harder. "let’s just focus on not falling off the stool for now, alright, sweets?"
you blinked at him, then suddenly grinned. "you’re so funny, gojo. i think i love you."
his heart started to throb. he chuckled and reached for his glass of water. "yeah, well, i’m pretty lovable when i’m sober… let’s go home now, alright, sweets? don’t want you passing out on the conveyor belt."
“you’re so nice, gojo.”
“you know, you’ve been calling me gojo for a while. satoru is fine, sweets.” gojo chuckled, helping you out the booth and walking you to his car.
“satoru… satoru… sa…toru… toru. how about toru. since y’know, you’ve been calling me these cute names, i should too!” you beamed, as he opened the passenger seat door for you.
“sure thing, sweets.”
the car ride to his place was quiet, you were slowly dozing off while he drove. you stared at gojo for a beat too long, his eyes soft and focused on road. "toru…" you began, your words dragging, "you know, i’ve always thought... you’re really pretty."
his heart skipped a beat, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. he thought you were just being intoxicated. "you’re not so bad yourself," he teased, nudging you lightly. “we’ve just pulled into the parking lot. i’ll call shoko or utahime to come pick you up in a few?”
you didn’t laugh. instead, you moved closer, your face hovering inches from his, your breath warm and scented with alcohol. gojo’s heart started to race; unsure if this was the alcohol talking or something more. fuck. he wished it was.
“y/n, what are you—”
before he could finish his sentence, you closed the gap between. the kiss was sudden and clumsy, but it was there— his lips pressing against yours with an intensity he wasn’t prepared for. the kiss deepened, you tasted like the alcohol you’ve been drinking earlier. gojo hates alcohol, but fuck, your taste was so addicting. he didn’t care. your hand moved to his chest, your fingers pressing into him as you leaned more into the kiss.
the kiss grew more urgent, gojo pulled away slightly, his breath shaky. “sweets, wait... you’re drunk. this isn’t—”
“i want this,” you whispered, your voice soft but insistent. your eyes searched his, a mixture of vulnerability and something deeper that made his chest tighten.
for a second, he hesitated, unsure. but there, in your gaze, was something real. something he couldn’t ignore… but he also knew this wasn’t something to rush. not like this. not when the line between friendship and something else felt too blurry.
with a sigh, he pulled back, his thumb gently brushing your cheek. “we can’t, not like this,” he said softly.
your eyes flickered with confusion, and for a moment, he could see the haze from the alcohol fading just a bit, replaced by something more knowing, more aware.
“i… i didn’t mean to mess things up,” you whispered, your voice small.
“you didn’t,” he said gently, placing a small peck on your forehead. “we’re just... better off waiting for a clearer moment.”
you nodded slowly, your eyes heavy with sleep now, the alcohol slowly overtaking you again. you leaned back into him, your eyelids fluttering as you tried to keep yourself awake.
he held you there, his heart racing, his mind spinning. gojo didn’t know what had just happened, but one thing was certain— he couldn’t possibly face your sober state after this— even if this kiss wasn’t genuine. even if this kiss only happened because you missed nanami.

smile for the camera! — ft. k. bakugo x fem!reader
katsuki bakugo is tricked into smiling during an interview when they bring up your name!
you didn't notice it at first, but katsuki bakugo developed smile lines after meeting you.
he didn't smile much as a kid. most of his baby pictures consisted of him either crying, screaming, or making some sort of vulgar gesture at the camera. it only got worse as he entered his teen years. his temper calmed down a bit, sure. but the chances of catching katsuki bakugo smiling were as rare as catching lightening in a bottle.
the paparazzi were well aware of the famous dynamight barely having any pictures of him smiling out on the internet—there were three singular photos out there that consisted of him with a somewhat pleased expression on his face, and the only reason he looked that way was because you were in frame right beside him.
it seemed to be a well known fact that getting bakugo to smile was nearly impossible—but the current interviewer sitting in front of bakugo was determined.
"great explosion murder god dynamight—or, well, just dynamight sir—what would you say is your favorite part about being a hero?"
katsuki stops himself from rolling his eyes, already anticipating the rest of the interview's questions as he answers flatly
"the glory. the strength. and kicking ass—make that the first thing, actually."
"okay! now, i'd like to ask you a few more things..." the young woman chirps up, and katsuki sighs and tells her to continue. the next dozens of questions were just as he'd predicted—stuff like asking who his biggest inspiration was, what kind of merch his team would be putting out in the upcoming months, and what he thought his weaknesses were.
"—and i don't have weakness. i'm fucking perfect, ask anybody. now, are we done here?" he snaps, rolling his shoulders as he moves to stand up, eyes flitting towards the exit with nothing but disinterest
he'd spent an entire hour answering these stupid questions when he could've been out fighting villains, finishing up his paperwork, literally anything else would be more time fulfilling than answering baseless questions like these ones.
the interviewer's eyes widen when katsuki stands up from his seat, stretching his arms above his head with a grunt before she quickly interrupts him
"what about your wife!"
"....eh?"
"your wife!" she says, quickly collecting herself
"could you tell us about her? it seems like many of your fans are interested in learning more regarding you two! you have a very private relationship, so it's only natural for people to be curious!"
katsuki blinks, absorbing her words. slowly, his feet—once pointed towards the exit—shift ever so slightly towards the woman
"well...what do you want to know?"
and that's how katsuki found himself sitting in the same seat another hour later. except this time, he had the dorkiest grin ever plastered on his face.
"oh i knew i wanted to marry her the first time she yelled at me—she was pretty feisty back in our ua days. still is, but now all the insults she throws my way usually have the word babe or honey added at the end. she has a clever mouth, i'm warnin' ya—you don't wanna get into an argument with her."
the interviewer laughs, and katsuki decides he might come back to this station another time if they asked. he's... well, simply put, having fun.
he leaves after another forty minutes, only because his manager literally dragged him out of the room—he had a meeting to attend and then his patrol—but he left waving at the camera crew and in a far more better mood than he'd arrived in.
katsuki spends the rest of the day getting through all of his hero duties, the interview slowly being pushed to the back of his mind as he focuses on finishing all his work and coming home to you.
it's nearly nine pm when he opens the door to your shared apartment—groaning about how tired he was and how you better not be asleep—when he hears your padded feet running towards the main entryway to greet him
"you're home!"
he offers you a slanted grin, opening his arms for a hug
"missed ya today," he mutters, pressing a kiss onto your scalp as you peer up at him with a grin—looking a little too happy.
"what're ya cheesing so hard about?"
you hum, tapping the back of his thigh with a knowing grin
"your ma called. guess what she told me?"
katsuki groans, shrugging off his gauntlets and boots before tugging you towards the couch in the living room, flopping onto it while mumbling under his breath and pulling you towards his chest
"you two devils were probably gosspin' about me, that old hag better not have sent you any pictures or i swear—"
"she told me to turn on the tv and head to channel seven."
katsuki pauses, staring at you with furrowed brows. well, it couldn't have been him on channel seven, right? he didn't have any crazy villains to deal with for once, so it wouldn't make sense for him to be on one of the main channels today.
"what..."
he smacks his forehead with an embarrassed groan when you pull out your phone and show him your recording of his interview. you're practically bouncing on the couch beside him with glee as you shove the screen in his face
"you're smiling! they made it the cover of their video, too—gosh you look so cute when you smile! and you're talking about me!"
katsuki huffs, but watches you play back the video with a cheesy grin on your face. your round eyes are illuminated by the screen, and you re-watch the video with your lips parted in awe
"you got the real thing right in front of you but you'd rather watch that...i see how it is." he grumbles, something similar to a pout forming on his face when you still don't acknowledge him—too busy watching his video as you bring the phone closer to your face
"i'm going to screenshot your smiling face in this video and make it my profile picture on insta—"
he snatches the phone out of your hand, powering it off before tossing it aside and wrapping his strong arms around your waist in an iron grip
"i'll make that one of you snoring and drooling all over my chest my profile picture if you even think about it."
"i'm pretty sure half the comments on that video literally have your smiling face as their profile picture."
"...well that's a lot of people i'm gonna have to sue."

A pained moan slipped past your lips as you tucked your knees under your chin, hands slightly hugging your hips as you breathed through the pain. A somewhat feeble attempt to help dull the pain due to the congestion your body held.
Your week had started off great, enjoying your classes at UA, as well as spending time with your friends. That was until you were struck down with a cold a few days prior. As the pain ebbed, you let out a contented sigh before an unexpected coughing fit. Before long, you closed your eyes, the increase in your temperature taking you by slight surprise. Moving the book beside you, you felt the weight of the hardcover shift as a shiver ran up your spine. The tingling spreading to all areas of your form.
Normally, you'd be struck with your period and would handle it with no complications. Not giving away any sign of the pain you were in. Lately, you’d been training so hard that you stupidly neglected yourself, paying the price when you caught the flu off your classmate. Once the cramp you had calmed down, you made a half-assed attempt to get out of bed before groaning out at the secondary spams hitting you full force again. "Fuck it".
Grabbing your phone you tapped a quick message, albeit it was a bit harsh to your other half before you laid down. Turning over, you closed your eyes again trying to get some more sleep before they returned home.
With a push of his foot, Bakugou shut the door and sighed out softly, gripping the bag in his hand as he took off his shoes and jacket. He knew you'd been feeling a little under the weather lately but add your period on top as it was a sure recipe for disaster. "Hey, (y/n), I'm home!".
A random sound greeted him as he rolled his eyes, heading up the stairs to find your curled up form in your shared bed. "Suki~".
Dropping the bag of sweet treats on the bedside cabinet, he crawled under the covers beside you, letting out a small "oof" as you practically threw yourself on him. "Suki, it hurts~".
A small whimper left your lips as Bakugou wrapped his arms around you, kissing the top of your head. "I know princess, but it'll pass. I'm here now".
Unusually soft kisses with gentle tummy rubs as tiny whimpers of pain sounded. That’s how Bakugou spent most of the evening and night making you feel slightly better about the assault of bodily pains you felt.
Everyone who knew Bakugou knew him as a loud and aggressive human grenade. Probably someone you wanted to keep on the good side of, that would be if he had a good side, and who you’d want fighting your side.
Then there was you - the one person he would call his better half, his light.
You got the softer side. The soft voice, the gentle hugs and touches. He treated you like a fragile doll that he never wants to break. You were perfect and his world, he had all the patience in the universe for you.
Soft hums that lulled you to sleep as gentle fingers glided over your hair with a soft voice to match the unusual gentleness.
Peering down, his red eyes looked over your sleeping form as a smile tugged at his lips, something that didn’t feel foreign to him now. "I know you don't feel well, princess, but I'll be here to look after you".
He gently moved his body to lay down beside you. His soft grip on you never slacking as he hugged you closer, sleep taking over him as he acted as your human heat pad.
It was a long week for you but you could always count on your very own hero to be there to save you from the pain. Even if it was only in private where no one could see.
