Dear Friends I present the portrait photograph of my sculpture of the horror icon Freddy Krueger . This was life size and modelled in oil based clay which I then painted with grease paints in order to achieve a full gore effect . I grew up watching these films and Freddy was one hell of a character in the horror genre .
Hello dear friends, this is a workshop photo and is a first look at my new sculpture called Wisdom. Wisdom is actually going to be a portrait sculpture of one of my late Grandmother's.
I had two very kind and beautiful Nan's, my lovely Nan Topp who was my father's Mother and my lovely Nan Tribe who was my Mums Mother. This sculpture will be a portrait of my late Nan Tribe as I just seem to have a few more photographs of her. And if I'm to create a fine likeness I need as many photos of my subject as possible.
The sculpture will be called Wisdom because as a little boy I remember feeling back then as though my dear old Nan new everything I ever asked her.
This photo shows the sculpture at stage 2 of the process, I will now begin to map at features as I start stage 3 of the sculpt. There's a long way to go but in the end this will become a very detailed life like portrait.
I hope your having a great week and I'll look forward to showing you more of this, the development on this sculpture soon, Take care.
Artistic photo no 3 of my sculpture Ancient Egypt , 21 inches high , modelled in clay .
Hello dear dear friends, I had to slip this photo in to show you this is the majestic stark black and white of my sculpture of Tut. Its been interesting creating different looks from the original photos I took of my sculpture.
When I finally have my website up and running I will have beautiful wall art and designs on clothes that will have been created using these pictures.
I will try so hard to keep presenting further art works to you, I wish you a great week.
Hi dear friends I would like to present to you my sculpture of Tut shown here as a perspective canvas wrap print design. This is the hue blue illusion design created from one of my photographs which I took of my clay sculpture. This could very well become the official print that I will produce as a canvas wrap print in a frame to be placed on my website. I will hope to have the website up and running at the end of this month where I will place artworks for sale.
Just working a little more on my sculpture Mirror Mirror VAMPIRE before I show the next in the making photo. Hope you're keeping well, Take care.
