So I read the Clone Wars Heroes and Villains flipbook last night and here are my thoughts. I only read the heroes part so I’ll read the villains part tomorrow

- it’s season one again

- all the pictures are from season one

- why does Rex’s main photo look like the “I want you for the Clone army!”

- Cody went on a secret mission with an elite unit. Bad batch??

- ahh yes the Cody kick can’t forget those

- I’m gonna be honest I didn’t read the Jar Jar section

- Plo cares for his troopers it’s literally in the book. Plo is a comfirmed father to the Wolfpack

This is a short extract from the goodbye video Viaplay made for Kevin at the Abu Dhabi grand prix. I thought the short interviews here were sweet. I believe they are recorded at the Brazilian grand prix.

Let me know if anyone wants the full video - I think it's around 8 minutes long. As far as I know they recorded a full goodbye episode with him today, so that should also be coming out soon.

*Lets Not Delay* is probably the most iconic clone wars amv maker to me. I mean they made the Fireflies amv, the Noots amv and one of the tenth man down amvs. And the Real World amv, Time of Dying amv, We Are amv, The Will Not Die amv. They just made a lot of iconic ones man.

I went to a Star Wars shop and I don’t know what to tell you but yes I bought the Commander Fox action figure and the Black Squadron comic.

Watching the old Clone Wars AMVs are so nastoligic. Like I remember when they first came out. Anyways speaking of them, does anyone remember this Echo AMV with the song Right Here Waiting For You by Richard Marx? I can’t find it and it’s bothering me.

So I read the Jedi path and here are key thoughts below:

- love the fact that it has a little paper on the back of the box with information and in bold it states LEGENDS

- Ahh they mentioned gray Jedi...... yep legends

- Obi-Wan called long ranged weapons ‘uncivilized’

- they have the yoda to Ahsoka lineage that respond to certain texts

- there is a whole section marked out and it’s pretty cool because it adds to the depth of the book

- Darth Sidious is also there and Luke

- Ahsoka mention clones :)

- honestly based on Dooku’s comments how did they not know he was turning to the dark side

- I am going to learn all the forms now

- Anakin being himself

- favorite comment is Ahsoka going “Skyguy has a heart?!”

I just got an ad for clone wars so I hit the like button.

Never caught it but in Clone Cadets, Hevy goes “we’re nothing but the Bad batch, the failures.” Probably doesn’t mean anything back then but just thought to point it out.

It isn’t Christmas now but I wanted to add on a little fact. I lived in Russia for two and half years as a child, so I remember the culture that was there. Every Christmas we (my family and people living in the area) would go to the forest and people would be dressed up as the Snow Wizard family. There would be a pile of logs in the winter and from what I remember we sang a song and then lit the logs up and created a non fire. I also went to a private school so when it was winter there, we had a little play with the theme of the family. Russian culture is really interesting and once your like approved as a Russian by other Russians, it’s like having one big family.
