I think I've fallen into the problem of trying to "force" myself to shift again. For the times I've minishifted, I've just let go and only had the thought of shifting in the back of my mind whilst I focused on relaxing and just letting my thoughts drift, not forcing myself to feel or focus on anything. Like, I'm pretty sure once I work through that, I'll shift😭

If you feel discomfort when trying to embrace the new story don't get discouraged. It doesn't have anything to do with your ability and it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.
The discomfort is proof that you are challenging your negative beliefs. Feeling discomfort is proof that you're doing something. Your brain is starting to integrate your new thought process and it is beginning to dismantle the old one. Your brain hates holding conflicting beliefs and it hates being wrong. The discomfort is NOT proof of failure, it's proof that your brain is considering what you're affirming.
