How to fix your sleep schedule. Tips from a clinical insomniac.
Stay off your phone for at least the hour before bed (I know everyone says it but it does actually help)
Stay away from caffeine before bed
Journal all your thoughts out before bed (doesn’t have to make any sense just word vomit works to clear your head)
Melatonin vitamins before bed (they do help and they don’t leave you as groggy as other sleep aids)
Do a meditation/breathing exercise
Dim your lights for an hour before (gotta convince your body it’s night time)
Weighted blankets (great for anxiety kinda expensive though they do last forever)
Take a nice warm shower/bath before going to bed
Have a solid night time routine (train yourself after specific actions you go to sleep)
Wake up a little earlier (this sucks for a couple days but eventually you’ll start going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier)
The key to all of these is consistency. Especially if you do struggle with falling asleep regularly. I believe in you sweet dreams!
i will always be pro-abortion, pro-trans, pro-women, and anti any man who thinks he has a say in whatever a woman chooses to do with her body. if you don’t like that please fuck off

So you only feel delusional when you assume good things about yourself
But when it comes to assuming negative things you don’t feel delusional?
Got it
I feel like scripting your background information makes you feel more connected to your dr. Maybe cause the past makes you who you are.
If you encounter resistance that's your sign to KEEP GOING.
The resistance IS the progress
If you feel discomfort when trying to embrace the new story don't get discouraged. It doesn't have anything to do with your ability and it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.
The discomfort is proof that you are challenging your negative beliefs. Feeling discomfort is proof that you're doing something. Your brain is starting to integrate your new thought process and it is beginning to dismantle the old one. Your brain hates holding conflicting beliefs and it hates being wrong. The discomfort is NOT proof of failure, it's proof that your brain is considering what you're affirming.
Some advice from my tua rewatch
"We don't have to understand shit about it for it to be real." - Diego Hargreeves
i was up at 2AM js pondering why my mindset felt all sh!t & then had a 'eureka!' moment.
Lately, i found myself feeling angry, frustrated, doubting, having intrusive thoughts & felt anxious 24/7 and its like, why couldn't i use this to my adventage? So now, i'm affirming "whenever i feel negative emotion/states, i manifest my desires a billion times easier" and it is working wonders for me. Now i feel like no matter what, nothing, i mean NOTHING can stop me from getting what i want.
So what im tryna say is, use you feeling frustrated, etc to ur advantage. If you feel frustrated about manifesting/desires, you can simply affirm that whenever u feel these feelings, u manifest so much easier. That way, you can feel much more content with manifesting, knowing that no matter what u experience, your desires will materialise regardless.
