A Quote from the book Fire and Blood: 300 Years Before A Game of Thrones (A Targaryen History) (A Song of Ice and Fire)
"Whatever her powers, it would seem Daemon Targaryen was immune to them, for little is heard of this supposed sorceress whilst the prince held Harrenhal."
And that my dears, is the summary of a whole fucking season of Deamon hallucinating in Harrenhal!
Oh don't mind me. I am once again upset and flabbergasted by the favoritism toward Greens in screen time ratio.
We get two long scenes of Aegon making a fool of himself but not Jace's reaction to the prophesy shown, we don't even hear him listen to all of it.
Overlong scenes of Alicent and her potential pregnancy and Larys but no more reactions shown to Rhaenyra's absence.
Two unnecessary long scenes of Gwayne making fun of Criston but we don't see Rhaenys saying goodbye to Corlys. No scene of Rhaenys interacting with Baela or Jace or Rhaenyra. Saying goodbye to them. Even though this was her last appearance. The showrunners disrespect toward Rhaenys needs to be studied. She had one interaction with each of her granddaughters in the whole show and nothing with her grandsons.
Overlong montage of Criston taking in the destruction but no scene of how Jace is placed at the centre of council in his mother's absence.
None of the Team Black characters are given room to breathe. They barely get any screen time. Their emotions and conflicts are made secondary to disposable filler scenes of Greens. While all Team Black scenes are rushed and given no room to breathe.
This is not only incredibly unfair but also making the show quite a bore to sit through. And HBO wonders why the ratings are falling. People don't want to see the same thing with Greens over and over again when they're not developing. They haven't earned excessive screentime. Believe me, everyone's tired of this mess.

What episode did green fans watch where Aegon is a good father because all I saw from Aegon was that he: did not know anything about his son's schedule or interests, didn't greet his daughter (who in turn did not even acknowledge him), and then used his son to flex his power over Tyland.
Are we just conflating loving your children and not being completely neglectful with being a good parent?
going into 2025 still obsessed with:

looking at the stills of rhaena and joffery in the next ep, i know his death is going to break her, thats her baby too now 😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔
Personally I don’t know how people can think Rhaegar dying with Lyanna’s name is romantic (not confirmed canon btw only came from an app which GRRM does not back as canon) when he had a whole ass daughter hiding under his bed wishing he would save her…he couldn’t spare her a thought?
Ik this isn’t Norton related but it’s been on my mind so ….
Hot take . I don’t think Hotd should be having a season 3. After the abomination that was season 2 I don’t think it should’ve been renewed. I also feel that they have gone so off the point of the book ( yes I know it’s an adaptation and things can get changed but not at the detriment of the story ) also making it woke . Seriously like wtf why …. It wasn’t needed . Hot hot take they should’ve gotten D & D to write it . At least it would’ve been engaging and entertaining. None of this miscommunication or accident bs . The characters would be multifaceted . But no we got two incompetents who are writing their own bs lesbian fanfic 🤦🏻♀️now they gonna have daeron for what purpose honestly ? You ignored him season one ,was mentioned in season 2 , I mean one of his arcs can’t even be used because no third child and honestly why bother their only gonna ruin as they have all the others . It’s a waste …
Rant over

I based Tully fashion on Slovakian culture and Stark on Kazakh!
"At the center of the merriment, cherished and adored by all, was their only surviving child, Princess Rhaenyra, the little girl the court singers dubbed “the Realm’s Delight.” Though only six when her father came to the Iron Throne, Rhaenyra Targaryen was a precocious child, bright and bold and beautiful as only one of dragon’s blood can be beautiful."
