rewatching ninjago recently has been such a weird experience because why does kai actually have a crush on jay or something like hes obsessed with him. they reuse the same joke of kai going "well if jay can do it then so can i" or "HUH??? jay of all people?!??" or "it should be someone expendable....... like jay"or "who would ever want jay?"
