I Find It Interesting That Over Time, Luffy Began To Clearly Divide The People Around Him Into His Own

One of my favorite Sanji headcanon's is that he has the best sea legs of the crew, tied w/ Jimbei after he joins. But he also absolutely has the WORST land legs when they make landfall.

I think this because, prior to Kamabakka, the longest period he spent on actual land seems to be starving on a rock with Zeff.

I totally buy that Germa likely had some sort of stabilizing tech on their snails, definitely in medical and engineering areas. You need a measure of stability in your evil laboratory.

But any ocean-going vessel does need to actually move with the sea. Otherwise, it won't move at all. So, I think other areas were less stabilized.

Thus, Sanji went from weird snails that swim the seas, to cruise ship, to trauma rock, to a restaurant ship before joining the Straw Hats. Moving on a ship likely feels more natural to him than on land.

I think he has trained himself to adjust pretty quickly, as a necessity, and also because the Mosshead definitely would call it out. But even still, his first few steps on any island are not as graceful as his usual stride.

Okay, ramble done.

honestly the phrase 'watch one piece, you gonna love it' can be considered both reassurance and threat at this point

okay real question here: does aizawa clean his clothes from cat's fur or does he just leave it there because he doesn't care?

I want Luffy shoving an ugly Christmas sweater in Laws face and very politely and definitely not cheating by using puppy eyes asking (demanding) Law wear it

Law complains the whole time he's putting it on, complains while Luffy insists on pictures, complains when they go out, and complains when the straw hats compliment their matching sweaters

But next year he's the one to spot matching ugly Christmas sweaters and buys them on the spot

Luffy lets him pretend it's Luffy who bought them again and lets him complain about it

It's like that every year after

Dragon having a midday nap but he’s just curled up on the office couch under his cloak and someone comes in looking for him only to find an indistinct green blob with spindly legs sticking out of it that’s snoring a little bit.

Zoro going to Chopper about this strange reaction Zoro has been having. His hands get sweaty, his heart races, he feels flushed, his tongue feels too big for his mouth...

Chopper confirms that its probably an allergic reaction and Zoro should avoid whatevers causing it!

So Zoro starts trying to avoid the Cook.

Shanks: Umm, okay...

Mihawk: He loves to eat tuna meat, fresh caught from the sea. I blend it with grapes and nuts, so we both enjoy it.

Shanks: *slight gagging noise*

Mihawk: He's also already very good with a blade. When I first carried him, I never thought I could be a father. Yet, here we are... *notices Buggy accidentally splashed him with a drink while setting a glass down* Oh Buggy, you did this to me.

Shanks: *choking on the other end* B-Buggy!?!? Your son came from Buggy???

Mihawk: Technically, Buggy alerted me to Talon's existence. However, the child did come from an Egg-oh, Talon, save some of that for Crocodile later, would you?

Shanks: E-Eg-EGG!? .....*line goes quiet*

Mihawk: My apologies, Shanks, where was I? ....Shanks?

Buggy: *yelling at the receiver* Benn, are you there? Did he faint?

Benn: Yep. Out cold. *looooong sigh* Talk to you later, I guess. *hangs up the call*

Never bet against Crocodile, Mihawk.

I've had this comic lying around for ages, but it's so long and I was lazy (as you can see. I only cleaned up some panels, while I redrew others... I might clean this up more later >w<)

Anyway. When I watched Film Red I was asked whether Crocodile would adopt Uta, sparing her from her dire fate. So here we are. I am committing the grave crime of stealing the Shanks and Buggy kid and giving her to Crocodile *lol* But she's got Buggy now, even though it might take him a moment to warm up to her.

(Mihawk probably assumes that Crocodile and Shanks hooked up. That'll keep him up at night for a while.)
